What is your name?
Morgane Sylvannie.
What is your age and grade?
19! Just graduateddd! Heard criminology is pretty fun, so I decided to go with itt! I think I would make for a hot officer in my future. But that future is a ways away! Is that grammatically correct? I don’t know! I’m not getting my degree in writing lol. Sorry, this way of writing is actually killing me. Oh, and you didn't really ask, but I think it's helpful to put a face to a name! So here is what I look like. They call me the hottest councillor, by the way!

Untitled722_20251229171949_1.jpgIMG_3208_2.jpg

What is your motivation to lead a club within the school?
There are plenty of reasons I would like to lead a club in the school! I like making lists since they make things much easier for me! So like, hope you are okay with that!
My Motivations!
Reason #1: Club Experience

Well, to start, simple! I’ve loved being a club supervisor, and I help out a bit with the fashion clubs' interviews. I’m not like a real member of the fashion club, but I just like scaring people in interviews. It’s fun. I was also a brief member of the astrology club for Secret Santa, and that was actually really cool, getting to give gifts. But nothing quite scratched the itch; it was like something was missing. I just know that something is leading a club. I’ve loved every aspect of club things, so the logical answer is that I must want to lead a club.

Reason #2: Reconsidering my Life
I don’t know if you heard of the train station and cave collapsing during a storm in Karakura. But I was one of the people trapped in the train station. I saw a paramedic get hurt by a vending machine falling on them. And as stupid as it is to think this.. Helping people down there made me realize I want to be a leader for others. And I’ll never be able to do that as a councillor. I actually hate f- I mean.. Following rules is fun and all, but I think enforcing them has taken a toll on me. After a kid got mad at me for giving him detention, and then his caretaker was mad at me for just following the rules, I realized I needed to change what I was doing in the school. And not to mention, I became a councillor because it was what I did at my old school, and I thought it would be just as good as I remembered. But with certain events happening back home, I realized I was only being a councillor to use that power on others because I was upset at my parents. But now that I’ve moved here and met people I actually care about, I realize that I don’t want to do that anymore and instead want to focus on what I like. Which would be leading a club.

Reason #3: Cool Idea
The final reason that I can think of is just that this would be a cool idea. I mean, who wouldn’t want to lead a club? Especially a gaming club! I can actually make a difference at the school by providing entertainment rather than upsetting people who think councillors are lame. I wanted to make a difference at this school as a councillor, but I’ve realized no one will ever like school councillors, so I know I need to make a difference in a different way. Which I think could mean leading a cool club, like the gaming club.

Why choose you over other candidates applying for this position?
Why should you choose me over other candidates? Well, because I’m amazing, that’s why. Joking! Mostly. Time for another list because lists are fun.

My Qualifications
Reason #1: School Councillor

I’m a school councillor. Which makes me a great candidate for this position. Hear me out, Club leaders plan school events, Councillors also plan school events! So in order to be a councillor, I had to be at least decent at planning events. Which means I’m already a great candidate. Planning events is like 25 percent of the battle. Not to mention, I’ve got quite a history as a councillor, being there for two months. I had gone to several hangouts, meaning I know how to entertain people at club meetings. At least I think so! And I have amazing opinions. And since I was a councillor, you know that I’m a great leader. I actually did house inspections for the high school team, and I was the leader for one. We only did two before I had to leave for this, but I still think I did a great job on the one I took charge of! And I feel like this is pretty obvious, but I’ll say it… You have to be a good leader to be a club leader. I know, shocking. But seriously, I think this qualifies me even more.

Reason #2: Fun to be around
I’m a fun person to be around! I make sure people around me are having a good time, too. Sure, that might mean kissing them. But it was like one time that I kissed someone mid-hangout. Oh, you probably didn’t need to know that. Well, now you know! I won’t kiss anyone in my club room, I promise. But I believe being entertaining is really an important part of being a club leader. Maybe not the most important thing, but I think a boring club leader would make for a worse club overall!

Will there be any requirements of future members to join your club?
What would a gaming club be without a couple of quests before you can join the club! Since everything about this club will revolve around gaming in some way, I intend for the requirements to join to be a bit of an effort, so I know the members are dedicated to the club. There will be a couple of quests in order to join, but not every single one is required! In order to join the club, you will need proof of completing three of the following quests. Some of these quests are available based on the season.

Provide one school-wide event that your club may host
Gaming convention banner here
Gaming Convention: Overview
The school-wide gaming convention is where everyone can come together to express their interests in different games! Have a game you think people should play? Come recommend it to others through a speech at the convention! Like cosplaying? Well then, dress up as your favorite character for this convention and get your picture taken! There will even be a competition for best-dressed cosplay! Want to play-test some of the games the gaming club is working on? Then you can do it at this event! Interested in DND and want to play a one-shot hosted by the DND team? Yeah, you can do that during this convention! You can even battle some of our pocket mon trainers! Want to make your own pocket mon? Yeah, you can do that during this convention too! But how do any of those activities work? Good question! Here is how they work.

