My time on the server is currently divided into four main activities. Starting with the government faction, I spend about 2 hours every other day or so on my government tag doing front desk or trials, depending on the day. And, while it may seem like this would affect my activity, usually not too much is going on at the government front desk, so I could likely log on and do an opening at least once every few days, or if I were dedicated enough, even an opening a day.
Second, I spend time on the next faction I am a part of, which is the school faculty as a nurse. This would probably get in the way of BMD activities the least, seeing as I can only do nurse work during school hours, and I will likely never open during school hours. Should a BMD event be during school hours, I could easily switch off my nurse tag and do the BMD event.
Third, shop openings! As a manager for Seikatsu, a senior employee at Umisachi and Tsuki no Umi, and a regular employee at Yeobo and Pinkumo, I work for several stores. However, I can easily plan around their openings, and each of them usually opens enough per month for me to miss one or two openings as a senior or manager at most places, allowing me to attend an event or open up. Although it’s unlikely I would be able to open during them, as they only open once or twice a week, there is still plenty of time to open.

Finally, the last thing I do is probably the most unpredictable in terms of availability. The last of my activities lies in GangRP with Immertreu. While I am aware that if accepted, I cannot become a higher-up, I would like to continue to be a regular member and while that does mean sometimes I might be busy with the unpredictability of what being a member entails, there is still a lot of other members in the gang that can still participate should I be busy with BMD events or openings, meaning I can easily still dedicate time to BMD.
Altogether, despite being active in four different roles on the server, I should still be able to dedicate a significant amount of time to BMD and would consider it one of my top priorities on the server, given its high demand.

Calendar for June
Seeing as BMD applications will be reviewed in June, I decided to create a calendar showing the days in June that will be free/busy. In case I am accepted, here is a calendar showing the days I’ll be least likely to be available later.

What are your motivations in applying for the black market dealer role?:

My motivation for applying to the black market faction is that since my second month on SRP, I’ve always wanted to interact with the black market. It started with applying for a bounty hunter position, which I was denied because I was new and had no experience. But I did get good feedback from the bounty hunter lead at that time, which contributed to my motivation for the faction because I do want to lead a part of the crime faction myself, even if it’s likely I won’t be able to for a bit, even after being accepted. Then, after my promotion to corporal in KPD, I was able to participate in crime with the approval of Yonio. With this approval, I became a black market associate under Revra, which was probably one of my most exciting moments on the server to this day. I mean, I got to be a part of one of the most interesting parts of the server through being a BMDA! This is honestly probably my biggest motivation because I got to attend incredibly cool openings, and I loved them until the end, especially finding crates, which was so exciting. Especially when I went to bheom openings… because I did most of the searching because bheom got lost all the time! Eventually, Revra did leave, and during that time, I switched to being an associate under Cap, who was still fun to work with as a BMDA. Even if he called my character the whore of BMD. Watch your back, Cap. But eventually I left to try for KPD again… which I was denied for anyway, so it didn’t matter! Anyway, my next motivation to apply was a year or so later when I joined bounty hunters for the second time. The first time was kind of a failure for me, as I was super inactive. But the second time, I've been having a much more exciting time! While not directly involved with BMD, the two BMDs I’ve worked with through bounty hunter have been great, and I loved every minute of it, even if the attempted kidnapping of that cop stressed me out so much! But, it doesn’t matter now that it’s over, and while I’m still a bounty hunter, I would like to move on to something greater, either by going back to BMDA or becoming a BMD myself! And that is my motivation for applying to BMD.

What helps you to stand out from other applicants & what can you uniquely provide to the team?:

