✎ Describe your roleplay experience with SchoolRP and other roleplay networks in general:
❋ SchoolRP: In my time on SRP, I have mainly leaned towards detailed rp, as it usually allowed me to fully express myself in the scenarios. Through this method of roleplay in my view, I have found a way that I can be more creative and give more emotion into my characters, making the scene feel more realistic any type of situation I am in. Over time, I have developed a more likeable time to explain more in detail, which has allowed me to give more personality in my characters that I can enjoy. Whether it's a romantic talks, a deep conversation, or a tense conflict. I try to approach each situation with a realistic twist, which reveals deep emotion. I have participated explicitly in RomanceRP, GangRP, and Emotionally challenged RP. This experience has taught me the importance of mainly patience and not rushing the other person in the RP.

❋ GangRP: Within GangRP, I currently hold the leading position in Zanten Marauders as a Board Executive. This places me in the fourth highest-ranking member in the server/gang. This role has given me a type of responsibility, my primary source have been working on the gang's custom outfits and mask designs. These responsibilities helped our image grow larger in Karakura, which in turn brought out a creative side in me. I also lead the medical team within Zanten Marauders. We are, of course, not licensed professionals, but we do our best at that time. We typically use ice packs and bandages to keep the wounds dry, at least until EMS arrives. My involvement in both the tactical and narrative aspects of the gang has given me a way to balance creativity and responsibility at the same level.

✎ What are your current roles on SchoolRP:
Grade-12, Adult, Duck, Bird

✎ What is the subject you want to teach?:
Culinary

1751336317400.png

✎ What is your motivation for becoming a professor?:

❋ My motivation for becoming a professor is to return to a more engaging role. I had my fair share of freedom, and now that I have officially graduated, I have a lot more free time to put more effort into something I haven’t been able to do for a while. I believe that being a professor could be beneficial for me, as it would officially reintroduce me to something more complex in my life. I don’t feel demotivated anymore, as I mentioned, since I don’t have graduated from school. Being a professor is a significant responsibility and presents numerous challenges. This is what I have been looking for to engage my time onto SRP. because of this, I feel that it would be a great way to explore my creativity and take on more responsibility. As an adult, I know that you can’t just give up on something when it gets too complicated. What you have to do is push through and find a different direction to take. I like to think of butterflies; yes, butterflies, they always find a way around things if you really notice. This is why I am willing to strive my hardest to give my best for this specific faction.

✎ Work out two interactive classes you will host if accepted:

1.

Cookie Making

❋ Naomi decided she should begin the class by clapping her hands, drawing the student’s attention with a cheerful and beautiful smile. Naomi is known for her warm spirit and wonderful passion for cooking; this was one of the lessons she looked forward to the most and hoped for her students to enjoy as well. She walked her students to head over to the sink, reminding them that proper hygiene was the first step in any recipe before cooking. She mainly explained to them that preventing cross-contamination involves making sure you thoroughly washing your hands for 20 seconds with soap to ensure they’re properly clean before you begin. Once everyone had finished, Naomi started to walk around the room and, began handing out an ingredient list. She would tell her students that this list was very much needed for what they were cooking that day. What they would need is milk, flour, butter, baking powder, eggs, sugar, and whatever type of topping they wished to have on their meal. She wanted to give her students the opportunity to explore various types of items for making cookies. After making sure everyone gathered their ingredients, Naomi normally stood at the front of the class so she can scan the classroom to see how her students were doing so far. She would then make sure to begin to instruct the students to begin adding the ingredients to their bowls, and making sure to encourage them to stay focused and watch how they measure so they wouldn’t ruin their cookies. Naomi normally walked from counter to counter, checking each batch of cookies so that they were made with just the amount of ingredients. Right before the bell rang, the cookies were finally done and ready for Naomi to try. She wanted to make sure to give them a good grade so she would give them a nod of approval or a shake of her head for disapproval.