Gaming Convention Activity #1: Game recommendations
Favorite game you think others should know about? Well then, the gaming club is here to offer EVERYONE a chance to give a speech about their favorite games. The best speech will even be given a yen reward. So, the way that the game recommendations will work is that I will post a link to the gaming club Discord with an application link. People can apply to give a speech during the convention through that. This would be done to avoid recommending repeat games. Since we don’t want these speeches to take hours, the actions will need to be prewritten, and a timer will be set for each speech. If any speech goes over the given time, the speaker will be taken offstage. The amount of time each person gets will depend on how many good speech applications we receive!

Gaming Convention Activity #2A: Cosplay photos
The photography club will be included in this event, taking photos of people in cosplay. There will be a stand for this, and if someone doesn’t want to wear cosplay but still wants a photo, they can still have one taken. These photos will be posted on the photography club Discord, and people can access them at any time, as with most events. So dress your best!! Got to look cute in that cosplay since the cutest and most realistic one gets to win the competition! Oh, right, onto how the competition works!

Gaming Convention Activity #2B: Cosplay competition
What’s more fun than dressing up and getting your picture taken? That’s right. Dressing up and having the chance to win a prize for it! There will be a stand where people can sign up for this competition. But since I know, like, not much about cosplay, both IC and OOC, how could I give a fair score? I can’t! So that’s why the performing arts club, along with whoever in the gaming club wants to take part, will be the ones scoring the cosplay! The points system will be based on the following things. How cute the cosplay is, since that’s super important, how realistic the cosplay is, and how unique the cosplay is from other cosplayers! However, if the performing arts club doesn’t like the scoring system, they are free to come up with a better one if I get accepted to do this event.

Gaming Convention Activity #3: DND one-shot
An important part of the gaming club will be DND. Having a DND one-shot would be very important for the convention, so people can see what we offer on the DND team. This part of the convention would be led entirely by the DND team, which means that each member of it will be able to host their own one-shot since a lot of people will hopefully show up, and having a like 30-person DND game wouldn’t end well, so we need to break them up into groups. If more people show up than the DND team can handle, we will handle it by having them wait until a spot opens. The one-shots will only be a max of an hour, so there should be time for at least two groups per table. What the one-shots are about is totally up to the member involved! But they will still need approval from their team lead prior to the event.

Gaming Convention Activity #4A: Pocket mon battles
The pocket mon team is also important to the club! So, of course, we have to involve them in this gaming convention. Plus, card games like Pocket Mons are important to gaming. So 5 members of the pocket mon team will be in charge of temporarily giving out their team to five people who come up to the stand, and the other five members of the team will be the trainers who get battled by them! Since battles are an important part of the team, this will be a fun way to showcase part of the team, so that if people apply, they know what the team is like. The trainers are also free to switch at any time, so people can experience different teams in battle.

Gaming Convention Activity #4B: Pocket mon creation
Halfway through the event, two trainers from the pocket mon battle area will move to a new pocket mon booth, where they will help people make their own pocket mons to add to whichever generation we are on during this event! I think it’ll be a fun way to give the public a chance to make a difference in the gaming club because their pocket mon will always be around for future members to collect! The members in charge of this stall will make sure that it’s not super overpowered, but the people creating the cards will have most of the creative freedom once they are taught how to make them!

Gaming Convention Activity #5: Play-testing
The final activity that the gaming club will be doing during this event! If this gets approved as our school-wide event, I’ll give other clubs a chance to add their own activities, as long as they involve gaming in some way. Anyway, the play-testing activity will be led by me and, if my vice-lead is available, by them as well. Since most other members will be occupied with other parts of the event. I’m going to make an announcement two weeks before the event, giving each member a chance to come up with any game idea for the play test to earn double xp! Each member will only get to come up with 1 game idea, since if all 20 did one, then we would have 20 games to play-test, and that alone would probably be too much. Let alone more if a member decides to make more. Once the event starts, I will be around to let any person who wants to play test one of these games come up and try! This will be a fun way to make sure it works in the gaming club and maybe even a game we can release to the public.

Provide one flash event that your club may host
Gaming Tournament gone wrong banner here
Gaming Tournament Gone Wrong: Overview
Since the gaming club will host a tournament each month, I figured it wouldn’t be a flash event if people came to expect it. Which is why, for this flash event, something will go wrong during the tournament! Now, there are plenty of things that could go wrong during a tournament. So what is my plan for this? Well! I think it’d be fun for this to happen during October with a spirit haunting the game. This flash event will have many stages to it to keep things interesting. This event will also be an opportunity to explain the tournaments, since I haven’t explained them either!

