What's your Minecraft Username?: fourmis2020
What's the title of your suggestion?: Item giving

What's your suggestion?:
When a banned player is banned, they should be allowed to give the stuff in their private chest to the player by having Screen shot proof of accepting that they have the items and staff can remove the sign from their chest ?? It's stupid how they aren't allowed to do so, they can't log on if they are banned to make a ticket saying they want that to happen or remove the sign themselves, if they want a player to have their chests that's in their apartment with out staff deleting it, that should be allowed. It's consented after all if there is Screen Shot proof of that.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
It makes sense that players are allowed to do so, even if the player is banned, that it's temp or perm banned they are still owners of the items and can do what they please with them if it means giving the items to someone they know. Especially if both parties consent and there is Screen Shot proof of this being allowed.

If the chest is at your place, sure im sure staff can remove the sign if the banned player gave permission. But if its on another property that you don't have claim to, there isnt really anything you or the other person can do about it in the long run.

This heavily depends on the situation and circumstances. I'm not too sure what staff's procedures are right now, but whatever it is, it should probably not be a one-liner guideline. Bans can happen for many reasons; Some are 1-day bans, some others are permanent; it's also possible the person who was banned wasn't at fault and they're unbanned after appealing.

Besides, losing items should be part of the punishment for getting banned (granted that the ban is lengthy enough to run out of housing rent and the banned player is at fault). The only exception to this would be in cases where the user's ban was lifted because they weren't at fault for their ban. In these cases, staff have the necessary tools to manually "roll back" (though I'll admit it's not as simple as clicking a single button; It takes quite a lot of time to do this, hence why it should be reserved for these special cases) people's lost items.

Again, I'm unaware of staff's current course of action for these bans, so I'm unsure if this idea is already followed. My point here is that staff shouldn't be forced to go through the hassle of searching through countless chest logs to return items to someone who did something wrong in the server and got banned for it. At that point, losing those items should serve as a lesson not to commit these same mistakes again.
