What are your current roles on the server?:

Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are the foundation of school roleplay; they host classes, and they are practically the most important in the faculty, and as a whole, they are what makes the server school roleplay. They introduce new members to new things in the server and even assist you all the way until graduation in the game, and I frankly support teaching and its effects on the newer players of the server, and it helps them know what they want to do once they get into college roles. They have classes that are helpful to getting into factions inside the server.
Without teachers or professors, school roleplay would not be school roleplay, and that's why it's so important in the server. They are practically the most important roles in the server as a whole not only that I see teachers and professors not getting as much attention or care for their work, which is why sometimes i feel as if some factions are unappreciated or made fun of or overall bullied for their hard work and achievements I frankly want the faculty team to get the appreciation they deserve because they are the most important faction and I frankly been in some of the useless factions, like crime, for the longest time
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?:
Yes
Do you agree to undergo teacher training if your application is successful?:
Yes

Alex Gold
What is your character's nationality?:
American
What is your preferred subject to teach?:
History
Describe your character:
Alex Gold is an American boy with a height of 4'7" and a weight of 120. He speaks in a deep Texan accent, pretty much an urban accent. He is pretty much one of the shortest dudes you will ever meet. He's pretty much innocent and shy. Looking around at his peers, he was bullied throughout his childhood, so he has a few scars from physical violence, but he tries to look presentable in job interviews around hiring managers or even higher-ranking people around other establishments. He frankly cares about professionalism and doesn't want to look bad around his bosses, even in schools or overall different workplaces. He wants this job to work. He's kind around his peers and even loving to other students, and he's frankly the person to hire if times are harsh.
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
His outlook on students isn't exactly positive but rather neutral, but he cares enough to teach them to improve their lifestyles just like he is doing. He knows that this generation is really crime-ridden, but he could fix that if he teaches hard enough. He frankly cares about teaching Karakura history so, in fact, his students won't repeat such mistakes, and he wants to make sure that each and every student succeeds, and he wishes to make homework to improve his students' credits. He thinks the students are crime-ridden, unappreciative and even outright bullies, but he thinks he can fix it with kindness or punishment.
He cares about the nation's future, so he wants to help out the school and the nation of Japan as a whole. He doesn't want to be a power-hungry idiot; he wants to improve the students' lives slowly.
His outlook on co-workers is positive; he needs them to get stuff done too and overall help him throughout his teaching career. It could be stressful to teach a class of 30 kids who, frankly enough, don't get enough help throughout the day. That's why he doesn't really exactly want to be alone teaching in classes all the time; he wants to have help as he gets through these lessons. Even student council could help just a tad bit to get him through the day.
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
Alex Gold's motivation for teaching is to help students succeed, even though he doesn't have a positive outlook on the generation. He could join teaching just to help a bit to make sure even the nation he lives in succeeds so he can live a comfortable life. He wants to not just help students get out of crime; he wants to help them get jobs and get out of school successfully, even helping students get 50 credits so they can move on to college. He also loves teaching history so people don't frankly repeat mistakes. He wants to fix the generation and education, or policing is the likely way to go, and he decided to do education because he isn't really a good fighter or good at enforcing laws.
He knew he could work in the government, but teaching seems like a way to go to fix the generation's problems in Karakura, though he might not be able to fix everything. Let's say the crime rate; he would be able to help others get into college, at the very least giving students the choice to follow in his path because not everyone is going to get out of crime or follow in his class's footsteps, and he's fine with it. It's not his life to ruin anyway; he just wants to prevent it. he cant really stop it and he knows it but he can at least help a dozen students succeed in life and overall not repeat history

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
If I saw someone with a lack of understanding of the history content of Karakura, I would likely do this with my character and help them understand the context more. Alex Gold was teaching Karakura history about the Edo period in 1603-1868. As he wrote down the key events in Karakura's history, he was also paying attention to the class to make sure everyone understood key events. "Under Tokugawa Ieyasu's leadership, Karakura was given a daimyo by the name of Hishison Kota and broke the island from the dictatorship. That was the beginning of Karakura's pseudo-independent status in Japan."
As he wrote it down on the board, he noticed someone struggling with the topic, raising his hand, so he said, "Yes, go on." Student 1 said, "I'm struggling with the Karakura history topic; could you help me?" Alex Gold said, "Yes, I can help you with the issue. So about the Edo period, it's from 1603 to 1868, and we went over the first part where Tokugawa Ieyasu broke the island from dictatorship. Which is why Karakura got a pseudo-independent status." As He continued on the lesson, he'd help other students learn the topic, and if they asked at the end of the period, he'd try to help them during the free period if possible.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
If a student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. This is probably how it would go down in the classroom from a third-person perspective. Alex gold was teaching the geography of karakura Alex gold said as he was teaching the class Next to a board " Hidden within the Kohaku Mountain Range is where Karakura City is. It is the largest city on Karakura Island. Its the main center for commerce and immigration, with its prime centre.
Alex paused, noticing laughter as he didn't know where it was coming from, he said this "If I hear a single joke coming out of someones mouth, you are getting kicked," he continued his class "Centre of the is-" as he noticed a joke coming from a student. "Prime ass" As other students were laughing with him, Alex said, "Get out of my classroom," as he walked to the student opening the door, and he left as the class continued on. Alex wasn't going to let jokes slide in his classroom when he was actively teaching, and his job was stressful as it was.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
As a history teacher, he would probably one day take the class on a field trip to geographic locations on Karakura Island, preferably the forest, as Alex would make them document what the historical location looks like for, like, 2 periods and make a homework activity so everyone does their work and has fun. outdoors, looking at creative descriptions of the area, and Alex Gold loves creativity.
Another interactive thing that could happen is people work as a pair to solve history trivia questions made by the teacher and the more right questions, the more points they could get, and it could help them solve equations in homework better and overall practice for exams or homework. The winning party gets stickers or even snacks.

Extra Notes:
I May not even have the best rep on the server or if any rep at all but I been trying my hardest to make this work I joined the cooking club, and I even participated in non-gang RP organisations by the end of this summer, or practically the end of 2025. In that time frame, I want to dedicate 50% of my time to factions and dedicate less to gang RP while not fully leaving the faction I love, crime RP. I want to improve my reputation around the community, and if I get accepted, I'm going to shoot my shot and prove that I'm worthy of this position.
I'd rather not disappoint any people if I do get in, and I know it's a stressful environment. I'm dedicated to training and learning more once I get in, and I frankly don't wish to leave. I barely even leave communities, so I'm probably not going to leave teaching if I get accepted for months. I want to improve my rep I've never been in a faction before, and I want to make this work for me and the others around me and get experience. I want to do stuff that I couldn't do years ago, and I frankly want to improve. I got into college; I even got into clubs.
I am very capable of joining a faction. If I'm not accepted, that's okay; I'll prove myself more that I'm capable of doing this, then reapply in a few months. I waited a while to reapply because I was focused on joining clubs and getting into college to prove that im worthy of being in a faction. If I'm denied, I'll work harder to get this position just like I did the last few times I believe I have more potential in this server than just being a gang roleplayer.