Stage 1: Round One of the tournament
The first round of the tournament will decide whether the tournament is played with 4 or 2 players. If a lot of people show up, we will need a way to make sure it can fit into 4 rounds. Because if we go over 4 rounds, we might not have enough time in the month. Each round of a tournament will feature a different gaming system and a different game, with a description of how to play provided to players before the event so they can prepare. The first gaming system will be a card game, and the type of card game will be determined later, since October is still a ways off. Pretty simple on how it works. Whoever wins the round moves on to the next round. So, how will this tournament be different for October? It won’t be! The first round of the tournament will be mostly peaceful to make people think it’ll be a normal tournament. With there even being /it’s of absolutely nothing going on other than the card game to make people think everything is fine! It’d be no fun if we gave away that something was off in the first game.

Stage 2: Round Two of the tournament
The second round of the tournament works similarly to the first round, with no real rule changes. The only difference is that a new gaming system is used, since it switches every round. For this one, it will be arcade games. What will be different about round two? Well, it’ll still be mostly normal to avoid people suspecting something. However, there will be moments where the power goes out mid-way through a round before flashing right back on after. Probably just an issue with the school's power! Nothing to worry about, surely. Aside from the power issues, there will be nothing else wrong with round two. Aside from a couple of the gaming club members feeling a bit under the weather! Probably just seasonal sickness though.

Stage 3: Round Three of the tournament
The third round of the tournament! This round will also feature a big match between all the losers of the previous rounds, with one of them coming back to keep things interesting! This player will come back in round four for the finale. The gaming console for round 3 of the October version will be console games! So what will be different about this round? This time, the power will still be flickering on and off, but each time it does, a small thing about the game will change. That can be the number rolled for the game, possibly even an entire game switch to something never played before, one of the character models becoming one of the players. Plenty of things to show that things aren’t normal! A couple of members of the gaming club will also be getting even more sick to the point of barely being able to show up to the event! Two of these people are the vice lead and the club leader.

Stage 4: Tournament Finale
The grand finale of the tournament. This round will have the player who beat the losers' bracket back in it. But aside from that, there are no rule changes directly made to the tournament. The games, however, will likely add something new to keep things interesting. This could include power-ups and many more, and the gaming console for the final round will be a VR headset. So what will be unique about this final round of the tournament for October? The members of the gaming club who were sick will not be able to show up and will instead have temporary replacements, either played by the event team or the members will be chosen at the time of the event! But as soon as the players put on their VR headset to start the game, things will go wrong. Players will not be able to remove their headsets. The characters they are playing, or at least copies of them, will come out from the monitors, with the people in the VR headsets controlling them, unaware of what is happening around them. What would happen next is up to the players and how they handle the situation! However, the event will end with the replacement gaming club members getting people out of the building and taking the headsets off the members in the competition! After a winner is decided, of course. It’s a competitive game, so the members will likely be fighting each other rather than the public. After the headsets come off, the spirits controlling those characters will be released, and then it’s up to the members to figure out how to get rid of those spirits!

Provide one club activity that your club might host
Board game night banner
Board Game Night: Overview
Board games are a lot of fun! At least I think so. So, a fun club-bonding activity would be playing board games together. Of course, these board games would be made IC. Each member who shows up will be asked to bring their own board game to the activity for 150 free xp including the XP from the meeting. But a regular board game night would be lame! Especially compared to my other event ideas, which I think are pretty good. So what will make this game night unique? Well, here are a couple of ideas to make this meeting more entertaining!

Board Game Night: Guess Who
Every board game maker will be kept anonymous from their games. Once we have finished playing the game, each person will put in their guess about who made it! By the end of the meeting, each person will reveal the game they made, and whoever gets the most correct will receive a prize. This will mean people will have to act as if they have never seen the game before, which will keep things interesting.

Board Game Night: Most Entertaining
To make it a competition, during the guess who people will also vote at the end on which game they thought was the most entertaining. This will also encourage people to put a lot of thought into their game, since who wouldn’t want a free prize for making an entertaining game! It will also make things even more interesting because they will have to act as if they don’t know it’s their game, while also trying to make sure people enjoy it, so they vote for it. And I’m sure this will bring tons of drama in character. Who doesn’t like a bit of drama?

