I've joined SRP around 2022 because of it's unique take for a school roleplay and have stayed active for a long time, Being part of the faculty, playing the roles as a Receptionist, Librarian and Teacher, Working for shops and much more. Unfortunately due to personal reasons, my year long activity had to come to a stop as I needed to attend to the matter at hand. Knowing I wouldn't be able to contribute as much as I used to, I had to step down and take a break from this server for awhile, longer than I expected. But my love for the server never truly left me. So once everything had settled down, I slowly returned to the server, trying to regain my activity and being an active member once more. At the time I'm writing this, my current job has provided me with a flexible schedule and with this gave me more time for both my hobbies and time to hang out and play with my friends.

At my current activity, I continue to explore the school and city, seeing what I've missed and reconnect with old friends. There is still so much I still have to catch up on but the improvements of roleplay mechanics have gotten me more interested then before. As for the school, it seems like somethings have never truly change and that's what I like about it. Being a part of the community, especially in the school was pretty much the reason why SRP has always been in the back of my mind. I still have a bunch more roles to play and experience, so I'm super excited to be a part of one once more.

School Employee Role you are applying for?:
I'd like to apply as a Caretaker
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A Caretaker plays a really important role in keeping the school running smoothly. They may not seem as much but they hold the most responsibility outside of classroom and facilities. A few examples would be:
> Maintenance : Whether it be cleaning the school halls and making sure is clean and hygienic to fixing broken lights or equipment, the Caretaker is expected to handle such task. The health and safety of the students and staffs is also part of his task, this includes no slippery floors, broken steps or malfunctioning school appliances.
> Security : This could mean many things such as keeping the school's facilities like the boiler rooms locked at all times, keeping the students away from harm and avoiding conflict between them. Now, the perks of accessing CCTV footage can be of great use to the students who claim they were the victim or other circumstances, I believe being a great caretaker doesn't necessary mean to punish the ones who did wrong, but to help build a great bond between students and faculty, giving them a sense of security to where they wouldn't resort to such violence. That said, Caretakers must remain calm and professional when handling such events, act when situations get out of hand, and responding to emergency calls when necessary. Reporting incidents to SLT should always be the last resort if all plans fail.
>Supporting events: Though not as common, caretakers still hold responsibly when it comes to school events. Setting up chairs, tables decorations, props, anything that is required while keeping everything in order.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have quite a bit of experience in roleplay during my activity in SRP. Given the roles I've played before, I have some understanding on how the school works both inside and outside of the classrooms as I have once played the role of an Employee and Teacher. The role as a faculty member isn't just fun, it also takes responsibility and an open mind to whatever scenarios the students choose to throw at you when you least expected it. It is both fun and terrifying at the same time, but that's what makes it interesting as your mind gets challenged with just a mere second to think about what to do next. You don't really have to be the best at roleplay nor how to DetailRP to have a good roleplay. What matters is that you and your fellow players are united to make a great story.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
If anything, The reason why I choose to rejoin the faction once more is because I enjoy being part of something that gives the players a reason to keep coming back to the server. The school is the heart of SRP, and making sure they are cared for and giving them the freedom to explore loads of roleplay scenarios in school would certainly encourage them to come back tomorrow to meet new friends and even meet the team that made their experience possible. Even if I am not the star of the show, being able to provide behind the scenes or extra spice to their experience is what makes me want to return.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Tatsuya would be surprised at first, but given the circumstances, he believes it isn't right to scold him too quickly or it would just make the situation worse or he would simply be giving the student the reaction they wanted. Instead, He would ask the student to calm down and politely ask what happened that made them choose to act that way. If the student decides to talk with him, He would listen and try to understand their choices If not, Tatsuya would try to find a solution that keeps a good relationship with the students as he tries his best to help as much as he can in hopes to be in good terms with them.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Seeing the fight in the halls, Tatsuya would immediately scan the area, seeing if there would be any potential weapons that could escalate the fight. Seeing none, he would break the fight as quickly as he can, keeping the radio at hand in case assistance is needed from any faculty members who are available. Once the two students are at a safe distance from each other, Tatsuya would turn to the spectators if any, and ask them to leave the scene while letting the two individuals calm down. Tatsuya would then check to see if any of them were wounded before taking them to the Nurses office to be treated while he asked them what caused the fight before letting them know that even if they had a good reason, he needs to take disciplinary actions and sending them to detention.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Tatsuya has zero tolerance to anyone who attempts to disrupt the peace of Karakura Academy. However, this also depends on the situation at hand. If said employee were to act inappropriately, He would let them know that their behavior is not suitable on school grounds and would damage the schools image if they continue to act inappropriately. If they continued, he would then report the behavior to the higher-ups. However, if said employee is doing something dangerous, He would immediately report the act without second thought as the safety of the students and faculty is his top priority.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Tatsuya isn't much of a social butterfly. In fact, he's quite stoic but he isn't fully unapproachable. If on break in the staff room, he would often sit at the corner of the room, engrossed in a book or cleaning up his equipment for his next round of maintenance check, but if a conversation accrued that he was invited to join, he would be more then happy to chat with his fellow faculty members.

