How was the 1st experience of SRP for you?

anyways. i did alright just went to school. first thing i fucked up was /looc i didnt wrap my mind round that til like two weeks in

I did /me shivers (/shiver didn’t exist 4 years ago) and then some reddie came up to me and asked if my character was a pirate

When I first joined I didn't know how things worked here but then I started getting the hang of it. And when I was a red greenie (I was grade 10 back then) I ko'd someone in the bear cave unmasked (entrance was blocked by a bear and a bird, she was nudged into the bear cave by the bear before) not knowing they will receive majors and due do that my character Alaya Hitashi lost her leg as the bear bit off her leg and ate it.

First experienced: Got completely bullied by a professor on the Karakura Academic Vc for being a greenie.

First on server experience: I really did interact with many people at the time except for Urrufu (Mimir I do miss the times we had together in HS)

i completely forgot but im assuming it was just me running around doing absolutely nothing regarding actually roleplaying during a time before i even joined the forums, i would probably walk up to people and say random shit but i still clearly remember that time when i got scammed for all my money (i was completely naive even though i had almost no yen already)

Back when they had free houses in 2020 (literally just walk into a furnished house and RP), I met my first ever SRP friend Yuki on my first day playing. He invited me and an IRL friend I was playing with into the house he RP'd in. We all became IC roommates and there was like 10 of us in the end. We created storylines, we voice acted in calls, and such. Of course we were new, but I think that really showed me you can create something of your own from SRP. I miss those times <3

My first real experience on SRP that I can genuinely remember (when I hadn't actually just joined and then left) was probably my character being indoctrinated into a friend group with a clown named Poppy McSquimples and another guy named Squables Figglehorn iirc

When I first joined the server it was back in 2015, WAY BEFORE we had the Japan map. When I first logged on it was night time on the server annd back then you would first spawn in the school, so imagine me brand new player running around the pitch black dark green terracotta halls. Had no idea how ooc worked, saw about 20 people online but no one around, NOT TO MENTION I WAS STUCK IN A MAZE OF A SCHOOL. Eventually I found my way out to the main road/playground area where more people were at and eventually all the way to the boys dorm where I met people.

Back when i first joined many many years ago I remember meeting someone, I forgot their RP name but i follow them on the forums. The school had a pool that was underground at the time and they was drowning. They showed me around the map, Showed me the family store which at the time was really small. Helped me learn basic commands and also showed me the old bridge which i remember falling off and dying. Keep inventory wasn't on back then. I miss old SRP sometimes, I wish we could go back and just look at the old maps just for a bit of nostalgia