Provide one month long activity that your club might host
Easter Egg Hunt: Overview

A lot of video games have easter eggs, and coincidentally, there are Easter Egg hunts during April. So why not combine the two of them! During the month of april each member of the gaming club will choose a hiding spot in the school. Then, each day of the month, the public will be able to search for them.
Easter Egg Hunt: How Does it Include Gaming?
Each member will come up with a set of steps that must be completed before the person can claim their Easter egg! This can be something simple, like solving a riddle and sending me the answer in DMs. Or whatever the club member wants to come up with, as long as it’s possible, then anything can be done for these steps! I think this will test the members' creativity and make it exciting for people in the school.
Easter Egg Hunt: How Will People Know About It?
Several ways! Each day, I will post an announcement with the information required for that day's easter egg steps. But I will also post a club bulletin announcement with the information. I imagine not everyone will be in my club Discord, so this is a way for everyone to stay aware of what is going on!

Easter Egg Hunt: What if a Member is on Inactivity?
I’ve got a solution for that as well! If a member isn’t available in April, then I will go to someone outside of the club to come up with steps! These people will be my friends or other club leaders, so I know I can trust them not to share with anyone else, since that would ruin the fun of the Easter Egg hunt. I am aware that clubs have a max of 22 people. The club supervisor and club lead do not count towards the 20 max, which is not 30 people. Shocking, I know. Which means that at least 8 other people will be asked to hide the eggs, too. These people will likely be members of another club, since I would like to work with at least one other club for this event!
Easter Egg Hunt: How Will Points Work?
They will work in a way that allows several people to get points. Since people will be sending me screenshots of the egg in DMs, I will know the order in which they found it. The first three people to find the egg will be given points, with points awarded in order. The first person gets 3 points, the second person gets 2 points, and the third person gets 1 point. I will keep track of these points on a spreadsheet. If people choose to work together on it, then they will have to decide or race to send me the egg first! This is meant to be a competition, not a teamwork game!
Easter Egg Hunt: How Does Winning Work?
The top three people based on the spreadsheet will be the winners. Alongside that, the top three people will be awarded a prize for their respective places! These rewards will be decided at the end of the month, but I will make sure that people are properly rewarded for their hard work finding the eggs! Plus, the winner will be able to apply to the club, and who wouldn’t want to join the gaming club? It’ll be the best club afterall.

Would your club include teams, and how would those teams work?
Yes, of course, the club would have teams! What would a gaming club be without gaming teams? While more teams may be added to the club as time goes on, or the current teams may be heavily changed, once this becomes an actual club. Each team will have a lead. Since I will likely be busy working on the basics of the club, I can focus on them. Which is why I will be appointing a higher-up for each team so that they get worked on, too. These are the two teams I plan to have at the start of the club!

DND Team
DND Team: Overview

I love DND! But I do not believe it’s something all 20 members should be able to do. No one should be running a 20-person DND game, and I think it’d be a bit chaotic to plan 4 games or so at once. Instead, the DND team will keep it limited to certain members. The max amount being 10 people. With two of those people being Dungeon Masters. Making space for 2 games to run at once. And these two games will be kept in separate Discord channels to avoid chaos. With there still a general channel for the team to talk about DND. The DM will also be a higher-up in the club.

DND Team: How it’ll work IC
Clubs are meant to be IC mostly. Which means that DND will have to work slightly differently to avoid the team turning OOC entirely. Which is why this team will be something people can only apply to. Because it’s something that won’t be easy. At least I don’t think it will be. So, the way this will work is that everything they do in the game must also be done through an in-game action. Want to attack the monster? Describe in-game through an action of how your character would do that. This means you will essentially be playing a character who is playing another character. Even the DM will narrate in-character, which is slightly easier. But still will require a lot of detailrp from everyone at the table. Even rolls will be done in SRP! If the DM wants to use maps, then they are free to use a website for that, since it’s pretty difficult to do maps IC, or they can have their character describe what it looks like in depth. It’s up to the DM how they want to do maps. This might be redone in the future if it becomes too confusing or people don't like how it works.

DND Team: Long-running games
DND is something people play that lasts for years. But, unfortunately, there is a real chance that whoever the DM is won’t stay forever. And the club might not even last forever. Which means there will have to be a limit on how long these long-running games can go. These games will last for a year. No longer than that unless the players and the DM want to keep going. This will require approval from at least half of their group. If a DM quits, then the campaign will end. Unless a new DM takes over. If a player quits, it’ll open a spot for a new player to join the campaign if they wish. Each group will be allowed one dungeon master switch. If the second DM quits, then the campaign will end. But to prevent an unsatisfying ending, someone else will briefly take over the campaign just to give it an ending. The rules of the campaign are for the DM to decide.