2.
Taco Making

❋ Naomi welcomed her students into the classroom, just like any other morning. She carried on her a warm smile, but with just a clap of her hands, she gathered everyone’s attention. In her usual routine, she reminded her class to head to the sink to wash their hands. The importance of washing hands was to prevent germs and dirt from causing cross-contamination. Once everyone was ready, Naomi kindly instructed them to take a large skillet and a spatula. Then, I directed them to the back of their room to gather ground beef, taco seasoning, and tortillas. Making sure her students had the right ingredients, she walked around the class to see if they had all of them, but once she noticed they had all the right ingredients. She would guide them in carefully opening the package of ground beef and placing it onto the skillet. Using their spatulas, they began to break up the meat until it was nicely separated and cooked evenly. Naomi would make sure to begin to walk around and check up on each group and willing to offer help where needed. Once the meat was fully cooked, she willingly instructed the students to open their taco seasoning packets and sprinkle the seasoning into the pan. She reminded them to stir the meat to ensure it was evenly seasoned and to make to it wasn't unevenly seasoned. After the meat was seasoned and ready, Naomi told the students to grab a spoon and to dig it into meat and place it onto the tortilla and wrap it up nicely. Making sure to walk around, Naomi watched them wrap the tortillas, but luckily, she was finally able to taste her student’s work.

✎ Work out a field trip (meaning a class outside school grounds) you will host if accepted:
❋ Naomi normally would take her class to the shrine, a welcoming area also known for their generosity and culinary skills. At the shrine, the maidens and priests are well known throughout the town of Karakura for their simple cooking; despite their at the shrine, they were willing to put in some time preparing meals and baked goods for the workers of Karakura. They are known to walk around town frequently, handing out the meals they make to the police, EMS, and town hall. Their food options include sushi, and freshly baked cookies. Bringing the students to the shrine could give them a break from the classroom and break from being stuck in a stuff classroom, this could allow them to engage with their fellow shrine and watch the culinary art that the maidens and priests work on. I hope to envision the students having a book to take notes to learn from the priests and maidens, making the cooking seem more engaging on their behalf.

✎ Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?
❋ Naomi would walk over, her voice rising. She may be small, but she is mighty. She would take a deep breath before exhaling. She slowly grabbed her radio, not hitting the radio call button just yet. She tilted her head, staring at the students. "May I ask what is exactly happening here?" Naomi said, hearing their lies about just trying to hang out with the bobcat jock; she shook her head, sighing for a second. "I will not be allowing this tolerance." She said, placing her radio back onto her skirt hook before slipping out detention papers. "You have 3 seconds to leave this area, or you will be getting a detention for not leaving the kid alone. Am I understood?" She seemed rather irritated, but she still responded. She walked over to the bobcat, asking if she was okay and hearing about the whole story of what had happened. If it was a serious issue, she walked back to the front desk, intercom the students who had bothered the bobcat, and handed them a detention slip.

✎ Your character would be supervising detention, one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?
❋ Naomi tapped her foot before crossing her arms; she walked over to the student, slamming her hand onto the desk, trying her best to shut up the kid, but hearing that he wouldn't, she finally decided to step 2.. keeping the kid in detention till the max time they can have them. She crossed her arms, flicking her hair back and pinching her nose. "You will be staying here the longest amount of time we can with you." She said, annoyed, before walking to the front of the detention room. However, noticing that the stupid questions wouldn't stop, she finally had enough and stepped in front of them, pulling out a few more detention tasks. "You will be answering these till you can leave. Answer them honestly, or I will radio SLT if you continue." She said, crossing her arms and tapping her foot on the ground, and then walked back to the front, watching that specific student.

✎ Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and calling out other students in the class, what would your character do?
❋ As a culinary professor, having your phones out in general can cause cross-contamination, which really stresses Naomi out on a daily basis. Naomi would kindly give them a warning to the cheerleaders asking them to stop playing music or any such, but noticing it isn't working, Naomi would walk straight to the cheerleaders, snatching the phone from them, before walking back to the front of the room before speaking "You will get these at the end of class." She would say as she tilted her head. "You either listen to what I'm teaching, or you will be kicked out." Naomi doesn't enjoy messing around during teaching; she is not getting paid to teach, not take watch the students play around. Personally, if they do try to take their phones, Naomi would write them a detention slip, hand their phone back, and then kick them out of the class entirely.

