Honestly if I can remember right, I have been apart of srp for 6-7 years now, and throughout that time, I have been stupidly active, dedicating countless hours to playing SRP, in fact it destroyed my sleep schedule for 4 years straight. While although the past few years have been me mostly being online for HOURS this year is a little different, I have joined more IRL teams and clubs, im busy with work, school, gym and my little brothers activities- I will still make time for srp whenever my schedule will allow it. My schedule can be unpredictable at times, so my availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays depends on my workload or whether I am needed online. That being said! I strive to balance real life with srp so that I am both committed to my hobbies, friends, school, work and more while also being committed to staying engaged on the server. I'd rate my activity a generous 6.5/10, with the intent to stay as engaged as possible!
Listing what factions/roles I've been on:
Hs-Council - I was on council for a month or two before leaving for Col-track! (Dont do this again)
Col-Track - I was on Col-track for a while, around 4 months!
Hs-Fem football - I was also on this team for 5/6 months!

TRIVIA QUESTIONS
What is the student council and what do they do?:
A Student Council is a group of dedicated students who work alongside the adults in the school to enforce the rules and make sure other students are safe. The Student Council provides a means for student expression and assistance in school affairs and fun activities. Aside from the school affairs and rules aspects the Student Council can also provide academic and emotional help to students who are struggling with school or had a dispute with another student. If they see fit a Student Council member may give out detentions if a student is not behaving and can contact any school employees if any further inconveniences or advances that makes that member uncomfortable and unsafe.
What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):
OOCLY MOTIVATION:
My motivation for applying for council is because I find interest in being able to help and keep people safe as OOCly I am actually a part of my school's student council and I'm the Vice-President of the council. I find comfort in being able to make others feel safe as well as make my school a better place, but in this scenario I would like to make karakura a place where people aren't as toxic and rude to one another as they are now, hence why I quit for a good three months and then came back once I had gotten better mentally. I believe since my break my mentality has gotten a lot stronger and better with toxicity and I would be able to control any sort of situation no matter the amount of toxicity someone is giving me, if its rule breaking a mod will be contacted if not I'm more than happy to help them calm down.
Friends:
I'm also motivated to be able to join my friends in Council who have been BEGGING me to rejoin and roleplay all sorts of different situations. My friends (Who I will not list) are excited for me to join as I have been talking to them about joining and learning all the different type of situations they have been put into from just being on the council, and this excites me! As someone who has been roleplaying for roughly five years now (not necessarily on SRP,) I find this quite motivating to get back into detailRP and have a role on the server which allows me to dedicate time and have importance and reason to get on.
Roleplaying Experience:
I have been roleplaying for a while now.
Although I might not know just how many years I have spent on roleplaying platforms, servers, etc etc. If I were to take an estimate maybe six to seven years now! Woah!! Since I first started to roleplay I have gained an interest for literature. But by learning and gaining, I've also had time to suss out how to roleplay affectively, keep the flow going. I have roleplayed out many situations that might not be normally SRP material, yet either way I believe it's alright to say it here. I've done roleplays from vampires, to normal cities, werewolves and sometimes on roblox a hospital game! I believe I have come such a long way from where I originally was six/seven years ago. I've been on Minecraft servers, C.AI.. All the Ai's I suppose. I have taken part in a wide range of roleplay such as CombatRP, DetailRP, fearRP, romanceRP, jockRP, motherRP, i've even gone in depth and did GangRP in my time on these different servers. Of course there are many other Roleplays I have done but none of them quite connect to SRP as they are mostly related to different types of monsterRP. I have also been able to experience being apart of HS-Council and TeamRP/JockRP! I was a Councillor for a good few days, being able to give out detentions and roleplay situations that were either swirlies or assault, that can be exhausting when you have to argue with the students doing the wrong thing, but those situations gave me a better mindset and I learned from it on how to deal with stressful and violent behaviours. Team/JockRP I was next on the Col-Track team for a good few months after being on Hs-Council, I do one hundred percent miss the way I roleplayed and interacted with the community back then, but as I watch it grow from where I am now I'm happy to say i'm proud. last team on my list is HS-Football, wow was that a journey! I believe i was on the team for 2-4 months? (Liz correct me if I'm wrong). I grew to love the jock community once again while on the team as it had definitely improved in some aspects of its roleplay, like rules, plugins, more and different people to roleplay with, more opportunities to make friends, and more! For my first SRP faction I was a teacher for a month or two, it did get really stressful and I learned to deal somewhat with it, though I definitely did have to reach out to my colleagues oocly to be able to do some things. I've experience a lot of things on SRP and consider myself a well known person amongst the karakura teams, outside of teams, and oocly. I definitely have a lot of friends (31 full pages) and everything i've experienced and everyone I have met, I couldn't ask for better friends and roleplays. While there are a lot of ups and downs in factions and teams there's almost one thing guaranteed you'll learn from the experiences and opportunities.