What helps me stand out from other applicants is how my experience in gangrp has been! While I may not have actively taken part in it, my entire career. I’m usually pretty friendly and always willing to help if someone in the gang wishes for my help! What makes me stand out is that I’m always friendly in situations, and because my experience in gangs can prove that with no gangs or gang members hating me or having a negative interaction with m,e I can almost always have positive interactions with them which makes me good for increasing roleplay between BMD and gangs! While also doing gangrp, I have been doing crimerp! Doing BMDA and bounty hunter twice, I would say I’m not fully experienced in the criminal side of the server. However, my experience in BMDA does allow me to understand what BMDs do on the server as a whole! I was also really active and went to every BMD opening during that, which should give me the experience needed to know how to do openings without worrying about getting my crates stolen, as I’m pretty good at finding them. I would also say, despite my first time in bounty hunter going poorly, I’ve managed to keep a good activity in it the second time around and haven’t gotten in major trouble OOC, meaning that I like to think that I know what I can and can’t do as a BMD! And my time working under BMDs has also given me the chance to stand out more than some others because both BMDs I worked under got me involved quite a lot! The final reason I believe that I’m one of the best choices for BMD this time around is that my idea is super unique and well thought out! It could even lead to a whole new criminal business, which would add so much roleplay to the BMD faction! I think this idea shows just how creative I can be as a BMD, and if given this chance to be in the faction, the Library likely won’t even be where I stop, and I will continue to expand the BMD faction into something even greater than it was before.

What previous experience do you have in working with a team?:

I have a lot of previous experience working in teams, both OOC and IC, on SRP as a whole! This ranges from faction teamwork to actively participating in college-related teamwork activities. KPD was the first faction I was ever in, and it had the most teamwork out of every faction I was in overall! From KPD, I learned how to work with others when it comes to big situations more than 1-3 people are needed and while KPD did have tasers and tranquilizers which made things a bit easier for me when it came to working in a team, it did still allow me to work with teams for several situations which some I even got to lead when I was a sergeant in KPD. I would say without KPD, I wouldn’t know nearly as much about how to work in a team. Another faction I was in was EMS, I would say this came with the second most teamwork. And was also where I learned how to limit myself and use teamwork to prevent stress. In EMS, there were several times when I would treat several patients by myself, thinking I didn’t need any help and could handle it myself. But eventually, the last month I spent in EMS was probably when I worked the most with teams and would allow other doctors to do work with me by broadcasting for them, and also working together on different parts of an injury. While EMS may have been the most stressful faction I took part in, due to how the community was during my time there. I learned how to work better with a team through interactions with them! I’ve also learned quite a bit about teamwork in the Government faction. Trials probably have the most teamwork out of everything I’ve done in the faction, while I can also allow others to take warrants while offering them advice if they need it. Or the other way around if it’s needed! Government has gotten me quite a bit of experience in teamwork! After all, Judges always talk with each other before a verdict is reached, and working together is teamwork! I’ve taken part in each of the faculty-related factions. And because most of them helped me learn the same thing as faculty work pretty closely together, I’ll group them all together. Faculty has helped me with working together closely with others, as detentions, nurse treatments, and getting students to come to the front desk all require teamwork. All faculty need caretakers for CCTV, meaning I’ve gotten to work with caretakers with CCTV as a nurse quite a lot. And in the case of being a teacher or professor, you can only use one intercom of the two, which meant I had to go to other members of faculty if I needed to call someone down, and by that point, you are working as a team! Factions, of course, aren’t the entire part of the server! I have also worked at several shops, which each gained me experience working in a team! From being a bartender and having to get food from a chef in Tsuki no Umi. Doing security for several stores, meaning I needed to talk to other employees when they wanted someone out of the store. Each of those experiences has built my teamwork experience! Also, a big part of my experience with how much BMDAs work together or with their BMD! I learned mainly how teamwork in gangrp/crimerp works through BMDA! From an event where we got an entire two gangs together to attack one guy, to me and 4 other BMDs/BMDAs working together to kill one guy, that store order! I was even there for that and learned the way surrounding someone works with a team! Overall, I’d say that my time in BMDA helped me learn more about teamwork on the server. The final part of my experience on the server is a group I worked with when I went on a field trip to a college of pharmacy! Together, I worked with about 3 others on doing a research experiment, and we had to work as a team to solve it. Honestly, this is my main bit of OOC teamwork experience and was probably one of my biggest moments of working with a team, as I actively participated in the entire activity working together with my team!

