I am an active member, i take part in gangrp and other kind of roleplays, usually playing 3-4 hours per day depending on the day i might play more or sometimes maybe less, but in average I play 3-4 hours per day. (my gangrp character is a different character than the one i am applying for)

Caretaker
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A caretaker's task are: patrolling the detention room, Patrolling the inside the school building including hallways, and seeing if there is any rule breakings going on and making sure every student is safe and everyone is following the rules, if the nurse is not online help with minor injuries such as: nose bleed, a small cut, headaches and more. Caretakers also have access to CCTV so they can check and verify things and if there is something serious or the situation is intense they would contact SLT.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I first started playing SRP in 2023 a few months before new year and i played continued to play SRP for about a year, But then i took a 5 month break and i forgot many things, but after playing for a month I remembered back everything and also learnt a lot of new things and now I am playing SRP pretty much everyday, so i wanted to try something new and that's why I am applying for this role to get to learn new types of Roleplaying better, But if i want to sum it up I can say I am pretty good in roleplaying I am not saying that I am perfect I am saying that I know a lot about Roleplaying and that I am opened to learn more about different types of RPs.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
Because I believe that School Faction is The best faction to join because of the great people you can meet and also that School Is the main point of SRP and the most important place in karakura and I find this really cool also I want to try different and new kind of RPs and learn more about each of them, Since I was never in a Faction I am really looking forward to join and learn more about them. But in general its actually because someone motived me to apply for The school faction, and have that one curiosity, that once we all had when we joined the server and wanted to learn about everything back.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
At first Maddie would be shocked of what They were calling her, but then she would tell them that their behavior is unacceptable in school grounds and that they should quit using such words, if they continued Maddie would warn them again but in a more serious tone "as I said there is no need for such a language especially when talking with a faculty member we try to keep a clean and calm space for you all to learn and that is how you repay us, you could say stuff like have a great day or asking about how we are doing or don't even say anything just smile when walking past us and that would mean a world to us, but this is unacceptable after i told you to quit." if they continue she would warn them for one last time "This is your last warning quit." And if they still continue after the 3rd warning she would hand them a detention slip.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Maddie would instantly get in between them and hold them back from each other, she would call backup and she would check the CCTV for more accurate description or tell someone to check the CCTV, and she would then hand them both detention slips. But if there are no faculty members online she would ask if there are any witnesses or anyone who knew what was going on, she would basically buy some time for them both to calm down, after that she would go check the CCTV with both of them where she could see them and she was sure they wouldn't fight, after she is sure what happened she would hand them both detention slips.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
She would first remind them that what they are doing is not smart and it is unacceptable since someone can get injured from it or even worse, then she would contact the person’s Head Of Department and tell them what they have done, and if there was no HD online she would contact and right a letter to an SLT member.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
She would drink some coffee or some snacks, if there is enough for everyone she would share the snacks so everyone could enjoy a quick snack, she would ask her fellow co-workers how their day is going was there anything interesting, basically some small talks, she would be happy and open to listen to all of her fellow co-workers because she is a really social person.

/me she would start her everyday morning routine with greeting students with a warm smile as they arrive, creating a welcoming environment to learn, She discreetly observes students moods and behaviors, identifying those who may be anxious, upset or unwell.
/me as she hears the bell ring and it is lunch time she would go to the cafeteria and she would instruct the students to get into a single file line, they should not cut in line as it is disrespectful and unfair, she would then check if anybody is cutting in line and after everyone is done getting their lunch she would go back to the front desk so it is easier for the students to find her.
/me She would see someone carrying a girl and rushing towards her, she would instantly notice the girl having a black eye, she would tell the person carrying the girl to bring her to nurse's office, She notices that all the nurses are all out of town so she was in charge, she would go and grab a icebag and bandage she would first lay the ice bag under her eye, then she would start wrapping the bandage around her eye, securing the icebag in place, she would then tell her to "sit down and rest for a bit until you feel better." she would then help her sit down and she would give her a painkiller and a water bottle" take it, this will help with your pain."