Yes! I am fully aware that I will have to use my creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council to contribute to helping with events and even coming up with my own if I am lucky enough to do! I love to be creative and work in teams so this will be perfect for my interests and personality!
Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:
COUNCILLOR-PRESIDENT
The council president. The Council President is the heart of the Student Council, this student is in control of making sure planned events are properly planned and proposing it to the higher ups. The President of the council is crucial to the Council community, watching every step and move the council makes while also keeping them in line and proper.
VICE-PRESIDENT
The Vice-President is the second most crucial council member as this is who the President confides in. The Vice-President is the second in command of the Student Council, the vice is there to support the president in discussions and decisions working together with the rest of the council members.
SCHOOL-EMPLOYEES
Employees - such as teachers, professors, nurses, chefs and etc are quite crucial. The employees are an essential part of maintaining the Student Council. The Student Council members discuss certain subjects with the employees, working out any problems or events that are to happen or just whether they can host anything. The employees serve as a one of the higher-ups to the Council members in which they can confide in or ask for help.
SLT
SLT have the most control over anyone and everyone in the school. But specifically on Councillors, not only do they watch over the council members also also the vice-president and president just to make sure the Student Council is running smoothly and none of the Council members have gone rogue. SLT are also the ones who give the green flag to the council members event plans and sorts out the materials to host it. Their jobs are vital as they intervene on situations that have far gone past any of the council and employees power. SLT work alongside all school employees and Council members keeping the school safe and enjoyable for the student.

While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?

Arina would exhale slowly, setting his pen down with an audible click! Before leaning back into his chair. "Well, isn't it obvious?" He mused, gaze flicking towards the person in front of him. "First, i'd approach them with kindness, ask them politely to remove the mask and hand it over, remind them of the rules and perhaps give them a chance to explain." He snickered, reaching for his coffee mug, swirling it around before taking a small sip. "But if they don't?" A small smirk tugged at his cherry red lips as she swirled the remaining mood boosting liquid in her cup. "Then I don't chase. No,I take my sweet old time. Because a student running from obviously higher authority always ends up in one of two places, somewhere familiar or somewhere they think I won't check." He hummed, setting the cup down as his eyes glinted with mischief. "And once they finally stop running? That's when I'll be waiting to give them a detention."
A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?
Arina exhaled deeply through his nose, setting down his coffee mug with a quiet clink. His fingers tapped rhythmically against the desk before he leaned forward slightly, locking eyes with the inquiring interviewer. "Well," he began, his voice steady, "First, we don't jump to conclusions. Disturbing artwork could be just that... Art. But paired with verbal threats?" He shook his head, "That's quite a whole nother story." He laced her fingers together. "I'd start by reviewing the behavioral incidents, getting the teachers side, looking at the artworks and possibly getting onlookers to tell me what happened." A pause, soon followed by a slow inhale. "Next, we document everything. Specific threats, repeated themes in their work. Of course details matter, even the smallest ones. Ahem.. From there we give them detention, possibly a stern talking to as well." His gaze lowered slightly. "However," He paused.. "If the safety of staff and students are put at a risk due to that particular student," A flicker of something crossed his expression. "Slt would be contacted."
A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?
Arina took a slooowwwww sip of his coffee, setting the cup down once more, before tilting his head towards the 'students'. "A protest, hmm?" His lips curled into a thoughtful smirk. "Of course freedom of expression is important," He mused, fingers tapping against the white mug. "But so is order. If you want my permission, they'd have to do it the right way." He leaned forward slightly. "Firstly, proposals, if they have a good enough draft, a plan outlining what they're protesting, how they'll conduct it and how they shall ensure it doesn't spiral into one big mess. Secondly, guidelines. No blocking hallways, disrupting classes and definitely no threats or vandalism. Keep it peaceful and polite, then they won't have a problem." He paused, his gaze sharpening. "But if any of them step out of line? Even one insult.. If it turns from a protest to a problem." He leaned back, exhaling slowly as he eyed the person. "Then I'll shut it down. Or perhaps another will."
A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?
Arina paused mid-action, her gaze flicking over to the staff member with an unreadable expression, slowly... Slowly she set down whatever she was holding, fingers briefly pressing together as she considered the right words to say. "Is that so?" Her voice was calm, almost amused, but unmistakably laced with a quiet curiosity."Then let's compare notes, shall we?" She straightened her posture slightly, tilting her head. "So, either I misunderstood my directives... or you did." A pause, then a slight smirk. "Either way, I'd like to see policy in writing. Wouldn't want to make a habit of breaking the rules, now would I?" She smiled, gesturing smoothly. "Enlighten me."