What suggestions do you have to help better the crime faction?:

Suggestion 1. Rework street racing.
My first suggestion could likely be done if I were to get into BMD. I believe from what I have seen that street racing isn’t quite what it used to be on SRP. At least the sub-faction of street racing in the crime discord. The lead is gone, and there hasn’t been a new one replaced for them in a few months. And while, if I were to get accepted, I’m not sure it would be something I find myself super interested in. But, 2 BMDs are getting accepted. So while this isn’t an idea that I will be doing myself, I believe that street racing could do with a new lead. So, without further ado, here are my ideas for the sub-faction
Idea 1. My first idea is a simple one. Street races could be hosted similar to fight club openings! Fight club is given an event mention in the crime server to let people know when it’s opening. And I believe a ping might be in the works for it from what I’ve seen in suggestions, but confirmed or not, I do believe that street races could get an event similar to that! So that way, people can place bets on racers! Or, maybe some openings could allow the public that shows up to race there as well. This would motivate people who like street racing to show up to the events, reviving street racing a bit! After all, while I may have missed it before because I didn’t pay too much attention to street racing, I don’t know how many people showed up before, but it could also increase the numbers they get showing up to their events while this does run the risk of KPD showing up if people call the cops but, it would make the events even more interesting with KPD attempting to stop the street racers!

Idea 2. Vehicle upgrades could be damaging to the street racing community. Some people have money and others don’t. Shocker, I know! Which means that people with less money might struggle with these races, which could demotivate people. And so what I suggest is that the host of these races, which would be the director of the street racing, could have provided cars bought by them to the races with no upgrades or however many upgrades they believe would work the best, so that everyone has an equal chance at winning. Some might say that the upgrades could make things more interesting if people have different amounts of upgrades, like things with the boost and all that. But, in reality, it just makes things more boring! Would you rather see cars driving down the road all neck and neck, close to winning? Or one guy that spent 1 million on his car zooming in front of people so fast you can barely even see him before he disappears in a cloud of smoke. Because I’d rather see a bunch of racers neck and neck close to winning, and you can watch them drive on by!

Suggestion 2. Add a new crime subfaction.
Now, this suggestion is most likely what I will be working towards for my entire time in BMD. Even if it doesn’t start as a sub-faction, I believe the library my character is working on could eventually become a crime sub-faction. You might say, “But Angel, we already have 5 subfactions!” That’s a good point, there are quite a few. But in total, there are 8 BMDs at once, 1 being the lead of the faction, the other being the one in charge of gangs, and the other 6 being regular BMDs. Now, 5 is more than half of that, so in theory, each BMD could have a spot in a business to run. But, Nexus is only led by one BMD. Fight club is led by 3 BMDs, which is quite a lot! And then the bounty hunter is led by two BMDs again, which is a good amount! Then the fourth one has no BMD leading it, and instead 6pancake because they run the hospital! The final sub-faction is street racing! Currently no lead under it, but there is one open spot for a lead! Which leaves 1 bmd not doing anything! Which is why I think there is a need for a sixth sub-faction being the library. The other sub-factions don’t ever take part in the intelligence side of business dealings. With bounty hunters being the closest but they mostly focus on attacking people and gaining information for others. Which is why I think the library would be a perfect sixth one. Because, well, it would have a history of the crime world. Which, honestly, isn’t well recorded, IC, which is why the library would be perfect. There are plenty of people in Karakura who love studying its history. So why not give the criminals in the town a chance to be historians of something they likely care more about? The history of crime. Preserving it while also selling the information to those requesting it! This would make knowledge more accessible to those who wish to learn for a price.

Suggestion 3: How I plan to make the crime faction better.
While my other suggestions were aimed more towards specific things that could be changed in the faction, this final suggestion is less of something that can be added and more just what I plan to do for the faction myself as a BMD. I intend to make my character Theda one of the easiest to interact of the BMDs on the server. I know BMDs aren't meant to usually be easy to interact with because they are criminals after all! But, I do plan to make Theda be on the nicer side in how she acts to people to increase player interaction with her by being less scared of her! She will be seen more outside of openings or BMD events as a more of a public person than always hiding from KPD or in the sewers all the time. This is because I think increased interactions with BMDs could lead to more fun on the server in terms of crimerp! After all, without BMDS, there wouldn't be weapons or gangs, which is why I believe that gangs and regular players should be able to have whatever interactions they want with her, and I will encourage gangs to make deals with her for fun because I think gangs could use more interactions!

