In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: A school nurse provides healthcare services to students and staff within a school setting, focusing on promoting student health, safety, and academic success, They are responsible for a wide range of duties, including administering first aid and medications, conducting health screenings, managing student health records, and educating students and staff on health-related topics.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I've been roleplaying for around 6 years, I started from discord roleplays, moving on to twitter roleplay, and then I went for minecraft roleplaying, which i am still doing till this day, it has been quite a long journey, and i cherish the friendships that ive made, the relationships have developed, and the skills that ive learned to implement them into my speech during a roleplay
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I've always been interested in joining this faction on srp, it brings me so much joy and happiness whenever i get to work in one of these factions, and i was able to gain experience each time i considered making that decision, i am passionate about putting 100% into everything i do when it comes to work. I would love looking after the young peoples well-being, and i believe i can make a positive impact on their future.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Khloe would let out a dissapointed sigh as she looked upon the student who was using foul language "Please refrain from using that language on school grounds, it is disrespectful to your peers, and everybody else around you, Karakura Highschool has a reputation to uphold, and we wouldnt want this to be an example of how our establishment works"
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Khloe would put her hands in between the two students separating the two that were fighting and would ask them along with another colleague to follow her to somewhere more quiet to discuss the situation, she would then hand both of the students a detention slip, stating that she will meet them both in detention, and that they should have resolved the situation peacefully, and humanely, instead of turning it into a huge thing.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Khloe would walk up carefully behind the school employee who was doing something that could potentially hurt them or hurt a fellow student. She would calmly speak so as not to startle them and not cause any commotion, she would then ask them to think about the consequences of what will occur if they get harmed or if someone else gets harmed. She would then ask them if they would like to talk privately about the matter, as she would then bring up said matter to the SLT.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
She would grab a cup of coffee as she greeted her fellow colleagues, she would then talk about how her day went with them, stirring up small talk as she did, she would then smile in pride as she looked at how passionate her other colleagues were about their job, she would then talk about her goals for todays school day, and the others would simply listen to her speak, as she then went out of the break room to continue doing her work in the Nurses office.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me She would would put her hand in her purse rummaging through it as she would grab her keys and put them in the lock struggling to unlock the door to the nurses office. She would finally get it, she would fix her hair and then adjust her skirt slightly, as she would then wash her hands, rub her hands with hand sanitizer, prepare her medical supplies for any emergencies throughout the day, and hoping that said day would go smoothly.
/me She would walk around the 1st floor of the school building to supervise her surroundings, making sure nobody gets hurt, as she saw somebody step on someones foot by accident in the hallways "Be careful!- , we dont want to have an injury afterwards now, do we?"
/me She would look at the student who approached the desk at the nurses office "Hello, how may i be of assistance?" she would then listen to the student explaining the situation, and how they require medical attention, as she would approach the situation with sympathy and a deep understanding "That sounds awful, I am of course willing to help you, please head inside my office and i'll get started on treating your wound as fast as possible, or else that area might gain an infection."

Backstory
Khloe 'Lee' Byeong grew up in south korea, and then after her little sister was born her family moved to the US, where she spent the rest of her life. In middle school she had quite the reputation, she was popular, she was ruthless, and mostly full of herself because her confidence was at a high esteem, she did pageants until that certain age aswell, until she graduated from middle school. Later on in her life she and her family moved to japan, and she started attending highschool at Karakura High, where her entire perspective changed, she realized how dumb she looked when she was being so full of herself back in middle school. So when starting a new life in highschool, she decided to focus on her studies, and to chase her dreams, she's wanted to become a fashion designer before, but she was convinced that she doesnt have enough talent to be suited for the job. Which is why when she stepped into college, she decided to go for a medical major, she studied hard for every test, and aced it till the very end, managing to graduate college with a Masters Degree in becoming a medical assistant. Afterwards she started searching for a job in the medical field at Karakura, which is what lead her to being where she is today.
