In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
As a Caretaker within Karakura Highschool, you are required to maintain both the condition of the school and keep students in check within the halls of the school. This would include patrolling hallways, patrolling the detention room if needed, making sure that there are no rules being broken by students, etc. There will be times in which there will be no nurse available, at times like this, a Caretaker is able to assist with minor injuries such as small injuries, headaches, nose bleeds and anything else considered to be minor.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
The only experience within roleplay that I do have would be within the school faculty faction as a former librarian for Karakura Highschool and Gang/Crime roleplay but on a separate character than which I am applying with.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I'd like to join the School Employee faction in hopes of giving my new character a decent reputation within the community and be able to expand my roleplay experience throughout different factions of SchoolRP.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
In this case, my character [Victoria Crisan-Mues] would politely correct the student(s) and explain that while in school and truly any other environment, there should be no need for disrespect towards another person. If they continue, she would respectfully provide the student(s) with yet another warning/reminder. If the student(s) decide that they are going to continue to be disrespectful to her/me [Victoria Crisan-Mues], she'd give them a third and final warning, after that she would provide them with a detention slip.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
After seeing the two students scuffling within the hallways, she [Victoria Crisan-Mues] would quickly call for backup and then go ahead and check CCTV for any possible evidence that there truly was a fight and who it may have involved. If the two who seemed to have been fighting were the suspects shown on CCTV, detention slips would be given to both students.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
If she [Victoria Crisan-Mues] notices one of her co-workers participating in inappropriate and dangerous behavior while on the clock, she would remind them that what they are doing can not only impact them unfortunately, but impact those around them as well whether it be the loss of their job or an injury caused to either faculty or student(s).
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
While in the employee break room, I [Victoria Crisan-Mues] would remain respectful to her co-workers, asking them about their day, etc. It is important to have good bonds with those around you whether it be family, friend, co-worker or even student(s).

/me Would greet the student(s) and faculty around her, encouraging them to have a good morning.
/me She'd notice a fight occurring down the hall. While remaining calm, she'd approach the two student(s) who were the possible suspects and question them in hopes of figuring out why the fight had even happened or if it happened at all. She'd call for back up incase the student(s) were to continue or act out and so that she could go ahead and check CCTV for what really went on.
/me She'd look at the time and notice that it was about to be time for lunch! Hearing the ring of the bell, she'd make her way for the break room and grab a small snack, along with a coffee and enjoy the time she had to relax until she had to get back to work!

Victoria Crisan-Mues' story has an air of quiet resilience. A childhood shaped by solitude, yet grounded in the unwavering bond with her older brother. Her attitude makes her all the more real, no one emerges from youth without a few sharp edges and the fact that she found joy in her academics, despite everything, speaks volumes about her character. She had a dream, a dream of becoming faculty for her school. Her dream of becoming part of a school's faculty feels like a full-circle moment, her very own way of shaping the very world that once shaped her. Victoria Crisan-Mues' childhood was shaped by a mix of isolation, determination and the quiet comfort of having her brother by her side.
Early on, Victoria recognized her difference from other children. While classmates formed tight-knit friendships, she found herself watching from the sidelines. This set the stage for her independence. With no close friends, her relationship with her brother grew into something profound. A defining moment could be a time when they stood up for one another, making it clear that they were each other's safe place. School became more of just a place for her; it was a sanctuary. The structure, the challenge and the sense of accomplishment all fed into the growth of her passion for education.
Having a bit of an attitude meant Victoria didn't always make things easy for herself. Whether it was standing her ground in an argument with her teacher or refusing to follow expectations, these instances shaped her confidence and sharpened her sense of self.

My motivation stemmed from a deep, personal connection to the world of education. School wasn't just a place of learning, it was my escape, my structure and in more ways than one, my safe haven. Academics gave me purpose, a feeling of belonging and achievement. My decision to become a part of the faculty is due to my desire to make an impact.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
My attitude factored into my choice. I'm not someone who chooses to back down easily and just want to prove that I could contribute meaningfully. I want to shape the very halls that once shaped me.
