I am a very active player, though as of recently- My time on srp has been spent within jockrp. I am more known on my highschool cheer character, Nobara Heddo, where I roleplay as an idol-gyaru bobcat. From time to time, I get on my adult characters as they mean a lot to me considering I have gone well in depth when writing their lore. Outside of the roleplay aspect, my activity on the server includes event team. Planning and helping with silly events is something I REALLY love to do!

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
Lots! I believe I have been within the srp community for 3-4 years! I've experienced all sorts of roleplay; Gangrp, Jockrp, Ems, etc.
What is your motivation for applying?
As of lately I have been missing being in a faction- I left EMS almost a year ago after having a lot of irl stuff consume my daily day. It was not fair for me to hold a higher up position and slot when I was not active, due to school and other things. Now that I am graduating, and having more time- I think there is something I can do about missing being in a faction. I have stated a series of times that EMS is one of my favorite factions, which has been proven with the many times I use to tell my friends to apply!
The community of ems was something I loved. DO NOT JUDGE, but rush hours were fun as we would radio back in forth- 'Hooked them up to an IV, EMS29 can you tend to them? In curtain 3' while EMS29 was finishing sutures, then run over with a 'going'! This environment and roleplay is something I really miss. I'll regret saying I miss rush hours when experiencing them as a doctor, if I get in. I know things have changed very much so, as change was already occurring while I was making my way out of the ems door. I am excited to learn first hand the new change that has occurred- I'd also like to note, I want to try and change my field area when it comes to ems. I LOVED being a psychiatrist. Higher ups KNOW how much I refused to get a paramedic tag because I wanted that psych tag, but it is time for a new experience if given the chance.

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
Quite a lot.
Director
Mr. Rokku-scared-me-a-lot Heddo! This is our lead, the person in charge of everything- And who gets the final say in every decision. They are the highest rank within the hospital faction - Responsible for the entire faction as a whole!
Doctor
Within the doctor department there is a total of three higher ups. The clinical lead plays the part as the highest rank within this department, as they technically get the last say in a few things. Being a huge help to the director, they are in charge of quite a lot as they keep eyes to make sure things are in place as the director wants. Alongside them, they have two supervisors. Just like the name states, they supervise and help their higher ups make sure all is in order within their department!
The department itself, what is it? Doctors do exactly what you'd think; Check ups, consultations, surgeries, x-rays, sutures, etc. There is certain medications and stuff that doctors can only prescribe, not psychs.
Psychiatrist
(wait why am i lowkey a hypocrite and applying for doctor after saying i'd never leave...)
Within the psychiatrist department, there is a total of three higher ups. The clinical lead, who serves the same purpose that the clinical lead within the doctor department does- Except its psych edition. Just like I stated above, they have two supervisors who help the other higher ups.
The department itself, what is it? Psychiatrists are in charge of the mental health within Karakura. They do diagnosis, many types of therapies, and evals. Helping the KPD officers remain mentally healthy, psychiatrists are in charge of doing monthly eval checks to ensure that an officer is in the correct mental state to keep on working.
Paramedics
BARE WITH ME! My knowledge on this is a wee bit foggy. To be a paramedic, you need to be considered for the role! You can not just apply as you could with doctor and psych- This all occurs after passing your exam from trainee to resident! Paramedics get the little ambulances, and go skrrrt on Karakura roads to save citizen's who are hurt! Patching them up as they are on their way, back, to the hospital- The paramedic does quite a lot that a doctor does.
Paramedic Chief and Deputy Paramedic Chief are the names of the higher up titles within this department.

'I am a bio-chemistry major, who minored with psychology.' She'd stare at the interviewer for a solid few seconds before removing the leather glove from her right hand, leading to place it onto her lap. 'Three degrees. Impressive, right?'

Her face lit up at the question. Clearly this was something she cared deeply about. 'My entire family is very Shinto, as it is something I take much pride in!'

