Describe your activity on the server:
My activity on the server is all over the place really. I’m available all the time at the moment and can be on for as long or as little as I want to be. I don’t have a set timeframe, so I could very easily get all my quota in a matter of days. However, I am trying to alleviate my time on the server by taking care of OOC matters such as being an adult more.
I joined in 2021, where I met JustACan, who became my best friend. We've been inseparable since then. I’m very grateful for her, extremely as she showed me what I now know as SRP. Showed me the ropes and what I needed to know. During my activity on the server, I joined the nurse team for the school as Aiko Yamashita, who eventually became the HD for a time before leaving in order to go on a college program. It took up all my time and I decided to step back from SRP for a time before returning again. I miss being on the school employee team truly.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
I acknowledge this, I understand you need someone wanting to be active.
School Employee Role you are applying for?:
Librarian
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
The school librarian is the person that works in the library of the school, they handle all the books for classes and for personal use. Such a loaning out books to students, or classes like history books, math books. They also maintain the space and all the study rooms up in the library. Their job is more of a relaxing role as not many students seem to go to the library often. They also withhold all the school rules there and are a second enforcer of them for the school. Checking in and out books is part of their jobs. Keeping the upkeep of books, repairing them, sorting them, and much more is also part of their job. They also setup students with their very own library cards, very official if you ask me, they give access to books for everyone they come across, mainly students but faculty too.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
My experience varies, while I haven’t been able to experience all the different types. I’d like to say I’ve experienced quite a majority, from romancerp, adultrp, nurserp as a school nurse. College and high school, even working at IC shops. I’m still expanding my horizons in terms of roleplay, and I’d like to keep expanding it.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I used to be a part of it in the past, and now I want to return to it. I miss being one, it was

Situations
/*Do not mention use of FearRP*/
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
/my eyes narrowed in on the student, overlooking their featured with a disappointed look. Her features were that of a mother's at the moment, she was not pleased with the language this student was displaying. It wasn't very sightly to see or hear. With a sigh, her voice remained evenly smooth, "Must you use such language, deary? You are how old exactly?" She listened closely, nodding her head along. Her arms crossed over her chest, tilting her head. "I understand how you feel and do appreciate you for expression your emotions but there is much better ways. If you are not pleased with my work speed or flow, then you may tell me in a different manner. You are old enough to act civil for us to hold a conversation." Removing her right arm, she adjusted her glasses, "How about we take a big breath, hm? Then we can have a discussion on what displeases you the most." Was she acting like a mom with a little kid? Yes, but then again- she is a mom.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
/my heels clacked on the flooring quickly, her motion was swiftly- quick as she approached. It wasn't smart to get in between the flow of punches, that would cause her to get hurt. Instead she stood off to the side, "Hey!-" her voice carried loudly in the hallway, a bit of an echo down the way. Another look of displeasure sullied her features, "Both of you! Relax!! Take a step back," looking to the one who threw the most punches. "Go take a quick lap around the hallway but be careful not to trip." Then her gaze went to the other, "Take a few breaths then tell me your side of the story. I'll grab the others in a moment." Both of them would be getting detention nonetheless, this wasn't acceptable behavior but she needed to hear both sides of the story without the other present to try and intervene with the other present.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
/me studied her peer for a while, overlooking their actions and other such things closely before approaching. Arms flushed to her sides as she allowed nothing to be shown on her facial features just yet. Taking a few careful steps towards them, "Excuse me," she began softly. Again- she wasn't going to outwardly show anything. "I would advise against doing that, I would hate for you to get written up or risk losing your job." Looking over their face to make sure they weren't uncomfortable with her speaking, she offered a kind smile. "If you do not stop however... I will have to go to someone else but I really do not wish to. So- out of respect for your job, please stop."
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
/me hummed lightly as she entered the room, looking around at all the people sitting around. Her coworkers, whom she really enjoyed the company of. Her eyes flit around happily looking for a spot to sit, going over to one of the rounded tables, she pulled the chair out then sat down on it. Bringing the chair in closer to the table, her bag placed down on the ground, the handles falling to the side. She hummed lightly as her fingers reached into her bag to grab a book, it was a murder-mystery! One of her favorites. Bringing it on the table then opening it up. Never separate a girl and her books, never.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me walked herself over towards the carted rack of books, humming lightly as her fingers brimmed the spines of the books. Looking them over carefully, she pushed the cart as she walked the aisles. Making sure each book was placed in it's correct home. Despite how quiet it was, she didn't mind it, she didn't mind being in her own world. In her own world, she could do anything, be anything, imagine anything. Her mind was trailed back to her last book, some kind of dark fantasy with a mix of romance. All the while, she kept keen eyes practiced on all the books in their spots, making sure nothing was broken or out of place.
/me sat ahead of the computer screen, just behind the doors of the libraries office. Her left calf was crossed over her right, glasses sat high on her nose. Hair pulled behind herself and bangs perfectly placed on her face, eyes trailing over the words on the screen. Another sense of pure silence as she tapped away on the keyboard. Overlooking emails, some docs and other such things as new incoming books, or students who still had yet to turn in given out books. She needed to keep on top of these things, books were sacred to her, but to others as well.