Are you familiar with all rules pertaining to weapon profiles, combat, permissions, and player conduct on the server?:

I am very familiar with the rules about weapon profiles, combat, permissions, and player conduct on the server. While I haven’t been playing on SRP as long as some other people, I believe my 2 years of experience have taught me quite a bit. And if anything ever changes or I forget a rule, I can always refer to the rules on the forums.

Are you familiar with that if you leave the black market at any point, the black market lead will have permanent kill permissions on your character?:

I am familiar with that rule! I’ve heard about it quite a bit before, and it also makes sense to me.

Are you familiar with that if your character(s) is/are killed or permanently arrested twice, you will be removed from the black market?:

I am aware that if my character is killed or arrested permanently twice, then I will be removed from the faction. And should I be accepted into the black market, it’s unlikely that I will ever forget that rule.

Are you familiar with that you cannot reveal any out-of-character plans or potential addition to the black market to others?:

I am aware of that, and I will be sure to not share any plans or additions to the black market with others until it becomes public, and if it never becomes public, then I will make sure to keep it a secret.

A click on the link opened up a website. The top part of it had the words “THE LIBRARY” before loading the file of someone.

Full Legal Name:

The website booted to life, sending you down the rabbit hole that was the story of the Librarian. It started with the section 'Personal information.'

Subject 1 goes by the name Theda Kiki.

Criminal Alias:

After reading the name of the Librarian, the next part of the personal information section was revealed.

Theda Kiki usually goes by the alias ‘Librarian’ when in the criminal world.

Age & Occupation:

More personal information about Theda is loaded. This time, showing an ID with the information all crossed out on it before a robotic voice reads out loud this time.

"They are 23. They have been seen working in stores, but no records indicate any applications have been submitted. The reason is unclear. "

Gender & Marital Status:

The robotic voice cut off after reading the age and occupation. Why was this website so strange? You aren't given much time to think before the next section of personal information comes up. No longer read by a robot voice, but instead read by you.

The Librarian is known to be a female; they wear a ring on their finger. They are likely engaged or married. Attached is an image of why this is the case.

An image slowly loaded. The website speed wasn’t great.

Ethnicity & Race:

After you finish reading the last few words of the last section, more information comes up on the screen. Giving you no time to think before hitting you with more information.

The known Ethnicity of the Librarian is German, and her race is white. A picture will be submitted to the file to show her appearance. Show, don’t tell works better in this case.

The website loaded up a picture of Theda Kiki

Known Languages:

A loud sound is heard on the website. Sounding like the crackling of a recording turning on. Once more, a robot voice read out loud.

She has been heard speaking in four languages, beginning with her native tongue of Karakura, Japanese. She has also been heard speaking in Finnish, German, and Polish. Her level of fluency seems to be strong in each language.

Several video recordings were played on the screen of Theda talking in other languages.

Former Associations/Occupations:

Silence once more. The room you were in once more goes quiet, forcing you alone with your thoughts on the Librarian. Eventually, after concluding what you learned, more information came up on the screen.

She has been associated with Immertreu. Though never seen with them in the last month. The only known member she has been seen with is Andreas Löwe. The reason is likely due to being in a relationship with him.

Highest Level of Education:

A sound was once more heard from the website. Was that the sounds of papers crinkling? Was there someone else behind this website, or was all the sound pre-recorded? No more time is given to think about that as more information is read out on the screen.

In-depth research on her has shown that she has only a basic high school education. Personal information on her computer indicates that she is taking online classes in economics, although her grades are low.

Physical/Mental Ailments:

Silence again. No more information is provided before the website switches over to a whole different page full of information. Something is slowly loading at the bottom. While it loads, you read the information written on the screen.

Her medical records suggest a case of Generalized Anxiety disorder, and she is always in a state of anxiety, as it appears with everything stressing her out. She does not live a calm life and will usually be seen pacing around town, nervous about something new. She also seems to have some sort of separation anxiety, which is likely due to a past event that happened previously back in Germany. That will be covered in the backstory section of the report on the Librarian. She also seems to be a pathological liar and will never stop lying. It’s horrible; the world needs truth, and she does nothing but lie to people for her own sake. She has a choice, doesn’t she?

Along with her mental illness, she seems to have a case of atrial fibrillation, leading to her having an irregular heartbeat. She has never been seen discussing it in public. Or in private. It was a closely kept secret until it was discovered through medical records. One might call the Librarian an open book to the library.