Event proposal: THE MASQUERADE OF SECRETS!
Description:
The Masquerade of Secrets is an elegant yet THRILLING event where students wear half masks, not just for fashion, but to step into an evening of mystery, riddles, and hidden identities. For the hidden identities can create new friendships that can make the school flourish in kindness and open arms for JUST one night. The event blends with elements of a formal dance and an interactive storytelling, challenging participants to unravel a school-wide secret before the night ends and its too late.
Event plans:
Invitations and mask selections! Students shall receive an ornate invitation two days in advance, encouraging them to dress in formal attires and select a mask perfect to them upon entry. Each mask corresponds to a hidden role or affiliation. (For example. "the whisperer, "The watcher, "the trickster, "The lover" etc etc.), influencing interactions between students throughout the night.
Grand Entrance.
Upon arrival, the students will step into a dimply lit ballroom adorned with chandeliers and candlelighted tables. OF course a masked announcer will welcome them and introduce the night's challenges, a mysterious thrill added into the event. (References in spoiler.)
The Unsolved mystery:
Before the event, a fictional scandal or disappearance is staged within the schools lore, clues will be scattered around the venue in notes, and students must decipher riddles and piece together conversations, making them collaborate and uncover the truth behind the crime, this way we have students working together instead of worrying about their own egos.
Dances and small side challenges.
To keep the students engaged in this event it cant all be about riddles and mysteries, there shall be some dancing. Students will enjoy formal dances, live classical music and secret exchanges. Hidden objects will allow them to influence the outcome, so maybe I lied a little, there's definitely dancing, but also a fun little game... (For example bribing a standby NPC for information, protecting key witnesses).
The Final Revelation.
As the night comes to an end, the students will one by one submit their final theories. The masked announcer will then count up the votes, display them, and reveal the truth, rewarding those who came the closest to solving the mystery- or did solve it with prizes.

She leaned back, tilting her head as she got comfy. "I'm not easily rattled. Pressure? It's just another puzzle to solve. Conflict? A game of words." She paused, taking a breath AND a sip of that coffee. "That said, I'm not without humour, just sharp. dry and always intentional I suppose.

"While other might focus on surface-level-answers... Policy, procedures and rules, I can see beyond that. Its not just about following expectations; it's about shaping the experience, making it meaningful and memorable." She shifted slightly her gaze sharpening with a glint of intrigue. "I suppose I bring creativity with structure. I mean I understand how to make an impact, but more importantly, how to sustain it. I don't merely react to situations, I await them, slithering strategy into every interaction. . Every event, every conversation.. Its an opportunity for both resolution and innovation. Others might bring skills, but I bring a vision. A vision that extends far beyond the moment and into something that leaves an impression."