/me looked towards the student, then away for a moment towards the screen. Taking a moment to hum, "Hello deary," she kept glancing at the screen for a moment longer. Then finally back onto the student, "How can I help you?" Her eyes narrowed for a moment before smiling softly, like a mother at their child. "Oh- you want to check out a book? Full name please, and show me the book you want to check out.." she hummed as she opened up a new tab on her computer, typing their name then also taking the book from them. She grabbed the scanned and used it on the barcode located just inside the book. Looking back to her computer to type a few things down before getting the booked checked out in the system. Pushing it back towards the student, "Return it in a month please." Her smile remained as she went back to her previous tasks.

Backstory:
There's not much to do when you're a young girl living in a small town. The most exciting thing is hanging out in the convenience store parking lot. Installing the first stoplight in this little paradise also drew a crowd. However, those never interested the young Nobunaga Yuuro or her family.
The Yuuro's were a quiet, reserved family who often spent most days in their own home. Many found them out of place with their town. They made no effort to engage in community activities aside from a handful of festivals, where they would make short and sweet appearances before retreating again. The townsfolk often wondered what kept them so detached from the rest.
Fantasy. A thirst for knowledge they could only satisfy with their nose in a book and a family full of minds that could dream up extravagant scenarios while improvising on the fly... They played DnD.
The entire family would participate in long-form stories, acting as mythical creatures within a new realm as they worked together to solve mysteries and uncover truths. With their father acting as the DM (Dungeon master), Nobunaga, her mother, and her siblings would spend hours each day trying to find ways to thwart the plans for the session and create as much havoc as they reasonably (or unreasonably) could to their father's fantasy world.
They were a tightly knit family. Of course, this all meant that Nobunaga lived distant from most people her age and often struggled with forming connections with her classmates. A few months into her first year of high school, a new face stepped through her classroom door. But it wasn't the loose ponytail or the huge glasses paired with brightly colored braces that caught her eye... It was the twenty-sided die keychain that gave Nobunaga hope. This year, she will gain a new party member!
Channeling the level 20 charisma her Tiefling bard had, Nobunaga made contact with the new girl. The first thing she did? Show off her exceedingly large dice collection!! From then on, the girls were two peas in a very nerdy pod. Her new friend happened to be the daughter of the new town librarian, and after spending almost every day after school hidden within the shelter those bookshelves provided, they offered her a summer job.
She spent years toiling away in the nice, air-conditioned library. By the time she graduated high school, Nobunaga had been practically running the establishment; seeing as her friend's parents were only getting older, she had put in the work to keep the place afloat in their place. Of course, it was time for her to go on to greater things, as her parents had always wanted her to attend University. While her heart remained within the pages of that small town library and the endless hours she had spent in fantasy worlds, she knew they were right.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) was her new goal, one she put her heart and soul into. If she was going to do this, she would make her friends, family, and former employers proud.
It was there that she encountered a man who seemed out of reach. He appeared cruel and often looked down upon those around him. He wasn't a student; that much was certain. There were whispers that his family frequently donated large sums to the University, but rumors were just that—rumors. She didn't have much care for indulging in the business of others' lives, especially when she did not know them.
Of course, this distance wouldn't last long; she was quick to catch his eye. The only one who did not pay him any attention. Red flag alert! Their lives quickly intertwined, often running into one another each day; he frequented the corner of the library she usually spent time in and the coffee shop she would visit. This continued up until the day she graduated.
The bookkeeper for his family. He offered her the job as she stood cloaked in her cap and gown, degree still fresh in her hand. An opportunity of a lifetime, he said. She would be a fool to refuse.
Nobunaga has found herself miles away from home, now married to that man. She is connected to her family back home only through the shared memories of that fantasy world they created, the laughter shushed by her friend's parents, and the days she spent organizing the shelves of a place she once called her second home. The room she worked in now shared none of that light, a chill coming through the walls. As much as she adored her life now, something was still missing.
It was only once she and her husband relocated to the small town of Karakura that she found a new dream to pursue, one that would continue to use her degree and could hopefully bring a little color back into her life. A job at the local school, working as a librarian! Helping those who feel estranged or odd find a place where they can be themselves.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
My motivation to join the team is for my love of books, for creating a safe space for the future of our nation. A place where they can go to relax, study, and also make friends with like-minds. I know it's not often that students go to the library to get a book, or to get help from textbooks with their classes, but it's still an important part of the school. It's a place where they can go when they need quiet time to themselves to focus. Or a place where they can go to get help. And also helping to nurture their minds through the realm of books. My son attends the school Kanji Ego, he's truly my pride and joy, and I would love nothing more than to be able to help him further his and other's education with joining the team. I want to help maintain the safe space that KHS is for students to be themselves and to help them grow into the future leaders they can be and are.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Personally there is many qualities I possess that you would favor. First off, I do have a son currently attending KHS so I know how to treat kids of his age and older of course. There is many qualities I possess that would be an addition to the team, the want and willingness of wanting to keep the environment, safe, clean, and an easy place to keep growing these young minds of students.