An image of her medical record appeared on the website

Known Family Members:

Several pictures loaded for a minute. Each person with their face covered before they are eventually deleted from the website. Were those meant to be there? What more secrets could this website be hiding...?

There are no records of anyone from the Librarian's family having entered the city. If they have, they are under fake names or well hidden. She has, however, been seen with Andreas Löwe. They share matching rings, he is likely her fiance considering she still has the last name Kiki. Should a marriage go through, the Librarian would be an in-law to the Löwe family.

Describe your character's appearance to the greatest detail:

After 2 minutes of attempting to load the website, just before you can click onto the next section, the appearance section of the website loads. Was that even what you were looking for? The website didn't allow you to think before 'READ' appeared on the screen.

The Librarian is far from beautiful. She is full of herself, and if you were to ask her what she thought of her appearance, she would say that she is the most beautiful woman in the world. But that’s all a lie, a lie fabricated to tell the story she wants people to believe. The Librarian’s appearance is mediocre at best. Her hazel eyes are fake contacts she wears to enhance her appearance. Behind the mirage, her eyes are nothing but a gray storm slowly tearing her apart as she lies and lies, saying her eyes are hazel. Such a simple lie, and yet each lie she tells destroys her bit by bit. The next lie is about her hair, which was dyed blonde when, in reality, it was always black. Black like her soul, getting darker each time she changes her appearance to fit what she wants others to see. Even with the truths of her appearance, she still fills up with nothing but lies. The scars on her face she never mentions in public, and when she is asked, she tells more lies, all building up, tearing her apart inside. The scars from an accident in the kitchen are what she tells them she lies about! It’s all fucking lies. The scars come from an attack in her hometown in Germany when she was surrounded and attacked by 4 people, all alone and defenseless. The weak Librarian can do nothing but build up elaborate lies to keep herself a friendly face to talk to. It’s all a mask. A mask to hide the truth, all to paint a perfect image of herself! The final straw is that even her outfits are nothing but a lie! The Librarian wears outfits that make her look nice and innocent! She lies, all she will tell you are lies! She likes to say that her parents bought it for her because they cared so much about her and wanted her to succeed. In reality, she had bought them with her own money, a day before she arrived in Karakura. Her parents would never buy her an outfit; they hated her, after all! Everything she owns she had bought herself, and yet she tells people her parents got it. Pathetic little lies. All of her appearance is just a façade, hiding lies behind a curtain; she is nothing but an image created to draw attention. The Librarian also appears to be pregnant, as images have revealed that she has a bump, indicating a baby. 2 pictures of Theda Kiki slowly loaded up on the website.

Describe your character's personality to the greatest detail:

The website loads to the next section just as you finish reading. It almost felt as if it were watching you.

There are two forms for the Librarian. The first one any person can see, the illusion she wears of being a nice, kind girl. Even if her public persona is nothing but a facade, the library will still share it. We will expose her lies, then break each one down piece by piece with the truth. Starting with how she behaves when alone in public, she is usually laid-back and doesn’t seem to pay attention to others, instead enjoying the view wherever she is, rather than focusing on the people around her. You can talk securely with her around, knowing she won’t listen to whatever you are talking about. When in conversation, the Librarian is usually pretty boring in conversation and doesn’t ask anything of importance. It is pointless to tell the lies of her story. So we will begin the real personality of the Librarian. This whole discussion about the fake her is pointless. The real Librarian is always listening in on your conversation, there is no secrecy when she is around unless you are whispering. Every little thing you say is being overheard by the Librarian waiting to go into her next book. When in conversation, she makes note of every little thing you say; no detail goes unnoticed by her. If she has no reason to talk to the person, she will let them do the talking, showing no interest in what you are saying. The librarian is always watching. Sure, she will pretend to give information about herself in conversation, but most of it is fake or not important, all intended to get little bits of information out of you. She is a liar and nothing more. She should not be trusted, yet all her friends trust her; she even lies to the people she loves so she can know everything about someone.

Describe your character's backstory in the greatest detail:

The screen loads up with an extensive backstory of the Librarian. Entering the password provided in her letter to gain access leads to five sections, each covering a part of her life. Automatically ending with the date it was written.