Young Years
Growing up in a strict family created weights on every Kirishiki's shoulder, and that was heavily seen within the older generation of cousins! Poor Tohko Kirishiki, having to look after two brothers and a young red head- The issue at hand was, the red head ballerina had no care to keep up the classy persona. Moscow Russia, a perfect place to grow in the medical field! Tohko, Aleksei, Raikou, and Natasha Kirishiki were one branch of this big family. With their disappointment of a mother who was more ghost than guardian and their father a forgotten myth, it was left to the eldest sibling to care for the rest of the siblings - Poor her. Despite playing the part of an anchor within the lives of her brothers and baby sister, it was Raikou and Aleksei who Nat went to for everything. The bullying that took place in her early years did create a mindset of 'i'm so unfortunate', but rather an excuse to get silly! (Suspended, expelled, etc.)
Natasha acted out, not to misbehave, but to be seen BY SOMEBODY, ANYBODY!! There was Tohko sitting in front of her,
'SUSPENDED AGAIN, NATASHA? WHY? WHAT REASON COULD THERE BE NOW!'
'They called me soulless because i'm a ginger.'
The silence brought to the conversation was uncanny as Tohko was in disbelief at the reason provided back to her. The older sister broke into a pool of tears as the word 'FAILURE' was labeled onto herself, by her own accord.
'Nat. Please. Please tell me what I can do so you behave-'
'Maybe like... Ballet?'
18–20 Years Old
School, ballet, work, sleep. School, ballet, work, sleep. School, ballet, work, sleep. School, ballet, work, sle- What? It was all turning into a huge blur as this consumed her waking days. Do not get me wrong, Natasha adored the attention at her recitals. She was seen as a natural since her first performance at the age of eight. THIS! This is what she was destined for. Who cares for the days that the light within her was dimming out, it would all pay off when she could get away from this awful town an-
'Have you been performing long?'
Her head snapped up, and away, from her laces- Bumping the top of her head under his chin. The CLANK of his teeth hitting themselves was heard with a followed up 'OW.' Long brown hair, tattoos coiling up his arm, a gorgeous white trench coat that possibly blended with the snow outside. But there was one thing that stood out- His eyes. The gorgeous green color of them best described as spring after a brutal Russian winter. Sevastian was his name, and he was carrying a box of 'ptasie mleczko'- A delicious milk chocolate dessert with marshmallows inside. In other words, he had Nat's favorite snack in his hand. Turns out, his sister was in Natasha's ballet academy- So he's been coming to her recitals since she was 15. Crazy, right? As she packed her ballet bag to head home for the day, Sevastian sat outside on a frozen water fountain bench. The box of chocolates were half opened, and his hand was placed next to the space besides him - Clearly waiting for Natasha to come out.
Friday's became her favorite, because that was when Sevastian would go to the studio t- I MEAN! Let me start over. Friday's became her favorite, because that was recital day. She danced better when he sat in the crowd. She lived better when he was near.
'WHO THE HELL IS THAT HUNKALICIOUS BRUNETTE WHO BRINGS ORANGE ROSES FOR YOU EVERY FRIDAY, NATY?'
Natasha's look alike stood in front of her. Raikou's hands GRIPPING her arms as a huge smile was planted onto his face. How was he the first to notice? The cat's out of the bag.. Meaning Aleksei had to know second. Dates became easier to occur as both brothers would cover for their younger sister- Plus, Raikou was REALLY good at coming up with stories. Tohko? She had no idea, and this was good- Loving Natasha meant to protect her in the eyes of Sevastian and Tohko, so he was seen as a thief taking away one of the things that Tohko cared for most. Just like every Friday, Tasha came home late. Tohko was out working- Helping provide for her siblings and self. As Natasha went over to grab a plate, all she heard was-
'You're lying to me now?'
The bowl fell from her hands as she turned over to face her sister. A warning from Raikou or Aleksei could've been nice here, y'know?