DND Team: One-shots!
Long-running games aren’t the only thing involved in DND! One-shots will be something any member of the DND team can run. Higher-up or not. However, to avoid it being done without planning, an application will be required before they can run it. The application will be reviewed by the club leader, and most will be allowed as long as it’s not something weird. If the one-shot is accepted, the player who applied will be responsible for gathering players and running the session! To prevent these one-shots from turning into long-term games, a max of 3 sessions will be allowed for these one-shots. Any longer than that will require approval from the leader, and any extra time should only be to give the one-shot an ending, not to keep going.

Pocket Mon Team
Pocket Mon Team: Overview

The pocket mon team is for people who love card games. The goals of this team are to open card packs and battle other team members. This team won’t be focused on the card battles until we have things settled with the team. The reason is that we will need at least one generation of pocket mons before this team can battle. This is why team members will be expected to add pocket mons to the list for card openings. There will be a system for opening card packs to keep things interesting.

Pocket Mon Team: Card openings
So, how do these openings work? Each team member will have a thread in a forum channel. In there, they will log their card pack opening. This is to ensure that nobody fakes having cards during battles. Members may open only one card pack per out-of-character day. This is to prevent spamming by opening packs while also providing a way to get them without payment, since that would just be gambling. Now, the rolling system will work in a specific way. The way that it will work involves two rolls. The first roll is dependent on how many generations of pocket mons there are. Since card games have generations to them, so will ours! Their second roll will depend on how many pocket mons are in that generation. If there are 60, then they will roll out of 60.

Pocket Mon Team: Generations
How will generations work? Well, every season they will reset. Every season is 3 months. With each season reset being the end of these months. March, June, September, and December. So whatever the number of cards added to that generation is, that's the number that will be rolled. The first generation would be smaller than the rest since it will still end in March, which is only a month from now. And to make up for that, April will still be part of Generation 1, making Generation 2 also a bit smaller. But after that, it will continue as normal. This means card battles won’t be available until April rather than March. But since I’ll need time to set up the club, that should be fine!

Pocket Mon Team: Card battles!
My personal favorite aspect of the pocket mon team. Battles! These will work separately from tournaments and be something members can do for fun, rather than for prizes. If the team lead wishes to host pocket mon competitions, they are free to do so! However, I will not be working on this, as I want someone with more card game experience to submit ideas before I do. Which means that card battles will be a W.I.P until my team lead and I work together to come up with a system for SRP. It won’t be possible until we have cards made for it, so this will have to wait until acceptance.

How would the club member quota system work?
Description of the quota system

What would a club be without a quota system? Nothing! Because clubs need a quota system to be sure they have active members, which means the gaming club needs one! But I think the current club quota systems I’ve seen lack something that makes them worth pursuing. Sure, they allow you to stay in the club if you keep up with it, but why should you? Which is why I’ve developed a leveling system for the club quota. Every certain number of levels, a reward will be given out to incentivize meeting quota. Each month, each club member is expected to gain two levels. These levels will always be the same amount of XP to make sure it’s fair, since the levels only reset at the end of the year. Okay, let me get into the details of it.

How Levels and XP work
Every level will require 50 XP. How do you get this XP? Through club tasks, obviously! If I'm accepted as club leader, I plan to add more teams or ways to earn XP to keep the club interesting. But as of right now, the tasks that a member can do to earn XP are as follows.