The Librarian has had a weak education, to say the least. Upon investigation into her educational background, she has completed the basic education required from Grades 1 to 12. Though she nearly failed every class every year. The only class she showed actual accomplishment in was acting classes and her English classes, and that wasn’t the main focus of the school she had gone to. Her school was mostly underfunded, leading to not only a bad student performance but also poor education. She didn’t go to college until recently, through online learning, taking economics classes. Her grades were all D’s and C‘s, showing her lack of skill in economics. Though she continues to try at it despite being horrible at it. - The end of the first log had a date written at the end of it, April 2023.

The Librarian had a bad childhood, one might say. She denies it when asked, but her parents never really cared for the poor little Librarian. It always led to her leaving the house as a child and going out to do her own thing. After all, the Librarian had no real friends or family to care for her at all in life because she would lie to any friends she made until it all came crashing down on her like she had deserved. It got to the point where The Librarian felt she had nothing left in her life and that she should move away to pursue different opportunities. Trying to talk with The Librarian about some early childhood events did not prove to be fruitful, as she would only lie and say that she had a good childhood despite a lot of evidence suggesting otherwise. The library will update should we find a story. Though unlikely. - The second log had a date written on it, May 2023.

The Librarian was a criminal. It’s no secret that she was. After all, with parents who didn’t care for her and no friends, one can only resort to the criminal underworld in times of doubt. Unhappiness can lead to people doing things they regret. However, she was far from a good one. She could barely fight with her fists, and because of that, she usually trained with metal objects that would give her the advantage in a fight. But she was no doubt not meant to be a criminal back then. But everyone can get good at something if they try hard enough, and after 2 years in the Munich branch of Immertreu, she eventually got decent at fighting with weapons and became somewhat respected in the gang as a whole before the attack happened. Stories of her time in this gang have not been added to the record of The Librarian. The one event we have been told about is enough to warrant its own section of the library. - The third log had a date at the end of it., June 2023.

The most important story that the library learned about the Librarian was shortly before she moved to Karakura. She was kidnapped after an incident involving her gang. She had been alone and knocked out and was taken there to be held hostage to try and attack her gang when they came to rescue her. The librarian, however, was never rescued by the gang because nobody remembered her due to how big the branch of the gang was, leading to her being held there for days with no rescue. This led to an increase in her feelings of loneliness, knowing that nobody wanted to rescue her. This caused her to get a case of separation anxiety from being alone and in the dark for so long. Eventually, they released her, but not before they attacked her with their weapons a couple of times as punishment for attacking one of their members previously. That is all the Librarian was willing to tell us about the incident. - The fourth log had a date at the end of it. July 2023.

Theda had said that shortly after her attack she moved into Karakura it was at this point we broke into her apartment and found her medical records that suggested she got them at 19 meaning from what she must have told us about getting her medical diagnosis after the attack that she likely left 2 years after she had been attacked in Munich. What she spent those 2 years doing, she refused to tell us. However, she did tell us that her time in Karakura before now was pretty good. She had moved to the Japanese branch of Immertreu, which proved to be smaller and seemed to be more protective of its members. She had also made a friend that she knew she could trust, who had rescued her when she was attacked by a crazy lady. She also went through a bad relationship, but eventually found someone. She didn’t say their name, but we had gathered it was Andreas Lowe based on how often they are seen together. Overall, Theda seemed to only talk positively about her time in Karakura. - The last log had a date at the end of it. August 202- Suddenly, the website cuts to black before it eventually turns back on, opening up a sixth and final section with a completely different design from the rest of the website. Under the label. The truth?

