if someone comes up behind you and grabs you or hits you do they have to roll to action? and if someone hits you with a weapo do you get majors on them?

Depending on the situation; If you are behind the person it would normally be Honor(meaning they succeeded the action without rolling), otherwise all other sides you will have to roll unless you honor the action by doing /it honor

but I could be absolutely wrong since I P2L(Play 2 lose)