'I do not know why you thought i'd be against you falling in love. I've done nothing but provided hobbies for you to soak yourself in, Natasha. If that is the sister relationship we have, then so be it.'
21-24 Years Old
Don't worry. Tohko came around eventually- And so did Sevastian! He finally proposed. She went on to study bio-chemistry, as he went into MPD, Moscow Police Department.
During all this, no one but one Kirishiki was aware of a crime clinic being ran by no-other than their family lead, Ryutaro Kirishiki. He was a surgeon, stealing from his job to take to those he worked with.. It'd take a lot to even see them, for they were constantly thinking steps ahead from anyone. A person who's job is to stop them in ANY WAY possible is still a good person, right? Right?
Natasha was sharp tongued- Never cared to argue back if she knew she was right.. Or thought she was right. Good thing she married someone who didn't mind this- But there he was, keeping secrets from his best friend and wife.
Looking for a butterfly pin gifted to her, Natasha went into his office with that search in mind. In that one drawer there was all sorts of things under her maiden name; Hospital files, photos of Ryutaro from afar, and worst of all- Her family symbol, a golden serpent. Her heart was shattered upon finding out her husband was a bounty hunter! 'A person who's job is to stop them in ANY WAY possible is still a good person, right? Right?'
Sevastian told her everything; His target, his past targets. Every reason pointed back to keeping her safe- The guy who was her protector, turned into a hunter against her own family within a matter of seconds. Refusing to stop such a career path only proved his stubbornness as the excuse of 'i'm so close to stopping this mafioso' was a perfect excuse for him. He was gifted the opportunity to stop in an envelope stamped with a golden serpent; Why would Sevastian stop his investigation after promising to Tohko he would do whatever he could to keep the red head safe? So they made their move. In that moment that he took his first steps into the Varishikov-Kirishiki house, panic were in Sevas's eyes as he took note of who their target was. Throwing a person off of their game means taking what is most important to them. Natasha Kirishiki was that most important thing to him. The warning was given, but Sevastian did not comply. Running and rushing home, a shake to his breath occured from the anxiety running through his veins. Prayers mumbled as efforts were made to catch his breath without stopping the run. He arrived, Natasha perfectly fine but only because he got in front of her.
The decrease to the heart rate on the monitor was not beeps showcasing the decline, but instead it was a way to tell the time to the end of something.
24 Years old- Now
Hugging his tombstone with tears, they allowed for her to cry everything out in that moment until she fell weak into a sleep. Raikou picked her up, and took her home.
It took quite a few months to convince her to move to Japan. His memory was in Moscow, and their future laid there! Yet all siblings migrated over in hope to start anew, including Tohko. Natasha was silent, never having much to say- she folded after a month of sulking in her own mental illnesses. The passion for ballet left entirely as the hope for dancing was almost gone entirely. Thank god for university and studies, helping her become a clinical lead psychiatrist at said hospital she is returning to-
It was almost like a trigger when seeing her own patient's cry in front of her, being a reminder of something that Natasha has not solved within herself. Who was she to offer hope and help when she needed it more than them? Was it selfish to help when all you could think was about your own issues..? Working with Raikou created for him to notice before anyone.. Aleksei visiting the hospital from his patrols created a concern in his mind, and sleeping in Tohko's office as comfort was more than enough to showcase Natasha was unwell. All she could do is resign, quietly. Going home, curling up with Sevastian's white coat, and disappearing from this town..
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
A clear in her throat occurring again as she glanced down at the ring. A smile being brought to her face before saying, 'Cardiology.' The answer was responded in a sweet tone, almost happy to be answering this. 'My husband had a heart condition. It often lead to many hospital visits with me overthinking quite a lot- During this time I was an undergrad student, back in Russia. I was unsure on what I wanted to study, all I knew medicine and the medical field was where I belonged.' She'd laugh quietly to herself, looking around the office. ''Clearly, considering I worked here!' With shame in having a smug answer, Kirishiki fixed her posture to appear more collective. The smile disappearing from her face, 'After he passed- I had been blessed by the Kami's to get accepted into an impressive medical school. The same one Raikou went to!' Just a cute fact she wanted to share! Natasha's smile was very weak, but it was back. 'I felt like honoring my husband's memory in my career would really make me happy, and it has- Understanding the way the blood vessels and cardiovascular system works is amazing.'