Regular Member Tasks
Description of the task
Amount of XP
Playing a game
Over time, the club will create plenty of systems for games to be played in character! If a club member RP's out playing a game, they can get XP.
10
Creating a game system
Every club member should have the chance to make a game system at least once. It should give people the chance to be creative. Making a system for playing a game can be rewarded with XP.
50
Attending a meeting
The most important thing for club members to do is attend meetings! Attending any of the club-hosted meetings will earn XP.
50
Participating in a tournament.
Monthly tournaments will be open to the public, and if a club member participates, they will receive XP.
10
Winning a round of a tournament
Tournament games should take time, since they will likely have a lot of detailrp. If a club member wins one of these rounds, they will receive XP.
30
Winning a tournament
Tournaments will be hosted only once per month, and since they will be open to the public, a club member who makes it to the point of winning will be rewarded with a lot of XP for their effort. Receiving this XP reward if they do so.
150
Attending a club flash event
I plan to host one flash event per month. Should a club member assist in one of these flash events or attend, they will receive XP.
50
Attending a school-wide event
Hosted very rarely, a club member who attends one of these will be rewarded for their dedication to showing up. If they attend and assist in the event in some way, they will receive this XP reward.
100
DND Team Tasks
Description of the task
Amount of XP
Playing/hosting a DND session
All members of the DND team will be able to attend sessions while a higher-up leads the session. Every player, including the DM, will receive XP since this is similar to a club meeting.
50
Creating a DND character
A core part of a DND game. DND team members will also have the chance to create a one-shot, provided they receive approval from the team lead. Meaning that the members of the DND team will have plenty of chances to create characters for the games.
10
Having a cool character moment
Every DND game has at least one cool character moment in it. Once per game, if a club member has a cool character moment and everyone in the session agrees it was cool, the player(s) who had the cool moment will receive XP.
20
Natural 20 in an important moment
What’s a DND game without a boss fight? Or trying to save someone important? If a player rolls a natural 20 during one of these important moments, they will receive XP to add to the excitement of the moment.
20
Natural 1 in an important moment
All DND characters mess up at somepoint. None of them is perfect. So, if during one of those important moments, as mentioned above, if the character rolls a 1, they will also get XP to make up for the loss.
20
Pocket Mon Team Tasks
Description of the task
Amount of XP
Opening a card pack
Since the pocket mon team will have card packs to open once per out-of-character day, they will receive XP for doing the basic task as long as they provide some basic detailrp.
10
Winning a card battle
An important part of the Pocket Mon team will be card battles. So if two members of the team challenge each other to a game, the winner will come out with a bigger ego and 30 more XP points.
30
Losing a card battle
These games will involve detailrp, so the loser will be rewarded as well. Their ego is getting damaged; they deserve at least something to make up for it. That something is XP.
10
Adding 5 pocket mon to the card list
There are many Pocket Mons generations. More than I can make during my time as a club leader. And since this will be a creative task, coming up with names for these pocket mons, along with their stats, the club member who adds five of these pocket mons and their evolutions to the list of cards will be rewarded with XP. Since this is the most important part of the team, it will be the highest XP reward.
50
Getting a rare pocket mon
It’d be boring if we didn’t have special pocket mons that the team members can receive. Since there are rarer pocket mons, if a member gets one of these, they will be rewarded with XP for the cool moment.
20

What will the level rewards be?
Most of the level rewards will be decided as people get close to them. I wouldn’t want to make a level 200 reward only for people to never reach that. However, because I still think it was a cool idea and wanted to plan at least some of them before applying to showcase what they would be like. So! Here are some of the level rewards
Leveling Up
Level 2: Promotion
Level 4: Gaming Chair
Level 6: VR Headset
Level 8: Gaming laptop
Level 10: Club Custom #1: Pack of cards
Level 12: Gaming PC
Level 14: 50% discount at Daini no Ie
Level 16: 50% discount at Tsuki no Umi or Seikatsu for one order. Paid for by the club leader.
Level 18: 50% discount at Yeobo for one order. Paid for by the club leader.
Level 20: Club Custom #2 Gaming VR console
Level 22: 50% discount at Umisachi, Pinkumo, or Daisuki Yohin for one order. Paid for by the club leader.

The rest of the level rewards will be decided as needed.

How will trial members work?
After someone gets accepted into the club, it can’t be as easy as just becoming a regular member immediately! We have to test their activity before they can actually be a real member. So! Once accepted, you will be a trial member in the club. It’s really simple to get out of this trial period. All you have to do is get to level 2. This gives them a chance to figure out how the club quota system works. However, trial members will not be given second chances. Failure to meet the quota as a trial member results in removal from the club unless they have a valid reason.

What are some gaming systems your club would have?
Aside from DND and Pocket mons, we will start with a couple of systems we have already made in the club! Of course, more will be developed as the club goes on, but these are just the ones that members or I came up with during the application process.

Card Game Systems

Card Game #1: Card Collector
Card Collector: Overview

There will be several rounds of card collector before a winner is decided. The number of cards required to win can be decided by the players. But it works in rounds. For this example, there are two players and 100 cards to win, but it could easily be expanded to more players and more cards. For each round that someone wins, the number of cards will double, and on rounds where they tie, it will increase by 5 to make sure it’s less likely to roll the same number again.
Card Collector: Example
Round 1: All players roll out of 5.
Player one: Rolls 3 out of 5.
Player two: Rolls 5 out of 5.
Player two would collect 5 cards. With player one collecting 0 since they rolled lower.

Round 2: All players roll out of 10
Player one: Rolls 10 out of 10
Player two: Rolls 6 out of 10
Player one would then have 10 cards, and player two would still have 5 cards.

Round 3: All players roll out of 20.
Player one: rolls 15 out of 20
Player two: Rolls 15 out of 20

Neither player would collect the cards. The next round, they would roll out of 25.
Round 4: All players roll out of 25
Player one: Rolls 25 out of 25
Player two: Rolls 24 out of 25
Player one would now have 35 cards. It would then be out of 50 in the next round. This keeps increasing until they are rolling out of however many cards they are going for. In this case, that would be out of 100.

