Describe your activity on SchoolRP:
I do try to play atleast 10 hours in a week since I am a working professional.

Roleplay activity
Mostly active on Zayven J. Hartono - He interacts with government employees rather frequently, and is on good terms with most of them.

Angel Yamashita - She is a difficult one to play, her personality is very dark. I have detailed her disdain for all humankind alongside her need for power and control. The feedback has been decent for her.

Kai Arya - So I wanted to play someone ridiculously young, just to experience a different kind of roleplay. He has a few things working for him, high energy, he is a twin and he is surprisingly very manipulative in nature using crying and everything to get his way alongside his twin.


Describe your roleplay experience with SchoolRP and other roleplay networks in general:

I have had experience roleplaying for over a year now, and most of it was in the professor role. I learnt a lot about character development and honestly trends as to how one character interaction differs from another.
A few things that I have learnt is that great stories get made when more than one person is involved and you have no context to the other side of things. I personally have made a bunch of friends over here who are amazing and have created beautiful masterpieces with me.
I was banned recently which had me removed from SRP for a month, and honestly I just used it as an opportunity to develop more of my characters outside of SRP, so now I have a few OC's. I cannot thank SRP enough for giving me this chance to learn and write better.

TRIVIA SECTION

What is your motivation for becoming a professor?:

Honest answer - Zayven was created to be a professor. He has always been someone who acts paternal and always wants to educate. I was professor for a long time with him, and even with the ban, I don't see myself shifting him to any other faction mostly due to his teaching nature. Plus I'm a professor IRL so teaching comes naturally to me.

Work out two interactive classes you will host if accepted:

Class 1.

Introduction to Psychology – Behavior, Cognition, and Emotion
Objective - Helping students get familiar with core concepts through storytelling, peer bonding, and a bit of movement.

Period 1 - Introduction
Zayven will be giving each student a notebook and asking them to write down the answer to the following questions -
  • One reason they chose to study psychology.
  • One thing they’re most curious about.
He will then pick a few to read out and lightly discuss how each motivation is unique to set up a base of studies. The whole class will be very discussion focused around motivation, an an intro to psychology.

Period 2 - Conscience
Zayven will split the class will be Split into three agent groups for Behaviour, Cognition and Emotion.
Each group will receive a case study card (e.g., someone who’s scared of elevators) and must explain the behavior, cognition, and emotion involved.
They will be then given quick roleplay situations or one-word responses.

Based on the responses Zayven will then hand out stickers for -

  • Best example
  • Most creative expression
  • Most unexpected insight


Class 2.

Introduce personality theory in an experiential way that builds self-awareness.

A small quiz to put up personality types will be done. Once that is done a colour coded corner for each major personality will be made.

  • Students will then go to their corner. Each group will discuss -
    • Do their results feel accurate?​
    • What traits show up most in the group?​
  • Then, each group creates a Personality Poster describing their type using emojis, TV characters, or even doodles (this will be roleplayed out)​

    • Most relatable​
    • Most aesthetic​
    • Funniest representation​

Work out a field trip (meaning a class outside school grounds) you will host if accepted:
I would like to take my students on an exciting field trip to the Karakura Police Department, where they will have the opportunity to interact with detectives and learn about the psychological techniques used in criminal investigations. On the day of the excursion, I will contact the department to ensure that detectives are available to speak with the students, especially those who have an interest in criminal psychology and investigative techniques.

The students will gain valuable insights into the psychological methods used during interrogations, such as recognizing body language cues that reveal a suspect’s psyche and assessing emotional responses. This real-world application of psychology will help them understand how detectives build a psychological profile of suspects.

Following the police department visit, the students will be taken to the Karakura Town Hall, where they will discuss criminal court cases. This session will provide them with an understanding of how psychological techniques are used in building a case for or against an individual in a court of law. The goal is for the students to learn about the practical use of psychology in the criminal justice system and how various psychological factors can influence criminal behavior, investigations, and legal proceedings.

This field trip will offer the students a hands-on opportunity to explore the intersection of psychology and law, providing a unique and educational experience that enriches their understanding of both subjects.

SCENARIO SECTION

Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?

Zayven has always been passionately empathetic towards children. The only thing he cares about is the youth. He would calmly approach the situation, and simply speak in a very monotonous voice and say, "Good morning students. May I know why we are surrounding the student over here?" . The possible responses would be honest or a lie about them being friends. Zayven is perceptive, yet is a bit strict as well. He believes direct communication is the best way forward. He would ask the bobcat jock if he is fine, and would ensure he is separated. Once the fight de-escalates and everyone disperses he would reach out to the bobcat jock to ask if there was more detail, then check with a caretaker for CCTV and give necessary punishments.

Your character would be supervising detention, one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?
Zayven would simply remind the student, that they should only speak when spoken too. He has a direct way of communicating, and always ensures proper discipline is followed in his classes as well as detention. If a student has questions, he would try to determine the need for asking questions and then simply tell the student, they could either finish their task quietly and leave detention quickly, or they can continue having this conversation till 5:45 pm, and he would log it in as an SLT report since you are only supposed to speak when spoken to.

Zayven is never harsh with students, but he is professional and strict

Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and calling out other students in the class, what would your character do?
Zayven would remind the students that they need to raise their hands before speaking and if they continue playing music in the room, they will be removed from the classroom. If they insist of raising their hands, he would let them speak however if the student has no question relevant to the topic being taught, the student would be warned that if they do not have anything related to the topic, they should not be interrupting the class, and if there is one more interruption they would be kicked out of the class.
Zayven would follow a three warning system, and if it does not work, he would go ahead and kick them out. If they insist on causing a nuisance outside the classroom disturbing the class, then he would radio another faculty to assist.

Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?
The First thing zayven would do is radio for back up. Since nobody is stopping the fight, he might need assistance. He would then try to understand what happened from both sides, and try to ensure he has CCTV footage from a caretaker before handing the punishment. If the fight is happening in a non cctv area, he would try to get an accurate answer or confession from the students and hand them detentions accordingly.

If the students do not stop fighting even after intervention he would step between them to ensure they stop. He would proceed to ask them to step back, and follow the three warning system. If they still continue after being handed detention, an SLT report threat will be made, and logged as well.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE

Zayven is a 6'1 Asian Man. He has Chinese and Japanese Origins. He has sharp features, and an expressionless face. He speaks to everyone in a formal manner, and he has OCD. His OCD makes him almost have a nervous meltdown if something is messy around him. He also loves children, and is extremely protective of them. He often finds himself helping children, and trying to be that responsible guiding adult for them, since Karakura has a lot of orphans. He is professional with his colleagues, and often times he finds himself looking for places to clean. He has a giant tea collection that he often offers most of his colleagues to join him on. His personality is conservative, yet he is very accepting of people. He wishes to help the youth find a better and more stable life as adults, that is why he is a professor.

Zayven has always been someone who has Autism and OCD. He never knew his father as a child, and his mother never told him. She raised him in HongKong for 6 years before she tragically passed away. He was then taken in by her sister, and grew up in Japan North Osaka. He was the eldest child, and later his cousin Kyouya was born. He has always had responsibility of family image, and he joined the army when he was of age. After serving as a Medic for the army, he left and decided he wanted to pursue his PHD in psychology, specially geared towards human behaviour. He came to Karakura once there was an opening, however left for a few months due to some family responsibility back in north Osaka.