✎ Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?
❋ Naomi, being small, knows that it would be harder for her to break up a fight, but luckily, she has this handy dandy radio. She backed up from the fight, pulling her radio out from the side of her pocket and clicking the button, asking for anyone to assist her in breaking up the fight. During that time of waiting, she walked right back to the battle so she could raise her voice and try to push the students apart from each other. Personally, Naomi isn't on the strong side, but she is a mama. She will try her absolute best to break up a fight, even if it means hurting herself a bit. Noticing the upcoming event, she would take a step back, explaining to them what was happening, before fully getting back to work to stop the fight entirely

✎ Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. What does they look like? What makes them unique and different? What is their outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is their personality like? What is their plan for the future?

❋ Naomi is a 4'0 white female with a bit of vitiligo on her skin. She'd have dyed pink hair to mask her vitiligo. You notice on her face that she has freckles running over her nose and cheeks, just like blush would do. You can tell that the female tries to dress in appropriate/professional clothing as a daily habit. She prefers to wear a brown flowery top with a black skirt. On her head, she has a flower headband and a bow on the back of her hair to hold her hair up cutely. Even with all this, her eyes would be a dark hazel, and her lips would be a cupid arrow. She smelled like dandelions to complete her look fully. On her hand, though, you noticed she was wearing two rings: a wedding ring and a promise ring.

❋ Naomi is a truly unique person who normally enjoys the simple pleasures of life, which is cooking, talking with her colleagues, and spending quality time with her family and children. Though what truly makes Naomi unique is that she holds a PhD in Culinary Arts. She had a slower thinking process that took her a few years to complete there, as she had to undergo intense studying and creative experimentation. She has sufficient knowledge of food, flavor types, and cutting techniques. Despite her cooking though, she is a loving and wonderful mother and wife but has a strict, no stupidity attitude when it comes to a professional work environment. She normally holds high standards for herself and especially expects the same in return from others. She has excellent think process, as she is certified in both the Food Handler and Manager programs, which were awarded to her by the United States. Her college professor additionally awarded her a Best Chef certificate.

❋ One of the more noticeable differences about Naomi is her energetic and happy self. She is often described as hyper. Her personality brings a sense of liveliness wherever she goes and makes the priority to be engaging and approachable. She believes that having a positive attitude would help her perform better as a teacher despite her outgoing nature. Naomi also deeply values alone time, especially when it comes to planning her lessons. She prefers to spend a large portion of her school day quietly working in her classroom, carefully making the best lesson for the day. When she's not at her desk developing her lessons, though, Naomi is usually found standing at the front desk, offering a hand to any student who needs help with something that the staff is unaware of, Though there are times you see her walking around the building to keep her energy levels up and remain quite visible for students access, like stopping for a quick chat or helping hand. This usually balances her social self and her independent self.

❋ Naomi's outlook on her students mainly tends to leans towards the stricter side of her. Though she is known for her wonderful and engaging personality, her expectations in the classroom are considerably more serious and strict side of things, especially when it comes to her adult students. She firmly believes that a college student should be more representable with a greater level of maturity and responsibility because of this belief, Naomi mainly often watches her students closely, not out of distrust or worry but out of deep hope in her heart to see them succeed. She mainly pays close attention to how should manage time better, and how they should respond to instruction. While some students may view her approach as strict and annoying, Naomi sees it as a necessary form of guidance to show that being stupid isn't the correct way to go about things. She prefers to have her students ask her what she should be teaching the next day mainly. She believes that high expectations prepare her students for the real world they will soon encounter when they graduate. Naomi offers constructive feedback, hoping her students to ask her what she could do differently every day.