2 years ago, I made the library. I wrote those first few logs for the library, starting with me. I tried and tried so hard to build the library. But never, never did anyone want to partake in the building of my library. He was the only person who ever wanted to record things in the underground crime world. And yet, even I couldn’t prosper. I wrote those first six logs 2 years ago. Then I gave up. I failed at my idea. I, Theda Kiki, the maker of the library, had failed. I wrote this first log on myself all to see what it was like to write books on members of the underground crime or those I suspected to be. I loved every minute of it. It gave me purpose in this world, this failed city. Torn apart every day by those we call powerful. So you want the truth on what I didn’t cover? Those two years I skipped over between sections 4 and 5 of my history. The 2 years that have passed since my 5th log. I never quit on the library. Hell, it didn’t even start at the date of the first log. It started 4 years ago, when I was 19, I made a website under the name The Library. Not thinking too much of it. Hell, I did it mainly because my the****** suggested writing stuff down would help me feel better. It didn’t, it never did. The file on me wasn’t even the first. There were 10 other files made on people before me, but each time I finished one, I would delete it. Because, well, what right did I HAVE to write the history of where I lived? So I deleted them. I spent those 2 years gathering each bit of history of those people, and I got rid of it. The same nearly happened to these last 6 files on people and that one gang. But I couldn’t bring myself to delete them. I realized something recently, you know? I realized that 2 years ago, when I deleted files one through ten, I believed I didn’t have the right to write the history of people, but I realized now. I realized I do have the right to, and nobody, not even the people I love, can stop me from writing history down. Historians have done it for years! Hundreds of years even! So what if the criminal underworld is dangerous? So what if writing this history could get me killed? People deserve to know. So finally, finally, the library WILL thrive. I will put myself in a position of power in the criminal world. So nobody can stop me. I will write the history of this town. And everyone will know the librarian. - The website closed immediately after that, but not before it revealed the date. After all, every log automatically did it. June 8th, 2025.
Describe an interaction that your character may have as a black market dealer: (This can be anything — a weapon deal, an event they may be involved in, or maybe an interaction with a gang)

The way the modern book is is very similar to that of business dealings.
A meeting for information. All the librarian had to do was enter the office with the leader inside. Offer the promise of secrecy along with whatever money they requested. She walked in one step at a time. Not giving any of their members a chance to say anything to her as she opened the door to the office, sitting in the chair. She waited there for two minutes before the leader of the gang walked step by step into the room as well as closing the door shut. Sealing the librarian from leaving until this deal ended the way either of them wanted. Making a deal was never something the librarian enjoyed. It always starts as two parts. What she wants and what they want. But of course, the librarian and the leader of the gang were like the front and back of the book. The front introduces the characters, or in this case, what the librarian wishes to gain from the deal. Then the gang leader is back. No matter what terms she offers, they ultimately decide whether she succeeds in this deal and gains what she wants. Maybe the gang lead makes a counteroffer, and we see the start of a series. Or maybe they deny her offer and tell her to leave. Either way, she never gets to choose unless they want something from her. Which, in this case, is not how it is. She needs information from them on their enemy. She presents her terms. As she waits for the response, she begins in the middle of the book. The part where the front and the back come together. Something they both do. Judge the others' expressions and attempt to gauge whether things are going in their favor or if they are losing in the book. Finally, the book concludes with the leader presenting a counteroffer. This marks the end of the first book between these two. The librarian considers this part between the first and second books. Second to third. And so on, to the point where the readers await the next book. Or, in this case, they wait for the beginning of the book. The librarians offer, while the writer thinks about what to write. In this case, the writer is the same as the front of the book, as the librarian considers what she thinks of the leader's offer. But, what if she were to accept these terms? How does that relate to a book? Well, of course, the librarian knows what this is considered to be. It’s a letdown of a book. A failure on the writer's part, as they produce a flawed book with no clear conclusion. The book is so bad that nobody can tell when it ends. So, instead of letting this business meeting have a bad ending for the readers. She makes a counteroffer to the leader's offer. Continuing this book to its end. After all, the leader only gains something from this, so they have no reason to hate the end of the book. They don’t wish for a sequel. They wish to simply enjoy the book. There are, however, books with bad endings. You can tell the book ends, but it’s not the ending the readers want. So maybe the leader would find another book to be ideal. In the case of this deal, the gang leader finds the third book to be most useful for them. And so, the readers get a good second and first book. Leaving the librarian to decide if they want to allow the third book in their library. Some libraries don’t contain the whole series after all. Which, in terms of business deals, means she denies the deal as a whole. However, accepting the counteroffer made by the lead may make a bad book for the readers. But what if the writer likes the book? What if they don’t care about the reader's opinions? That’s what the librarian decides: the readers should be allowed to read the third book, even if it’s bad. And with that, the librarian accepts the offer of the leader. Shaking hands on a disappointing end to this book. That's how a book is more similar to a business deal than expected.
