A couple things that I wish to note down here is the fact that these shifts that I've displayed are merely T1's ( day shifts ), despite that, there are also night shifts in my workplace that start from 1 PM - 10 PM ( GMT + 3 ). The reason as to why I haven't displayed them is because I mainly work day shifts ( like 90% of the times ) but when I do work night shifts then it's most likely because they couldn't find someone else to fill in. Even so, by the time that I return home from either a day or night shift, I not only synchronize myself perfectly with players abroad, but I still have more than enough energy to hop on if needed for a meeting, weekday practice, roleplay scenarios, rivalry events, etc.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yes, I do.

Shop Information
What shop are you applying for?:
The Sayonara Giftshop
Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:
Before I answer this question I wish to inform the reader that I will be splitting this section of the application into multiple segments for the sole purpose to make it an easier read.
SRP experience:
I have been, and still continue being a dedicated player in this server since the very first time that I had joined ( registration date: 1st of April 2021 ).
I have worked under the lead of the Sayonara Giftshop ( Hatola ) as her personal secretary, right hand man, and head of inventory since 2023 when I was still on the college male football team and continued proving myself as one of the shop's most valuable members and assets within the roster.
As the secretary, I'd often times help the shopkeeper make the applications, establish or make time for shop events, attend IC interviews and much more. As the right hand employee, I would assume Hatola's position as lead ( temporarily due to OOC reasons ) whenever she couldn't keep the shop active by opening as many times as I could with the help of other shopkeepers or staff members ( to do the adverts ). I've also helped manage employees and trained over three generations worth of Sayonara cashiers and security members. And finally, as the shop's only head of inventory ( as an employee ), I was put in charge of making the lists of the items that we were lacking or missing ( within the shop panel ), suggesting new ones or helping the shopkeeper pick from a wide variety of items to expand on our stock, or to watch over the new employees.
It is safe to say that I have a decent amount of experience, given the fact that I too had to run the shop whenever Hatola couldn't, of course, with her giving me the green flag to everything that I did and never making any unofficial choices without her consent as the shopkeeper of Sayonara.
Real life experience:
I may not own a restaurant or a shop of any kind in real life, however, being a customer care specialist and ex-candidate for the Romanian DGPMB special police unit I've learned not only how to remain organized but how to maintain a schedule for multiple things I desire doing and still having more than enough energy left for the rest of the day. Aside from work and SRP, I have enough hobbies to keep myself preoccupied with things I enjoy doing apart from having my eyes glued to a monitor all day. On top of all of that, I view the role of a shopkeeper to be very fun, profiting ( not only economically but rp-wise too ) and enjoyable.
Motive and conclusion: ( to answer the question )
With all the things I've said previously taken into account, I wish to become a shopkeeper to see this server under a new light with the help of being part of this role. I yearn for the same feelings I have felt back when I was a starter within the sports community ( not only as a college footballer but also volleyballer ), to prove myself as a dedicated member in the eyes of the higherups, to show that I am more than willing to learn how the shopkeeper system works to make the most out of it and most importantly to show that I am not in it for the money, but for the roleplaying possibilities too.
As Sayonara's only secretary and right hand I could only offer so much to the employees, despite training more than three generations of cashiers and security members I always wished to do far more than to just give them advice, train them and see them leave for another, more active shop. As a shopkeeper, I want to welcome willing candidates that wish to become employees for this shop with open arms and offer them not only a profitable side gig for to fuel their own resolve ( such as buying items or paying rent icly ) but to show them a fun and enjoyable amount of roleplay scenarios and friendly working environment.
What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
I plan on keeping the initial look of the Sayonara Giftshop the same at the current moment, but aside from that, I will be increasing it's activity tenfold than what it was originally. With all the time and experience I've had working within Sayonara's walls, I've noticed many of it's imperfections and plan on regulating them for the better of the shop itself as a shopkeeper. From managers, to inventory management, preventing fraudulent actions ( mostly employees stealing from the inventory ) and much more.
Aside from that, I'll be more than willing to prove the shop's uniqueness with the help of it's wide variety of items that it will have to offer to it's customers, top notch and fast working but loyal employees and a carefully constructed management team formed out of the shop's most capable and hand picked members.
