-I really enjoy schoolRP and have been on this server before Taketatsu (As VoidicSoul)
and wish to bring a change in my playing experience

-Yes, I have fully read it

-I have been a tutor in school and also assisted fellow classmates by teaching them the lesson over again.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?
-I would change how the teachers purely teach and that I myself would give the students a chance to philosophize about the subject they're learning.

KNOWLEDGE

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
-Their goal is too teach their students and pass on the knowledge whilst also being there for them to assist them if they were to have problems with a subject. They get a salary of 250000¥ every month. They will also teach discipline to their students so they will perform at their finest in class. In spare time the teacher corrects the works of the students.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server:
-School can't be a school without teachers they're there for the realism and students need someone to look after them and like I said also teach them discipline.

Describe the ranking system of teachers:
-The Trainee is the first rank and doesn't start a class but only joins one to learn the way of students and of the teacher.

-The Newly Qualified Teacher is an increased rank who can start his own class but in teaching is limited to his documents and notes.

-The Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills is a rank where you have more control over when and about what you are going to teach and is also the highest teacher rank

What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
-MoSCo, this stands for Must have, Should have and Could Have.
Must have is the main topic of a lesson and the most important topic that students need to learn.
This "Must have topic" gives the students a easier view on the subject and is enough to make them complete their objective. Should have is something that should / needs to be done.
Could have is not expected to be done but is there for students of higher skill

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?
-Ashida Oshikuruma.
He has black hair and normally wears a long black coat and a scarf, he isn't completely what he looks like, he is actually not a very strict teacher but still does everything to make his students get the job done and get good grades in his lessons. He remembers how school was for him and wants his students to have a chance at having fun in class but doesn't let it go too far either. He is rather philosophic and thinks alot but can be very social as well.
SCENARIOS

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:

-Try to resolve the situation and if it were to go out of hand then send them to detention

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?
-I would look at who is talking and who isn't so I know where the problem is, then I would walk to the source directly. I wouldn't raise my voice

When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act?
-Calm, talking if he's asked anything, and mostly just correcting works and preparing lessons

BACKSTORY
Ashida Oshikuruma was the first son of the Oshikuruma family. Born on 7 may 1992 in belgium he was half European and half Japanese, he lived a normal live although he was different from other kids. He preferred to stay behind his desk and work for school all evening than to play outside. Serious, calm and mostly mature in nature he was always seen as older than he actually is. He was a good student mostly getting high grades and rarely getting an F only for Performing arts sometimes which he disliked very much. Ashida was very good at drawing and really enjoyed history, so much even he knew that in college he would study archeology. He is also a very attached man and has trouble with letting things go like his friends and family but he can grow out of it eventually. Ashida hasn't gotten much support from his parents though who were more busy with the younger brother but Ashida saw this as a good thing and quickly became very independent and didn't have to rely on others.
He is very hardworking and manages too keep it clean and organized too. After his years in high school he finally went to college after a year off and exploring the world, he saw a lot of things and learned lessons in this time which made his sense of understanding even better. He went to college and studied archeology like he always wanted, he graduated in 2014 with the Classical Archeology degree. Meanwhile he also worked part time in a coffee bar to earn extra money which he really put to use later. After a few months of continuing his life he moved with his family to Japan. He was highly inspired by Japanese culture and wished to learn about it but on a more detailed level unlike his college years in Europe. He quickly knew he wanted to be a teacher there too and applied for it. He hopes to share his view of the world with his future students.
