Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
They are important because the school wont work without them. They teach the students necessary information for them to succeed in life, and they are one of the most important staff in the school. They are helping us learn, and inspiring us to become what we always dreamed of, supports us, and even helping us get to our goals!

What is your character's nationality?: Romanian
What is your preferred subject to teach?: History
Describe your character:
James is a 25 year old with a lot of passion in his work. He has a silver hair with a silver hoodie and blue jeans. He acts nice with everyone he meets and tries to not get into arguments. He usually stays with his friend or goes fishing when he got free time. He loves every friend he has and want to make more friends and to integrate with the others. He is very joyful and happy, and is very generous. He wants to become a teacher, and when he becomes one, his goal will be to help students learn about history and help them understand it.
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
James loves to meet new people, and he appreciates his co-workers. He want to make small talk with them and help them if they need something. James appreciates his students, because they do their work and pay attention. There are some that don't and some that are just mean, but he tries his best to make them a better person, and help them.
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
James wants to help new students integrate in his class, and learn from him. He wants to teach his students about what happened in the past, and why it is important. But he wants to become a teacher because some teachers are not at school sometimes, and so he will try to host as many classes as possible, and teach the students History.
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
James will write on the board all the important things, but if someone is struggling to understand the content, he will try to say it in a way that is easy to understand.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
James will tell him to stop multiple times until he gives him one last chance, and warn him about it. But if the students doesn't stop, he will tell him calmly to get out of the classroom. If he refuses he will kick him out of the classroom, and telling him to not do that again, and that he is sorry he had to do this.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
The first idea would be a small quiz about the lesson, and the one who answered the most questions right gets a sticker. Next would be for him to ask the class what lesson they want to learn about history, and he will try to make the lesson as fun as possible with some games and sticker as a reward for the winners.
