Currently, Karakura’s beach has some… interesting buildings, and among them are the beach houses. There are exactly 9 small houses for 20,000 Yen. The unowned buildings stand deserted, their reasons for abandonment shrouded in mystery. Nevertheless, their architectural structure is clear, with structures painted in an array of vibrant colors including shades of green, blue, and red.
Moreover, the beach houses are furnished with meticulously selected furniture and captivating installations, adding to the allure of these coastal dwellings. But no one actually uses them. To answer the question of “Do people actually use them?” it's NO!
This leaves the question, why? The answer may be a bit obvious, but due to strict rules, you can’t add decor to the inside and really call it home. Along with the side being a large factor, the houses are simply not what the ideal Karakura citizen would want.