On top of that I wish to take the freedom to construct a special "events-only" area within the shop where I could help host all sorts of fun events. With my current affiliation to the sports community ( on my main account ) it will also be remarkably easy to involve certain teams to help keep Sayonara entertaining by offering them all sorts of events to participate in like Q&A session that could be set in a booth within Sayonara where customers could interact with sports members and they could even receive souvenirs after their little talk sessions for example. Another idea I've had in mind is to build in that designated spot a little stage where a band could play a couple songs for the employees that come within it's premise, whether it's some slow music, jazz, or any sort of background music.
To avoid lack of activity and a diverse roster, I will also be implementing a far more lenient application-accepting system where Sayonara is going to be focusing on not only serving it's American playerbase, but hiring people from all sorts of places worldwide.
What will you sell in your shop?:
While I have repetitively mentioned that while working for the shop, Sayonara always had a wide variety of items. I'm more than willing to expand on that while also keeping it's true identity as a giftshop. From souvenirs to plushies, toy swords or toy weapons, perhaps a small range of accessories such as earrings, piercings, etc.
I'd love to spend my time as a shopkeeper to crack the code in keeping it's stock appealing towards it's loyal customers or new ones while adding in new items whenever possible while removing the old and least profitable ones. I'm fully aware that as a giftshop you could only sell the same item so much since it's not like a restaurant where you could keep on having the same dish or drink over and over again, hence why I will be doing my best in keeping Sayonara as refreshing as possible with endless shopping possibilities.
How many employees do you plan to have?:
Much like it's true identity as a giftshop and design, I plan to keep the same amount of employees as the shop has had before. That being 27 ( 30 if possible ). I will also be listing how I plan on organizing this said roster down below:
Shopkeeper ( 1/1 ):
The head of the shop, management team, and lead of all employees within Sayonara's premise. The person with this role could be very easily be interpreted as the main public face of the shop ( that is unless you have a mascot in some scenarios, much like Sayonara )
Secretary ( ?/1 ):
The shopkeeper's PA ( personal assistant ) and right hand. The secretary will be watching over the management team, employees and trial employees, ensuring everything is running smoothly, while also recommending new members for the management team ( if spots are vacant ) based on their capabilities, activitiy, etc.
Management team ( ?/4 ):
A key part of the shop. The management team will have a total of four heads, all with crucial roles within the shop. I plan to promote these people in order for the shop to have a:
Vlpdqne [College][M][Volleyball] Cristian Morris (main account )
El_Vencedor [Grade 9] Jisu Ju ( the account that I am applying for )

A key part of the shop. The management team will have a total of four heads, all with crucial roles within the shop. I plan to promote these people in order for the shop to have a:
Head of Management | Head of Employees | Head of Security | Head of Events |
---|---|---|---|
A versatile member and the most experienced manager who will be monitoring every other manager and assisting them while working alongside the shop's secretary. | A person who who will be in charge of training the cashiers alongside the shopkeeper and monitor their activity closely. | A person who will be in charge of training the shop's security employees while also monitoring their activity and performance closely. | A person who who is going to be in charge of requesting events or bring up new ideas to the secretary or the Shopkeeper in order to keep the shop itself entertaining and refreshing. |
And of course, all these four members of the shop will have the ability to open the shop itself ( by requesting advertisement from the shopkeeper, staff, or other shopkeepers )
Employees [ Cashiers ] ( ?/14):
The main people responsible for providing the shop's customers with their desired items. These members have passed their trial phase successfully and are capable to do their jobs.
Employees [ Security ] ( ?/7 ):
The people responsible in keeping the Sayonara shop safe, secure, and to give it's customers reassurance that there won't be any form of public disorder happening within Sayonara's walls. These members have passed their trial phase successfully and are capable to do their jobs. They will also be heavily monitored by the head of security and have regular evaluations to perfect their performance.
Trial Employees ( ? / 0-21 ):
These individuals have successfully been added to the roster after their interviews/applications. They will be undergoing a phase of training where their skills and capabilities are going to be put to the test while also being monitored and trained by the shopkeeper, secretary, or management team, ensuring that they are welcomed into a friendly and enjoyable working environment much like all of the other roles mentioned above.
