List your current and past IC/OOC faction applications:
Currently, I’m in two factions, highschool student council which is on my Lunent account. Then college cheer which is on my main account Lunere.
My past factions are:
Describe your activity on the server:
I’d like to start by stating that I’ve been a part of the SRP community since 2017. However, I’ve taken multiple breaks in between. I can assure you that I have a decent history throughout my time in the community. I’ve only had one temporary ban in the year of 2017 I believe for spamming. I was young back then and I was quite immature. Now looking at the present time I’m much more mature and a University student. Looking at my past factions I can also assure you that I’ve been in plenty of them and have experience. Other than that I’m a highly active player and I can offer a good 10+ hours a week if nothing gets interrupted.
What is your motivation for applying?:
First of all, everyone’s top choice of motivation is wanting to join the KPD faction and be an officer. I won’t lie, that is slightly why I’m applying but there's more to it. I’ve been a librarian as a school faculty member, student council, football twice, news reporter three times, EMS as a surgeon, and in the government faction twice as a governor and lawyer. There are other factions I’d love to experience and KPD is one of them. I do know KPD will take up a lot of my time faction-wise but that's okay. I want to experience what it's like being a Police Officer in Karakura and joining in on all the exciting moments. I want to make memories with other former and newer KPD members. I do know KPD is a little outside of my comfort zone due to voice chatting but that's okay. I want to step outside of it and try to get comfortable with it. I also know that KPD can be stressful at some times and that’s perfectly fine. When I was a part of EMS there were stressful situations I had to deal with but it went smoothly. Therefore I believe I can manage working under stressful situations. Another thing for motivation is this is a great faction for developing characters and lore-wise. Last thing I want to mention is that I have a keen interest in criminology and criminal justice which only gives me more motivation to experience this faction on the server.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
Seeing how I’ve never been a part of KPD before, I don't have a lot of knowledge on it. However, I can provide you with some knowledge of what I know from resources that have been provided about police information under the forums.
Progression
When you get accepted into the faction all members will become Police Cadets. This is the first rank you will become when entering the field. However, the Cadet rank is strictly limited to doing things. The Higher-Ups will monitor the Cadets such as their behavior and interactions to make sure the cadets don’t abuse the equipment. As a Cadet you will go through a 2-week training period to get the basics of policing, how to use your equipment properly, and what to do during stressful situations. After the 2-week training period has come to an end the Cadets will take an entrance evaluation to prove they’re worthy of being Patrol Officers. The evaluation consists of informational and physical parts. If the Cadets pass both evaluations they will then take their entrance exam to prove to the Higher-Ups that they’re ready to become Patrol Officers. Each Cadet gets two chances to take this exam. If you fail the first time you’ll go through the two-week training period all over again. If you fail twice you will be removed from the faction. However, if you pass the exam you will be promoted to the Patrol Officer rank. You will then have a choice to go to the Detective Division or the Main Division.
Paychecks
Every faction member can get up to 40 quota points at the end of each month to get the maximum paycheck which consists of 400k. Though the minimum requirement is 20 quota points. Ways to get quota is by arresting those who broke the law, patrolling, filing reports, monitoring visitations and many more. During this the Higher-Ups will monitor the ranks below them such as their behavior and interactions and see who is worthy of having a promotion.

The camera cannot be removed but can be destroyed. If it gets hit with the same weapon twice it will be destroyed. The bodycam footage is stored in the same database as CCTV.
Crimes/Offenses
Being a Karakura resident, all laws are set in place for a reason. However, if one is broken then fines and offenses can occur also resulting in an individual causing a crime.
Loitering, jaywalking, harassment, illegitimate possession of ballistic masks/bats, defamation, criminal intimidation, blackmail, possession of un-prescribe medication, irresponsible driving, bribery, underage possession of alcohol or smoking accessories, possession of a fake ID, disorderly conduct, disrespect towards a government official, public intoxication, and failure to possess an ID are all fineable offenses.
Other fineable offenses land in a more specific area such as Motor Vehicle offenses and Animal-Related offenses.
Kidnapping with a vehicle, evasion with a vehicle, street racing, and drunk driving are all motor vehicle offenses. Depending on the offense this can result in jail time.
Animal murder, animal abuse, and illegitimate possession of an animal are all animal offenses. Depending on the offense it can result in jail time.
The next category you have is the minor crimes section. Depending on the crime committed will decide how much jail time is given.
Tampering with government equipment, illegal services, theft/scamming, restraining order violation, obstruction of justice, false reporting, vandalism, trespassing, resisting arrest, and misuse of the 110 hotline are all minor crimes.
Another section is assault crimes. Depending on the crime made it will decide how much jail time is given.
Assault with a deadly weapon, assault on a government official, assault with a weapon, kidnapping, and assault are all under the assault crimes category.
The next crime category is government crimes. Depending on the crime made it will decide how much jail time is given.
Tax evasion, government corruption, government misconduct, and government negligence are all government crimes.
Major crimes are the next category. Performing one of these crimes can result in a long time jail record.
Weapon trafficking, hostage-taking, gang affiliation, possession of illegal weaponry, and breaking are all major crimes.
The final section is the murder crimes. Performing this sort of crime may result in a long time in jail or a life sentence depending on the crime committed.
