I'd say I'm actually pretty online on the server, sometimes at the crack of dawn because I haven't slept or deep into the night because I couldn't sleep.

What position are you applying for?:
Applying to be a prosecuting lawyer.
What is your motivation for applying?:
To be honest, I've been pretty bored with my roleplay opportunities at the moment. I've had little to no detailed nor thought out roleplay interactions and have honestly just been detailing the most random interactions due to the lack of fun roleplay! Thats my main reason, whilst my other is having an interest in law, at the moment I'm taking Senior Legal Studies even though my future career path has nothing to do with it, why? I simply just enjoy the idea of Law, debate and the psychology behind it all !!
Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:
I understand and acknowledge the laws and constitutional rights that Karakura has in place, and if not I will always make sure to ask and double act before acting :)
What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
SHORT TERM GOALS:
- Earn trust within the faction through discipline and consistency.
- Build a strong understanding of the faction's legal code and procedures.
- Develop a reputation as a reliable lawyer.
LONG TERM GOALS:
- Become a leading legal authority within the faction.
Mentor future legal members.
- Become an outstanding member of the faction whilst contributing to the factions success.

In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
A lawyer represents individuals in legal matters, building cases, defending clients and prosecuting when necessary. A few other of their job description is to interpret the law, and ensure trials are fair and structured, arguing using evidence and legal reasoning. Not emotion.
A judges role is to oversee court proceedings and ensure that everything follows the legal code. They are expected to remain neutral, listening to both sides whilst evaluating evidence and making final rulings or sentences. In short, their responsibility is to maintain order within the courtroom and deliver fair, unbiased decisions.
The governor is a high-level authority figure who oversees the overall direction of the Faction, creating or approving laws and managing leadership positions whilst ensuring stability across departments. Their role focuses on maintaining order.
The deputy mayor assists the mayor in their duties, stepping in whenever the mayor is unavailable. They assist in decision-making and help implement polices, ensuring operations run smoothly.
The mayor manages the city directly, focusing on local policies, public safety, and community development. They may work closely with law enforcement and other officials to improve daily life within the city.

I will accept that I am able to be removed at any time, however i hope there won't be a need for that !

Thought about it for a moment, the words arranging themselves inside of her head before she allowed herself to speak,
"I graduated top of my class with a Bachelor of Law, completed my internships in both private law firms and government legal offices."
Work experience:
"I practiced as a junior goverment lawyer for i think.. It was three years, I am certain. During that time i handled criminal and civil cases."
She took a short breath, stretching ever so slightly before continuing, "I also assisted senior attorneys with drafting legislation and preparing high-profile court cases.

"I am American, born in Santa Monica in Cali."
She offers the interviewer a smile that doesn't reach her eyes before continuing, "I er.. I am French though."
Criminal record:
She almost feels offended answering this,
"I have nothing to tell you except that I am a law abiding citizen, and always be one."
What makes you a good candidate for this job?:
Renée leans forward, her hands closing around her coffee cup as she flashes the interviewer a meaningful smile. "Well, I'm disciplined, meticolous and highly knowledgeable in legal procedures. My experience representing the Goverment in court has polished my ability to remain composed under pressure and make strategic decisions. I thrive in high-stake situations and am always commited to upholding the law with integrity."
She nods once, before leaning backwards to watch the interviewer write something down on the paper infront of them.
