Describe your activity on SchoolRP:
Currently, I am on SRP throughout my day because currently I am unemployed, to the point where I’m up later then I probably should be. It is needed for me to be active seeing as I’m also on the College female Basketball team, and even when I plan to be inactive I make sure it is known so no one is left in the dark on my whereabouts. Although there will be change in my schedule once I have a job, I have always made sure to keep a well balanced schedule and time to play the server during my downtime.
Describe your roleplay experience with SchoolRP and other roleplay networks in general:
I have been on SRP for quite some time now, first joining the server in 2020. I have made mistakes, getting banned awhile back but since then have achieved a better look on roleplay along with myself. Before joining SRP I indulged in other roleplay servers some of which on Roblox, roleplay has been a sanctuary in many ways for me. Helping me build my imagination especially when it comes to making new characters and how they will act around others.
What are your current roles on SchoolRP:
Currently on my main account I have a College Masters student Yoon-ah Soo, along with two Grade 12 characters I don’t usually play. On my ALT I have a bear and cat whitelist, which is the account I'm applying for.

What is your motivation for becoming a professor?:
Becoming a professor is not an easy requirement; it requires preparation, creativity, and a genuine interest for making the classroom an engaging space. It’s about thinking outside the box to connect with students to the subject. I believe that taking on this role will add depth and realism to my future roleplay experiences. Being a professor will help create a more in depth experience for me, allowing me to try something I have yet to give a shot.
My motivation stems from my time in a variety of factions, including sports (HS football, Col football, and Col Basketball) , EMS, and being a teacher for the server. Out of all the application's I've put in and the time it took to make them writing to become a member of the school faction was one of my favorites. I got to experience the life as an adult that was constantly getting bothered by students, but that was easily the joy in it.

Work out two interactive classes you will host if accepted:
- College students will need to pair up into two’s, we will be using ‘Partner 1 and 2’ as a demonstration. Partner 1 will wrap an elastic around partner 2’s upper arm using it as a tunicate, partner 1 will need to determine where partner 2’s vein is. Once it is found they will call me over where I’ll check their progress, if they’re on the right track I’ll tell them to proceed where they will take a stethoscope to the inner arm and write down partner 2’s heart rate. Then, they’d switch if there’s enough time on the clock.
- After a lecture on the different medicine types for a human's mental health some students will be given a script while partner 2 has a list of medicines and their uses. Partner 1 will read from the script stating the mental difficulties ‘they have’, going off the script while partner 2 tries to determine what medication will help partner 1. This could be done at their desks or in front of their peers, although I wouldn’t push a pairing of students come up to the front if they were uncomfortable.
Work out a field trip (meaning a class outside school grounds) you will host if accepted:
If accepted I’d like to take my classroom to the hospital, where I’d have a doctor show students what they do on a day to day basis and the dedication it takes to practice human health and medicine. The reason for this trip to the hospital would benefit students because they get to look through the possibilities they’re future life can take.
SCENARIO SECTION
Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?
*Jiwon kept her walkie in hand informing other school staff of the possible fight/argument, strolling up her heels were the first notification she was there. “I advise you to step away from the bobcat, or there will be serious consequences.” Her voice was stern but had a calm tone to it, thinning her lips. She took a moment to look at each student’s face in case she had to call them over the loudspeaker. “If this continues I will be handing out detention slips, am I clear?” Head neck whipped at all of them making sure they knew she was being serious. Pulling the bobcat to the side she spoke in a hushed tone. “Are you hurt? If you could tell me the details of what happened, I can help.” A faint smile came over her face. It was reassuring. *Speaking to the student she memorized each detail the bobcat gave her* Jiwon nodded at the bobcats reply. “I deeply thank you for being open with me. If you need anything, come find me.” Walking away she turned back to give the bobcat a thumbs up with a reassuring smile.
Your character would be supervising detention, one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?
*Jiwon sighs, giving the other students a hand gesture to continue their tasks, walking over to the disrupting students desk; she'd speak quietly with a kind but assertive tone. “Please be respectful to the other children trying to do their work… All we ask is that you silently do your task.” Stepping back over to the teacher podium she nodded at the student with a thin smile, looking at the other teachers she sighed, furring her brows… A coffee would be her savior. (If student continues)
Click clacking her heels as she walked back over to the student’s desk, peering down she raised an eyebrow. Placing a hand on her hip; her voice changed now in a much more strict tone, unwavering. “I believe I asked you to keep your voice down, if this happens further I will be notifying SLT. Your choice.” Bouncing her shoulders as she shrugged, and walked back to the podium.
Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and calling out other students in the class, what would your character do?
*Grabbing the attention of the other students she’d point to her eyes then down, advising them to continue their work. Inhaling to the point her cheeks become chubby she exhaled a deep sigh as she walked over to the students; with her pointer finger stick. Keeping a low tone so she didn’t disrupt the other student she spoke to. “I need you all to put your phones away and focus on the task in front of you.” Tapping her pointer finger stick on their papers, with an awkward smile… (If situation continued)
Tapping her stick against her palm she walked back up to the cheerleaders, her eyes darting from one to the other, of course she loves Spartans, but her classroom was for learning. Not moving her chin from its natural position her irises darted down at them. Her lips thin, not showing a smile or a frown she was just a girl... “This is your last warning. You’re all supposed to be role models, continue this behavior and I will inform SLT.”

Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?
*Jiwon presses down the button on her walkie so other faculty will hear her, speaking into it. “There’s a fight at (Location), I attempted to break it up but they’re not listening. Backup is needed." Clipping her walkie to her outfit so she’d still be able to hear it she’d assess the fight again, now shouting. “LAST WARNING, MOVE FROM EACH OTHER OR I'M PASSING OUT DETENTION SLIPS!” Looking around for the other teachers, praying they were on their way… Walking forward she’d try to pry her way in between the fighting student’s to get them away from each other. Hopefully then backup will join me in fixing the problem.
CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE

From the very beginning, Jiwon Soo was hotheaded August 19th 1986 she was born under the constellation of Leo, her presence was impossible to ignore. Even as a child, she radiated a magnetic confidence that clashed regularly with the strict, conservative expectations of her father. He was a man who prized discipline, academic excellence, and family honor.
Her older brother, Dae-hyun, initially saw her as annoying, too loud, too smart, and fairly just too much. She liked to ruin his “bad boy” reputation. He teased her mercilessly until her late teens, when she finally grew into herself, sharp-witted and stunning. Once the teen years hit they didn't speak much, their relationship becoming icy not noticing each other's existence, they were from two different worlds… She was popular while he hung out with the kids that skipped school. Jiwon enjoyed making her father turn red in the face hosting parties while her parents were away, and to be fair she hosted the best parties. No one was ever excluded but she couldn’t promise that you wouldn’t get a drink thrown at you! When she finally kicked people out of her parties she was snappy when it came to cleaning, everything had to be perfect just like how her father wished she was. Here grew her love for perfection.
Despite her party-hosting reputation in high school and college, Jiwon never let her grades slip. She graduated at the top of her class, Finally getting the slightest head nod from her father but that’s not what she wanted. She never wanted to be head of her class, she thought the partying and her recklessness would impact her grades… And only after so many years her father was proud? Yeah no. Now, Flaunting dyed hair, and even getting a tiny crescent-shaped tattoo under her left eye during her rebellious 17th year. Anything she could do to make his bomb tick she did it.
Her academic prowess was undeniable, but it was her fearless duality, the social butterfly with a razor-sharp intellect, pushing the intellect to the side she decided she was going to be married to a man her father did not approve of. Her fiance Ji-ho was one of Dae-hyun’s friend from school, although Dae never grew out of his defiant persona… He was involved in people that he shouldn’t have acknowledged but did… Their wedding was beautiful and extravagant, the kind of wedding where her guests felt envy. For all of two years of marriage they decided at the time kids weren’t wanted and that they wanted to wait another year… Sadly only one of them made it to the next year, Jiwon’s husband went out one night and his deficiency caught up to him. He was killed and he never got to know his wife was pregnant…
Jiwon wondered if she had only told him maybe things wouldn’t have ended up like this, maybe if he knew she was carrying their child he would have stopped and reflected on himself. There was nothing she could do now, though she had to continue with her life. The birth of her son was almost a numbing moment for her closing the door of her old life. She ended up putting her son up for adoption. She wasn’t ready to heal entirely and she didn’t want to mess up her son's life like her father did to her and her brother. She never hated children, if anything she always dreamed of having her own family to raise and love. But she couldn’t do it, not now and surely not alone.
During her younger years she did have a love for medicine she’d research it and take a gander at what it would be like to be on the field as a doctor… But she never got there. So, after her husband's passing and her son's new home, she decided she wanted to do something with her life. She began to get back into her child-like hobbies and read. She was addicted to each article she read on the different types of medicines and how they could impact someone's mental state and their physical state.
Jiwon has always been a social-butterfly and even with all of her loss that never changed her, she enjoys taking time to connect with her peers and sharing common hobbies. Although she's only worked for a short amount of time everyone she’s worked with said she always came in with a smile, they mostly mention they’d always knew when she was coming from the sound of her heels against the flooring. “Jiwon is one of those people.. That you just want to be around” it’s been like that all of her life, bringing happiness to those around her was something that was almost a hobby to her. Whether it’s a child at the grocery store who’s lost their mom to an elderly lady that thinks Jiwon is her daughter… Jiwon doesn’t know what she wants of her future, she’s still planning for her own success but she’s never been one to shy away from a new challenge, and who knows her plans may change her wants for her future may stray far from the path but she’s come to terms with it.
Describe how your character ended up becoming a teacher and their previous life. It is optional to include earlier life but recommended.

Jiwon Soo began her academic journey studying psychology, intrigued by the complexity of the human mind and a want to understand the people around her. This ended up being a seed planted from her stern father and emotionally distant brother. Then at one point something in her shifted. The more she studied the mind, the more fascinated she became with the human body and the chemistry, biology, and physical processes that shape who we are. By her late twenties, she pivoted. She went back to school and eventually earned her credentials in medical sciences. Today, at 39, she teaches medicine at a university level, specializing in anatomy and human physiology. Jiwon Soo, known for her bold style and confident demeanor, stands out from the rest just as she did at high school parties she used to host. Her students admire her no-nonsense attitude, sharp intellect, and unexpected empathy. She enjoys bringing a psychological look into her medical practices, and helping students see medicines from her eyes.
