Describe your activity on the server:
I am currently on holiday break from school, although I do work (Doesn't affect my normal SRP hours though), so I will be active for at least 3 hours a day, managing to give the faction at least 40 minutes per day! Additionally, when this character was a professor for Immunology, I was inactive due to timezone reasons and also since I wasn't able to call classes fast enough before others had (there aren't many college students attending classes so not only 2 prof host per period usually), and due to the nature of those classes I had a hard time assisting on other classes (also the fact that I didn't know many of them). I can assure the same won't happen as a doctor since working and getting quota isn't directly limited by the hour icly/oocly and also amount of doctors.
Anyways here is my table of the hours I can play! (according to my timezone BTW)
What is your timezone?:

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I have been in SRP for almost 3 years or more. I am experienced in DetailRP of many kinds, from GangRP to JobRP. Obviously SRP isn't my only source of roleplay. I have a lot of experience in many different types of RP communities, from DND to SCP inspired story lines with literary level writing of rp responses per message. I bascially know almost everything about the different RP communities, the bad and the good in them.
Probably my closest experience to this one would be a researcher position in a different RP server (more closed than SRP) where I was a researcher, from a company that followed very strict protocols because if they didn't... Well bad stuff could happen (also that server had an amazing builder team as the map was incredibly awesome).
Now adding to this I was a professor with 5 star average classes constantly, although not that active due to the reasons stated in my activity. I myself have some knowledge in medicine since I love Med Dramas and reading research papers on dieaseses and also in general researching the skill a doctor needs (since in the future I will want to be a doctor).
What is your motivation for applying?
I have by now gotten rejected 3 times (or more) from this faction, last time it was due to reputation which now I tried to raise a little by being a professor and also having a clean history when it comes to SRP punishments (0 warnings or bans). As you can see from the amount of times I've applied, I really, but really want to be a doctor, not only for the ICLY money but also for the detail RP that comes with the role, such as surgeries or even asking thugs questions of how they got stabbed.
I liked being a professor too, but medicine is my main dream.
Which role are you applying for?
Doctor
What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
I know that the Hospital Faction in SRP is part of the Karakura Emergency system which is also part of the Karakura City faction. I know that you cannot be gang affiliated on the character you're applying. I know there are many roles and that there's a faction leader.
These are the roles I know how they work in SRP:
Doctor - Specialist in general medicine, they can diagnose broken bones, burns, and injures in general. They can also diagnose conditions of all the kinds in what is an acceptable amount of time. I think they can also do surgery although about that I am not very sure.
Paramedic - When the emergency hotline (110) gets called and the emeregency is medical or might have injuries, they are dispatched to the scene quickly to give first aid and try to treat the patient. All this done while taking the patient to the hospital (unless the emergency isn't THAT serious or monitoring is not necessary.)
Director - Lead of the hospital, quite self explanatory.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
Yes, I do acknowledge that.

His skin will get reshaded, I know it sucks. I made it

Character Backstory (Optional):
Gabriel is quite an interesting individual. He was considered a gifted kid ever since he started showing outstanding dominance in school. His interest in medicine first sparked when he was eight years old after suffering from bronchitis which, paired with his allergies and potentially severe asthma, got him sent to the ER for extreme breathing difficulties. From there, even though he was too weak to think much, just watching the doctors work and hearing that weird language of theirs to describe heartbeat, breathing, and even fevers amazed him. Maybe it was because he had a high fever or maybe it was because he was always meant to be; the same night he visited the ER and stayed there overnight, he dreamed of one day having his own team in a fancy hospital.
This became a real headache for his parents, who always thought he was simply messing around. That wasn't the case until he got his first phone at nine. His parents, who usually worked night-to-morning shifts, started catching him with his phone outside of allowed hours… way outside them. He would be caught watching videos and even reading until 6 a.m. They didn't really know what or why, and thus quickly grounded him, taking away his phone. This didn't stop him; he started sneaking out to friends' houses to play with them and study on their computers or phones. His parents grounded him more harshly, but then he suddenly aced most of his classes, failing only the ones that had to do with language. It was such a big difference that he even took tests from higher grades and aced them in half the time others would.
But a big problem arose. He started skipping and not going to school when he reached thirteen years old. He claimed he didn't have the energy or the motivation, something his parents said "made no sense." That changed when he managed to work and buy his own phone, which he used to apply to universities and for projects regarding medicine. One day he got an email: he was invited to take a written test and was asked to keep attending school until the next year, when they would admit him if he passed. It's not an overstatement that the sudden shifts in his mood and school attendance made everyone wonder what happened. His grades, as always, were at the top of the class, keeping teachers shocked.
Finally, he had to tell his parents to get mandatory permission to attend the university, so he went and told them everything. Obviously they were shocked and suddenly noticed how much they had held him back before. It took them a bit of thinking before they allowed him to attend, and once they did, he was set to start his first courses the next year.
Now time-skip to when he finished his second degree in Biology (with a focus on Immunology) at 17, right before turning 18. That's when he finally applied for med school and managed to skip many courses thanks to his background, eventually reaching his internship. From there he continued until becoming a full-fledged doctor who also did research on the side at 25. That's when he moved to Japan with his family due to very unfortunate events.
From there, he became a professor and started teaching courses to adapt to the Japanese healthcare system.
(The lore changed a little bit since I prefer it this way)
StECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
Immunology and also ER doctor
He chose the first focus since that's what amazed him ever since he got obsessed with the medicine world. Especially since the immune system is basically an incredible system inside our bodies which we don't fully understand.
And the ER part is tied to his lore, since he was saved by them when he was extremely sick.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Yes, he was a researcher (part of finishing your second degree in many places), a doctor in Mexico and finally a professor in Karakura. He is decently experienced
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Gabriel has black hair (Ignore his base, he wil get reshaded soon). He stands at 6'5 like most of the males in his bloodline and he posseses a relaxed aura around him, even though his constantly is drinking coffee and is addicted to it. As many say, a doctor's worst patient is a doctor themseleves, and he is a bright example; drinking lots of coffee, eating a lot of sugar and even smoking at some point (Although he quitted).
He usually wears either some jeans and some random shirt or work attire. He loves simplicity when it comes to his personal life, while loving complexity in his work place. A big inspiration to him when it comes to skill (not personality or work ethics) is Dr. House. Someone who is quite confident in themselves and hardly changes opinion since his skills speak for themselves.
Lastly, he doesn't mind biting back when provoced. Although he will always keep it professional of course, you don't want to get sued or fired. He doesn't mind blurting out some comeback to those who are dumb enough to attempt and humilliate him. After all, he is Hispanic.
How does your character act around the hospital?
Gabriel will follow rules, protocols and work ethics. He will try his best to attend non mandatory events and even help out other doctors in their cases for free after hours. Gabriel has a strong respect policy, meaning he wont respect you at all if you don't respect your patients just because you yourself had a bad day. He believes one shouldn't work if they cannot respect those who are in need of help due to their health or even mental problems.
And of course, he loves working overtime.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Gabriel has always worked alone, but actually he works far better with people to give him ideas, to entretain him and simply keep him multitasking and awake. Gabriel loves talking while working (Coming from his days as a professor) and will not mind some chit chat while working. Actually, he would love it.