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Nodded right away. No hesitation was brought in this answer when responding, 'Yes, of course. I worked here for quite a while- Though I was a psychiatrist.' Hummed to herself, wondering how to go about this. 'You might be wondering why I went the psychiatrist route first, before going into my doctorate. My family has been known to have some... mindsets! I just wanted to be of use to them, so I focused a lot when it came to my minor in psychology.' Her ungloved hand began to tap away on the desk. 'I have experience in being a clinical lead, which showcases I work very well in medical positions; I am responsible, respectful, and can take charge when needed.'
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
This garden gnome is 4'10''! She's a total cutie with expensive taste in clothes (which is heavily seen in the artwork above.) Although she is quite short, her presence is anything but small.
She carries herself like a contradiction; She is the embodiment of elegance and fire mashed into one, almost like the hunger games burning dress Katniss wears! Her eyes are brought out heavily by her tanned skin and fire hair; One blue, one brown-red- A great conversation starter. Her body is toned, showcasing the pride she takes in working out. Let's thank the dead husband for her workout routine! Her long, and vibrant, curls fall down to the end of her spine. She pushes it back with the family hairpin, keeping it- usually- away from her face. She wears a gorgeous family hair-pin, having a golden serpent in the middle to showcase the Kirishiki family symbol- Or in other words, Sevastian's least favorite symbol.. . Considering she mainly wears long sleeves, most people can't see a scar slashing through her upper right arm... On her left hand, an emerald wedding ring stands out (seems like her husband loved her a lot.) Who knows when that'll come off! Let's just wait and see.Do not let the grief fool you, this is not what she is known for- She is pushy, sharp, stubborn, sassy. Kirishiki is very much guarded, making sure no one can hurt her as she refuses for pain to barge into her life. It is no shock to say she struggles with vulnerability, unless you are Raikou..! Underneath the many layers of sarcasm and sass, she is just a person wanting to be loved as she once was. She is never looking for pity, just friends.

- She did boxing and ballet back in Russia for many years.. Elegance and technique!
- She works out almost daily..!
- She's the youngest of four siblings.. Two of those siblings working in ems or kpd!
- Her favorite snack is ptasie mleczko.. or tiramisu!
How does your character act around the hospital?
Rush Hours
Natasha is ready to help patients swarming in! Running up and wheeling them to curtains, she will help take the weight off some of her co-workers shoulders. She is very respectful of those above her, and below her within the hospital ranks. Respect is everything to her, keep that in mind. Thank god for the radio, with this she will communicate everything to those around her. Answering, to the best of her abilities, she will communicate on patient's status- Recoveries, lobby status, etc.
School Hours (Lonely hours)
The hospital is normally lonely during school hours, as most citizens are at work or school; School hours are almost the perfect time to create conversations with co-workers. If they are all spaced out, she WILL include herself into the conversation. This is all in hope to get closer to those she works with, wanting to form stronger bonds and friendships. Do not worry, this is not an always thing as she will not intrude in private conversations if she sees them huddled up! It is not her place to be nosey (though she is..!)
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
BOTH! All she has longed for is relationships with those around her-! Kirishiki has worked in an environment like this, so she has seen first hand the importance of working well together. It is okay to rely on one another, that is the amazing part of the hospital environments. Trusting a psychiatrist to hook a patient to an iv, as you finish up your consultation before heading down and taking the pressure away from the psych! She is well at communicating with those in government jobs, allowing KPD to know if we need them over to help out with things, etc.