Arcade Game Systems

Arcade Game #1: Pong

Pong: Overview

A classic arcade game! Right? People still play pong at arcades, right? I don’t go often. Anyway! It’s pretty hard to score in pong without the other player blocking it. So that means it’ll be difficult but not impossible to score on the other player. In this example of pong, the players will roll out of 6, and the other player blocks their attempt if they roll within 2 of the other player, and the points required to win are 2. But of course, these rules can be changed to match the players' skill levels. However, the max players is 2. How are you going to play Pong with 3 players?

Pong: Example:
Round 1: Determines who goes first.
Player one: Rolls 16 out of 20
Player two: Rolls 1 out of 20

Round 2: Player one attempts to score on player two, but player two blocks.
Player one: Rolls 4 out of 6
Player two: Rolls 3 out of 6
The point would be blocked, keeping both players at 0.

Round 3: Player two attempts to score on player one.
Player two: Rolls 6 out of 6
Player one: Rolls 3 out of 6
Player two scores on player one. Bringing their score to 1

Round 4: Player one attempts to score on player two
Player one: Rolls 4 out of 6
Player two: Rolls 6 out of 6
Player one would score on player two. Making the scores 1 to 1.

The game would keep going like that. Switching between players until someone reaches the set amount of points required to win.

VR Game Systems

VR game #1: Battle For Points

Battle For Points: Overview

VR games are super fun! Sure, I don’t own VR and would probably be sick if I did play one. But I’ve seen stuff online, and it looks fun. Which is why the gaming club will involve VR games! Sure, they won’t be directly VR games you can find online. Anyway! Battle for points will be a multiplayer game with a max of 4 players. However, there will be no 3-player games of this. Since the rules are different for a two-player game and a four-player game.

Battle For Points: 2 Player Overview
For the two-player version of Battle for points. One player will send a semi-detailed description of what their character would do in VR to battle the other character! This can be literally anything. And then the other player would send an action of how their character would defend from that attack with blocking! The attacker would gain points equal to whatever they got minus the other player's roll. If the other player rolls above theirs, they gain 0 points. The players can decide what they roll out of and what the point goal is. For this example, they roll out of 200, and the goal is 100 points.
Battle for points: 2 Player Example:
Round 1: Player one attacks player two
Player one: Attacks player two: Rolls 150 out of 200
Player two: Defends against player one: Rolls 152 out of 200
Player one gains 0 points.

Round 2: Player two attacks player one
Player two: Attacks player one: Rolls 55 out of 200
Player one: Defends against player two: Rolls 49 out of 200
Player two would gain six points. Player one would have 0.
It would continue switching between players until one of them reaches the point goal.

Battle For Points: 4 Player Overview
Mostly different from the two-player version. This one will still include the semi-detailed actions. But instead of having an attacker and a defender, it will mostly be a free-for-all! Each player will choose another one to attack. There will also be a turn order to prevent confusion. Since there are no defenders, attacking people does have its risks! When you choose to attack someone, they will counterattack rather than defend! This means that if they roll higher than you in the attack roll, they will score points on you. The points will still work the same! With needing a set amount of points to win. For this example, there are four players, and the point goal is 200.

Battle For Points: 4 Player Example

Round 1: Turn order
Player one: Rolls 18 out of 20
Player two: Rolls 8 out of 20
Player three: Rolls 3 out of 20
Player four: Rolls 1 out of 20
The turn order would be: 1, 2, 3, then 4.

Round 2: Player one attacks player three
Player one: Rolls 140 out of 200
Player three: Rolls 30 out of 200
Player one would now have 110 points.

Round 3: Player two attacks Player four
Player two: Rolls 160 out of 200
Player four: Rolls 200 out of 200
Player four would gain 40 points.

Round 4: Player three attacks player one
Player three: Rolls 100 out of 200
Player one: Rolls 190 out of 200
Player one would reach 200 points. Making them first place. The other players can continue going if they want to determine 2nd and 3rd place, or they can stop the game.

VR Game #2: Laser tag
Laser Tag: Overview

This game reminded me of my childhood. Going to birthday parties and playing Laser tag at a place with a gift store, and then a laser tag game in the back. So why not turn it into a gaming system? I mean, sure, it’ll be difficult making a game like laser tag into an SRP gaming system. Right? Well, I did it! So here is how it would work.

Laser tag: How it would work
All players would put on VR headset items. To make it feel like it’s really VR. This game can have any number of players. But usually it will be more than 6 players since it’ll require changing the club room. All members included will be given laser blasters to use to get their targets! The players will be divided into teams of two. Red team and blue team. And the club room will be temporarily themed for a laser tag game; an example of what it would look like is attached below! And to tag other players, you will have to act to blast them with the laser gun and then roll out of 150! Once a player is tagged, they will be out for 1 minute OOC, and the team that tagged them will receive 1 point. The team with the most points by the end wins!

