Yes. I am aware of this, and I understand it.

TRIVIA QUESTIONS

What is the student council and what do they do?:

The student council are a set of people that try to help out the faculty within the school grounds. They help out within the community and the school grounds. The council helps resolve fights and issues, they help you with any of your required needs or something thats troubling you. The student council takes up their own time to set up events for all the students to enjoy and have in. They take up their own resources to help out with these events too. They help out the faculty within any needs or requirements that need to be done - They get told directions by a faculty member and follow them promptly and positively.

What motivated you to apply for council?:
My motivation for applying for council? Well, i have a friend in the council and they recommended one of my chars should join (thanks souphyy) and i figured it might lead to a fun time, but besides that, my motivation to apply is the way they seem to behave icly. I try to play any and any character types i can, no matter if they're shy, overgoing, energetic, orderly, old fashioned, religious. I want to master being able to play any character type and i KNOW this will help me out alot, not only this though. Im also motivated to join council as i am decently good with the way i word things to people when i think beforehand, I enjoy helping people out oocly AND icly, though I'm not trying to say this affects my character in any type, shape, form, or way.

Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council?:
Yes. I am aware and looking forward to it. I'm apart of SC in my school oocly, so im always trying to help out around those areas. therefore, coming up with ideas sounds fun to me!!

Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:

President
The student council president manages things, like events and tells them on to higher ups like teachers. The president is someone you'd want to go to if you had any issues with anyone else in the council or any issues in general. They're basically like a sports-captain but for the council.

Vice-President
The student council vice-president is like the second in command, taking over any roles the president cannot if they're not there or available at that time and place.

Councillors
The councillors encourage and enforce good behaviour, they respect their higher ups and teachers. Councillors help with events and ideas, setting them up and everything while making sure they're saying it respectfully. They represent the school and their rules responsibly and with a sense of courage.

SLT
SLT, the higher ups of the school, like the principal, dean, vice-principal, any of those. The SLT are the ones giving orders and managing the school itself.

Teachers
Teachers enforce the good behaviour on everyone, making sure they're behaving well and tidy.

Students
Students are the people the school is teaching, looking after and making sure they're well, mentally and physically. The students are the ones that can be dependant or independent, organised or disorganised, couraged or discouraged, the students are the main part of the school in general.

IC SECTION
SCENARIOS

While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?
"How would I manage it?" She paused for a moment, like she was thinking about her answer. "I'd quietly alert another council member to keep an eye out so I could go over and give them a small and quiet warning, making sure they were aware they were causing a disturbance. Making sure they had heard me before I walked away and back to where I was originally, though making sure to keep a close eye on them.

If they continued being disruptive
"However, if they continued misbehaving, I would alert a teacher and walk back over to the person misbehaving, giving them a detention slip quietly, once more asking them to stop misbehaving. I'd then once more walk back over to where I had been standing originally, hoping they didn't continue the childish behaviour on more."

If they stopped being disruptive
"If they stopped being disruptive I'd still try to keep an eye on them every now and then, though I'd also be glad they had stopped their childish behaviour after my warning, or anyone others." She said proudly, a flashy grin appearing on her face.

A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?
"Humm. . Well I suppose the right thing to do would be to radio for some help, or to be aware of a kid running around with a mask, but to remain calm during this. I wouldn't run after the individual as my physical speed isn't that great, but i would make sure to pull them up on it again if I ever managed to catch sight of them in their mask. Besides that, I would make sure to alert the radio that there's a kid running around with a mask and has already been given a detention warning."

A teacher observes concerning behaviour from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?
"I would go off the teacher's ideas and suggestions to help out, though i would suggest that I go up and ask them about it privately with or without a teacher, with a soft tone though as I don't want to escalate the situation more and make others around us feel unsafe." She paused for a moment, as if thinking on another idea or what to say next. "I would also let the teacher do the talking if they suggest so, but i recommend a councillor do it due to them being a student too. Theres a lot of ways we can approach it but i would like to take it the simplest and kindest way, worse comes to worse, we'll have to alert SLT."

A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?
"I mean, everyone has their own expresses and feelings, though I'm not sure a protest is the best way. It would come with terms and conditions, like, what's it about? What are you protesting? What's the reason behind it? Yes, I get everyone has their own rights and I'm not saying they don't, but some things have limitations. Though I would allow or decline them depending on their reasoning, I would thank them for asking beforehand as well." Her expression turned slightly more cheerful. "I mean I allow people to have fun, just. . don't take it too far! Ya know? And then there's also the amount of people doing the protest. If it's around like. . say 50, it may be a bit too much for . . well, even the school to handle, let alone a few councillors! Though if i did allow them to, I would ensure they weren't in certain environmental areas of the school, and i would keep an eye on them. Another thing i would do is alert the radio or another council member or faculty about it beforehand, and ask if its one of the right things to do."