Capital murder, first-degree murder, second-degree murder, manslaughter, and conspiracy to commit murder/major injury fall under the murder crimes.
Police Rankings
The next thing that I know about and probably is one of the most obvious things is the police rankings. Each faction has them so there would be no reason that the KPD doesn’t have one. There are two divisions in the KPD, the main division and the detective unit.
Main Division
Commissioner
Captain
Lieutenant
Sergeant
Corporal
Patrol-Officer
Cadet
Detective Division
Detective Superintendent
Detective Chief Inspector
Detective Inspector
Detective Constable
Police Officer Duties
There are many duties an officer can accomplish from a wide variety of things.
Patrolling- This one is obvious. KPD mainly patrol officers are seen on the street patrolling to ensure that crimes aren’t happening.
Desk Work- At the station, there is the front desk where officers can help assist civilians with any questions or concerns they may have. Whether that's helping bail someone out or giving someone information about a recent arrest. Officers can also take calls that come through the 110 hotline.
Exclusive Events- When a natural disaster or something is involved with gangs. The officers are involved with this.
Arresting/Fining- When on patrol or anywhere in general, KPD are allowed to arrest civilians who are breaking a law. They can also fine civilians if needed.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
Think about it, if Police weren’t a thing in SchoolRP society would be doomed. There would be gangs ruling Karakura. The factions having corrupted members like EMS and Government. It would be complete chaos almost like the purge. Without the Police there would be no balance in society between the good and evil of Karakura. There needs to be an equal balance between the two or Karakura won’t be stable. Having the KPD in SchoolRP is highly important in fact one of the most important things. KPD must uphold justice between the good and evil. They’re law enforcement and they protect Karakura and its civilians. Just like their motto “To Protect and Serve” that is what KPD is all about. They risk their lives everyday in Karakura due to the dangers they may come across while on duty. Lives are lost but those who enter KPD know the risks. Without KPD crime rates and gangs would be extremely high there would be no way to prevent this. It’d be out of control. The Police aren’t only important to SchoolRP but in the real world too. Just imagine how the world would be without the Police. Imagine how dangerous society would become. Innocent people being put in harms ways and feeling helpless because they have no one to protect them.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are needed to attend or you will be punished?
Yes I understand if I’m online and training is being hosted then I must attend or punishment will be given.

What's your character's backstory?
Early Life
Tsubaki Watanabe was brought into the world on March 27th, on the outskirts of Tokyo. Tsubaki was an only child growing up, which one would think is an amazing thing and not have to worry about siblings stealing your spotlight. However, that isn’t the case for Tsubaki. Her father, Gin Watanabe, is a businessman who took pride in making deals and getting good sales, unfortunately the man never took the time to take care of Tsubaki and love her like his daughter. Her mother on the other hand, Choi Watanabe, worked at the Tokyo Hospital as a senior surgeon, with her working long shifts she was rarely around at home to take care of Tsubaki.
Tsubaki’s actual reality of her childhood wasn’t one to bribe about, it was the complete opposite. A nightmare she’ll never be able to get rid of. Gin treated Tsubaki as a servant telling her to do all sorts of stuff whenever he got home late at night from work. One of the things he’d tell her to do is make him dinner and grab him a drink. Tsubaki knew not to mess up or she’d be in for a treat that no child would want to witness. Unfortunately, the girl accidentally grabbed the wrong drink which led to an angered father yelling at his child. This led to an accident, which almost cost Tsubaki’s life. The worst part? Gin didn’t care.
Time was her savior that night on top of her mother coming home witnessing a scene that no mother would want to see. She rushed Tsubaki to the hospital that night and thankfully, she survived. This made Choi wake up and see what was really happening in her home while she was at work. The husband she married and had a child with, wasn’t the husband she wanted. Choi made the decision to send Tsubaki to Karakura where Gin’s brother was residing. That was a mistake.
Upon arriving in Karakura, Tsubaki met her uncle, Norio Watanabe. At first he came off protective and sweet towards her. He gave her a home and food and took great care of her. During this time, Tsubaki began to see Norio as her father-figure. That was quickly erased. Norio wasn’t the person he was seen as. He had similar issues like Gin, filled with anger issues, manipulative, and controlling. His true colors began to show in front of Tsubaki. Her solution? She escaped Norio’s place one night and decided to start a fresh chapter for herself. On her own.
Being told she was an only child, was a lie. Tsubaki would soon come to realize this lie when she joined the highschool student council and befriended the president at the time, Yotsuba Nagamine. Their bond and friendship grew instantly as if they knew each other their whole life. One day an unexpected letter was sent to Yotsuba from her father, which turned out to be the same name as Tsubaki’s. This brought a concerning yet curious question to them both. We’re they related? The answer. Yes.
The two got a DNA test and it turned out to be half-related. However, they didn’t care if they were half-related. In both their eyes, they saw each other as true blooded sisters. Their bond and protection for each other only continued to grow which led to them vowing a promise to each other with matching tattoos.
Present Life
Several years have gone by, from healing to facing fears. Tsubaki is currently a PhD student at the Karakura College. Her new chapter was hopefully about to begin as she stared at the Karakura Police Department application portal on her laptop. The major she’s been working hard on and studying in for several years at the college was about to pay off. At least that’s what she hoped.