Console Game Systems

Console Game #1: Platforming Hell
Platforming Hell: Overview

Platforming games! A staple of PC/Console gaming. Something probably pretty hard to transform into IC, right? Well, I think I can do it! There will be levels to this platforming game. A main ‘story’ made by me, and then extra levels made by other club members as time goes on! Since platformer games can get stale if we keep making new ones, I want to expand on this throughout my time as lead. What the lead after me does is up to them!

Platforming Hell: Level System
My intention for this game is to include several chapters. Each is filled with a set number of levels. For application purposes, I will only make the first stage of the first chapter. But just like pocket mons, I intend to have a new chapter done by the start of each season!

Platforming Hell: Chapters, Stages, and Difficulty
Okay, I’ve explained the idea! But how exactly will people play this game? After all, SRP is pretty limited in how games work. I do have a system in mind, though! Alright, so each stage will have a set number of jumps. Determined by me. With each stage after the first, there are more and more jumps. These jumps will vary in difficulty. From easy, medium, hard, insane, and nightmare levels of difficulty. With more being added throughout the chapters. These jumps will include a number that needs to be rolled. The following table will describe these numbers for chapter one. Each chapter will include a new die roll to keep things interesting.

Diffculty
Number Required
Easy
Anything 3 or above on a d10 - 80% chance
Medium
Anything 5 or above on a d10 - 60% chance
Hard
Anything 7 or above on a d10 - 40% chance
Insane
Anything 8 or above on a d10 - 30% chance
Nightmare
A 10 on a d10 - 10% chance

Platforming Hell: Failure and Checkpoints
So what happens if you fail one of these jumps? You go back to the start. If you fail on some of the first jumps, that is! For each stage, there will be at least 2 checkpoints scattered through the jumps to prevent it from being too difficult. People can choose to play without checkpoints if they want to make things more difficult for themselves or just want some competition with other members to see who can beat it faster.

Platforming Hell: Power-ups
Each level will have a unique power-up that can be collected by getting a certain number on a jump. The difficulty of the roll will be determined based on the strength of the power-up! For example, a power-up that adds 1 to the roll would be easier to get than one that lets you skip a whole jump. If they die without using the power-up, then they will not have it when they start. Either way, the power-up will be back in its original spot, so they can try to get it again on the next attempt!

Platforming Hell: Actions
When making and landing a jump, the player is expected to make a semi-detailed action of how their character would play the game to make the jump! This is mostly because games should have actions to make it more than just basic rolling, since that would be boring, and to avoid them spamming the chat with rolls! If the player fails a jump, they should describe how their character would have missed that jump. Once they fail and go back to the start, they will need to make a new action to make the first jump again! While this may seem annoying, dying in a platformer is also annoying, so they should describe how their character feels!

Platforming Hell: Stage One Level Design.
For platforming hell, I will provide a general design for each level. This will be done using Canva or another website to design stuff like that! But for level one, I will just describe what it looks like and make an actual one upon acceptance, since there is an image limit on this website. For level one, there will be 6 jumps! And two checkpoints. The first jump for level one will be an easy one! Then, after the easy jump, will be a medium difficulty jump! This medium jump will come with a power-up if they roll a 6 or above on the dice. It will allow them to re-roll their dice once on any jump. After that will be a checkpoint! Then another medium jump. After the medium jump would be a hard jump. After the hard jump, there would be another checkpoint! The last two jumps would also be hard, before the stage is completed!

Platforming Hell: Additional Information
More stuff will be added to the game over time! Everything listed here is for chapter 1 only. Future chapters are more likely to include more complicated concepts! The first chapter will likely be a tutorial introducing players to the game's mechanics!

What will your club uniforms look like?
What would be a club without its uniforms? Probably still a club. But I like the idea of having uniforms! These uniforms aren’t required; they're optional unless at a big event. Changes to the uniform can be made as long as they receive approval from the lead. Without further ado, the gaming club uniforms!

Will your club have any custom?
Yes! The club absolutely will have custom items! These custom items will be scattered throughout the club room and will also be rewards for reaching certain levels! These club customs will be based on what we use for the gaming systems! I will be getting these club items over time, meaning they will be used through itemrp for a while until I have the money to afford them!
Club Custom List
Club Custom 1: Pack of Cards

Used for the Card game systems! A furniture item that will be placed on one of the club tables.

Club Custom 2: Arcade Machine
A Furniture item used for the arcade game systems!

Club Custom 3: VR Headset