A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?
"I would seem a bit shocked and embarrassed at first, but then I'd nod in understanding, asking what I've done wrong. Though it's embarrassing to being pulled up on something you've done wrong, it is normal for people to make mistakes - I hope. I would make sure to apologise to the faculty member for my behaviour and tell them ill reserve myself once more - making sure I wasn't acting up or doing something wrong once more. Though I may overthink that situation for a bit, I will get over it and try improving myself and what I've done. I'd also make sure to apologise to that higher-up if they had time. Though if not I'd let them be, not wanting to bother them more than I already have!" She moved a bit of hair away from her face, her gaze unreadable. "I would try to make it up though by doing my absolute best I can."

Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity:

School Bootcamp

School Bootcamp: What the name is, an overnight sleepover with fun extracurricular activities.

Concept of 'School Bootcamp:' The concept of this idea is for people to get know others better socially. The activities are worked in about teams of 5 or 6. Depending on how many you'd like on your team. The part 'camp' in 'Bootcamp' is camping over on the baseball field, where most activities will be held around that area or in the basketball courts/on the track!

Activity 1: Relay Races
Relay races! I think we all know how this goes. . Though if you don't, its simple. Each team has one baton, and each player ON that team has to align up to one of those lines set up on the track, and your starting player will be the one with the baton first, once the whistle blows, that player runs onto the next one on the next line. As soon as the next player is reached, you have to pass it on to them without dropping the baton or they will have to stop and grab it. Continue this process throughout the entire race.
2025-06-18_22.01.37.png
@komori
How this would be done ICLY:
The relay races need to be fair, therefore i was thinking, you roll 20, anything above 5 means you successfully didn't drop it once passing, anything UNDER 5 means you dropped it. SO, for example.

Irene "Zuri" B. Ikemori rolled 15 out of 20.
SUCCESSFULLY PASSED.
Irene "Zuri" B. Ikemori rolled 3 out of 20.
UH OH! YOU DROPPED IT!

Dropping it means the person that its being passed to needs to have an action ready to pick it up, or they can freestyle it and take their time to write it on the spot.

NOTE: You would need to have a roll 20 keybind for this or copy and pasted it.

Required to participate? [YES/NO]

Activity 2: Flip A Coin

Flip A Coin! Its what it says it is, but again I will explain for those that don't know. Flip a coin is a game where you select heads/tails, then get a coin, any type of coin. (Not Chocolate Ones.) And flip it, after catching it you slap it onto the back of your hand gently and whatever it lands on wins. To play this one player from each team needs to be selected to participate in 'Flip A Coin' which is a team vote, if you're having troubles then someone will be selected randomly by council or faculty.

[!] The phone would have. . A FLIP A COIN GENERATOR?! Gee. . Why don't new gens just use an actual coin. [!]
@kiratoara
How this would be done ICLY:

This is purely a luck based event. To start off the game to see who goes first, roll 20, highest one gets their pick. Heads is 1, Tails is 2, Take your pick and roll 2! Here's an example.

Irene "Zuri" B. Ikemori rolls 18 out of 20
Casey 'Charmy' Kkulbeol rolls 6 out of 20
Irene "Zuri" B. Ikemori says "I pick heads."
Irene "Zuri" B. Ikemori rolled1 out of 2
IRENE WINS! PROGRESSES ONTO NEXT ROUND!

This also works vice versa.

NOTE: No keybinds required.

Required to participate? [YES/NO]

Activity 3: Drawing Competition

A drawing competition, this ones for the ones who love to draw! The drawing competition is like any other, though the Councillors get to select the theme and winners. A drawing competition is where a theme is selected and you have to draw that selective theme, afterwards, the winners will be chosen by so-called 'Judges' or, us, the councillors.

2025-06-18_23.44.36.jpeg
@kiratoara
How this would be done ICLY:
This is a DetailRP based event, for my guys and gals who love to DetailRP!! After the theme is picked, it will be announced, and everyone will have half an hour to draw. Once this time is up, you have to stop drawing, in a better explanation of how to do this because it doesn't really require many commands, basically -

You will be given a book, you will have to write in that book what you've drawn in DETAIL, So the text inside the book should somewhat look like this.