/me Grabs his toolbox and heads over to the classroom after receiving a report that the door knob was broken. He gave the teacher a friendly greeting before crouching down to inspect the issue. After replacing the knob and testing the handle a few times, he stood up and nodded at the teacher. "This should be good to go, try to tell your students not too be so rough with it next time" he teased before leaving with a wave to move on to the next task.
/me Observes the cafeteria filled with bustling students eager to have their lunch. Just then, he noticed a student accidentally spilled his drink. Without thinking twice, he walked over to the student and petted him in the back. "Hey, no worries. Why don't you go buy a replacement in the vending machine?" He offered him yen and watched the student head towards the machine with a smile before placing a bright yellow "Caution: Wet Floor" sign nearby and started mopping the floor, Keeping an eye on students nearby to make sure no one slips on it. He let the floor dry and gave it one last check before removing the sign and continued his walk around the building.
/me Heard the last bell of the day rang, Signaling the end of school. He then pulled out his checklist and started walking down each hallway, each classroom and lastly the boiler rooms, locking doors and turning off lights and nodding politely to the teachers and employees as they packed up for the day. He then checked his last task with a satisfied sigh before heading to the main entrance to clock out for the day.

Backstory
Tatsuya didn't have the best upbringing so to speak. in fact, Tatsuya never really knew his mother and was raised by his father as a single parent. Even when his father tried his best to raise Tatsuya on his own, the lack of a mother's love made Tatsuya somewhat detached in a way he finds difficult in showing love and affection openly towards others. Still, he wasn't mean nor does he follow an abusive nature, far from it actually, as his father taught him the value of being kind to others, knowing that kindness shall return back to you when you need it the most. And so despite the cold nature Tatsuya shows, he deeply cares for others in his own way. When a classmate is being picked on, he wasted no time lending them a hand along with making sure no one was harmed. After living in the same house for ever 20 years, Tatsuya's father found love once with an Italian woman and asked Tatsuya if he was willing to travel to Italy and continue his studies there. Tatsuya agreed, knowing that his father has been alone all this years and believes he deserves to love once more. And so, Tatsuya and his father moved to Italy, saying goodbye to his friends back in his home town and starting a new life in a different courtly. He went to collage, found new friends, getting to know his father's new love interest and even learned the language during his time in Italy. It was rough trying to understand a whole different language, but in a way, Tatsuya couldn't help but find it quite interesting along with the culture. Even so, He remained diligent, finding this own path in life while his father remarried with the woman who brought them there in the first place.
Tatsuya had everything, at least, believed he had. But even when everything seemed alright in the surface, he couldn't help but feel like something is missing, something that made him who he was in the first place. He had still yet to understand what makes him truly happy and watching his father found love again when he thought he wouldn't, it made him think of what he can do for himself. Making the toughest decision, Tatsuya bid his father farewell and returned back to Japan, leaving everything he had built in Italy behind until he stumbled upon the Town of Karakura, starting his new life in a town not too far from his home.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
"KHS has a very high reputation, and with that comes with many students that expect the best experience and service within school grounds. I believe that I can make that contribution as I know how important it is for students and staff to feel comfortable and secure in this establishment. I'm not much of a social butterfly myself, and I find this job suitable as I prefer to contribute behind the scenes. I do not need to be acknowledged for anything, as long as everything is kept in order."
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
"My biggest goal is to provide a safe and secure environment to the students and faculty members in this academy. Any task that would be assigned to me shall be done properly and with efficiency. I had familiars who previously worked at the school, learning a bit through their stories when handling a class and or students in general. With that knowledge and as someone who pays attention to even the slightest details, you can relay on me to get things done."