❋ Naomi’s outlook on her colleagues is firm and strict. She holds a deep respect for professional and believes that workplaces should adhere to educational standards. It should not involve excessive play. In her eyes, she feels that work should be taken seriously, and those who treat it like it’s a slack off job are not suited for the responsibility. Nothing frustrates Naomi more than witnessing someone just ignoring or talking to their co-worker during working hours. As a naturally hardworking individual, she feels she needs to put her full effort into every task she takes. When she sees others failing to meet the minimum, she takes it as a lack of good work ethic. As a explanation, Naomi has already made sure to develop a habit of closely observing her colleagues like she does to her students just to make sure they are following the rules, even when she feels that things seem to be getting too relaxed in the area. She is normally not afraid to correct her colleagues when they are being lazy on the job. She desires to see her workplace functioning at its highest potential and giving it's all. Naomi believes that every staff member has a role to play and shouldn't just give up on it. though her strict demeanor may not always be popular with her peers she wants to make it know and that, she finds it is necessary.

❋ Naomi’s personality is a soft but warm hearted. You can see her as a gentle person but noticing she is just known for her calming nature really helps people to ease. Naomi is the type of person who is always wanting to give a helping hand and help whoever is struggling with classes or mental health. She is a easy person to talk to, though behind all this sweetness she have this strict self to her when she's focused. She does not tolerate any disrespect or type of laziness when she is teacher, she prefers to step up and make amends when stuff around her start to seem to slack off a bit. All behind this Naomi is a kind hearted, and loving soul, but isn't afraid to take charge when needing too.

❋ Naomi’s plan for the future is hopeful culinary arts. She dreams of continuing her culinary journey across a multiple types of kitchens and bakeries bringing her own business to it as well. Her goal is to work in multiple establishments at the same time and possibly open her restaurant in the future. She believes every kitchen is willing to teach you something new, and she’s also willing to learn more cooking techniques. Eventually, Naomi really hopes to find herself working in a big top-tier restaurant, one that is recognized for its culinary creation. However, she wants to make sure to earn her place among her colleagues. For Naomi, it isn’t just about status she feels she has to make sure he follows her own dreams; she’s always had as a kid. Despite being excited about this, she remains humble and grounded and doesn’t seem to chase fame or anything to achieve better than someone else.

✎ Describe how your character ended up becoming a teacher and their previous life. It is optional to include earlier life but recommended.
Make sure this is over 100 words.

❋ Naomi was born on April 7th, 1992, in Madrid, Spain, alongside her sister, who is only a few years older than her which is actually 4 years apart. She grew up in a loving household with her parents Faith and Kaden, well until she turned 10 when her father Kaden passed away, which left her mother Faith shocked and depressed. Because of this, her mother Faith barely able to take care of Naomi and her sister, which eventually led them to take care of themselves. Her sister became one of the most popular people in Madrid, while Naomi was just a small business owner trying to get by, making delicious food for the city. She mainly helped her mother take her medication while her sister was just out partying and having a fun time. However, this was before Naomi officially entered high school. She discovered that her school offered culinary, baking and food classes. She filled out her application, trying her best to get into those; luckily, she made all 3 in one semester, and she already had some culinary experience since she had been cooking and could walk by her mama. By the end of her high school career, she was well-known around her school for her baking and culinary skills, as she often hosted events with her school, cooking lunch for students and the cafeteria team. Months later she applied to a prestigious culinary school, and hearing all the positive feedback about her, she was lucky to get in. Her professors were actually impressed by the cooking skills she was able to have, marking her the best chef in the school. But she wanted to do something with this, so she started taking classes for teaching, as it wasn’t her best subject at first, until she was actually able to complete projects and demonstrate to the class that she could do so.

❋ Later down the line, Naomi's first place of work was at a culinary school, where she taught other college students how to cook correctly and learn basic knife skills. However, this wasn’t what she was craving. She needed something exciting, but once she heard her sister was moving to Japan to start anew, Naomi decided to quit her job and move to Karakura with her sister so they could both start fresh and adopt a new lifestyle. Naomi is now at the point of applying to be a culinary professor as she is a mama of a couple of kids, and she needs to support them financially. Because of this, she was finally able to submit her application to become a professor in full.