[!] Inside the rough sketchbook was a neat and tidy drawing of flowers, Cherry blossoms surrounding the area with a slight tint of pink along the page. Looking closer, there seemed to be quite a lot of detail put into it, the leaves were done pencil stroke by pencil stroke, it looked like time was ACTUALLY put into this drawing. Although it wasn't their best drawing, or their favourite hobby, they had still done amazing, showing off no flaws. The artwork had a slightly opaque signature beside the flower, it stood for 'Zuri' and it was done in extremely cursive handwriting. [!]

NOTE: Keybinds are NOT allowed.

Required to participate? [YES/NO]

Activity 4: Swimming Relay Competition

The swimming competition, This game requires one player from EACH team to swim, team vote like earlier. Any troubles and a player will be randomly selected.
2025-06-19_00.12.27.jpeg

@AuroraSweet
How this would be done ICLY:
This is an attributes based activity, meaning the higher your swimming attribute - the higher your chances of winning! Though this is also dependant on your other teammates. Some teammates will be lined on the other side of the pool, and as soon as you reach that wall - they're allowed to dive in, though if they're caught diving beforehand, your entire team will be DISQUALIFIED! So be careful.

No actions needed.

NOTES: No keybinds needed!

Required to participate: [YES/NO] but heavily encouraged!

Personal Information

Name:

"The name's Irene, but you can call me Zuri. Full name is Irene Byun-Ikemori."

Gender:
"Female."

Age:
"17."

Phone number:
"0303202867."

How would you describe your personality?:
"I'd consider myself quite friendly, but orderly. I enjoy when people are doing the right thing! It makes me happy myself. I'm quite extraverted and tend to talk a lot - though if I'm not doing that then I'm probably spaced out, which is something that I do a lot! I'd describe my personality type as ESTP or ENFP. I can read the room quite easily, immediately dialling it down if someone's upset or hurt." She'd pause for a moment, but then continued. "I find I can relate to a lot of people, not saying that I've been in EVERYONES situation and I've done this and that better. No. I mean I can relate to people emotional wise."

Appearance/attire (Please provide a picture):
View attachment 80328
What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:

"I don't believe anyone's better than anyone else. All applicants would be amazing and suitable for this role within the school. Though I have a sweet and caring nature, if I see a problem I'll immediately approach the situation cautiously but with care. I have a knack for helping people and listening to their problems, caring for them, giving them ways and links to go to to help get their issues solved." She took a slight breath, thinking on her next words. "I'm separated from other applicants because I'll try my best to do what I can and all I can. If a fight broke out, I'd try to help. I practice ****ysing situations in my spare time and trying to figure out how to proceed within fixing them. Thank you for listening."

Why do you want this position?:
"I want to help people the best and most I can, and within this position it gives me more opportunities to do just that. I want this position because I can show compassion and care towards them like stated earlier. It's always easy to listen to someone, but I would like to do more than listen. I would like to show people I care. To show they're worth. To show they're loved. It makes me feel good about myself when I can help make others feel happy and grateful. I love seeing others happy and this position would show to be perfect for what I'd like to do now and when I'm older." A small but faint smile fell on her lips, in a warm way.

What interests you the most about student council?:
"What interests me the most? Definitely the responsibilities of the people within it. I find it fun having to stay back and help- or just being asked by another member of the council for help. I find this interesting because the role seems to come with a lot of responsibilities behind it, I love reporting stuff, helping people out, giving directions, any of that. Im not just interested in it for the responsibilities, im interested in it for the experience, the experience of getting to hang out with other councillor members, of having good and bad times during arguments and resolvations." She took another pause, like the others but a bit longer this time. Her lips finally opened once more as she continued speaking. "The student council seem reserved and have set boundaries. I respect and even admire that. They appear to be a friendly group of people with a certain significance. Student council has alot of meaning behind them that students just dont care about."

What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:
The organised lady sat in the chair thought for a moment, her gaze averted towards the table before she looked back up, a cheerful smile showing. "What could I contribute to make the school a safer and funner environment? I mean, theres a lot i could contribute, and im willing to. I would contribute a safer. . vibe around the school and its grounds, I want to make it more safe actually. I hope my presence would make even a few more people safer. I could contribute a helping hand, someone whos there for you to talk to if needed, someone to be your. . the******? No. Psychologist. I love helping people with their feelings and why their feeling that, its a hobby of mine. I could also help with writing, schoolwork writing, i enjoy writing alot - it just interests me more than anything. . apart from psychology. I would contribute ideas and knowledge, anything suspicious ive seen would immediately go to a faculty member or higher-up. In general I would love to contribute a lot more than im hoping i can now. She smiled, showing an expression of gratitude.
