I've recently started getting back into the server, and I plan to become more active within it. If I am accepted, it will give me something to do and something fun to experience again. I would rate my activity a 6.5 as of this moment. But I feel it would be a higher rating if I do get accepted.

Yes, I am aware that if I am inactive, my role will be removed. But I will be as active as possible if accepted for the months to come.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Well, a Tutor is basically another teacher, but they don’t have the same degree. And they have a more one-on-one experience with the student that they are tutoring. So think of a Tutor as a knockoff teacher; they help the teachers prepare their students academically for their classes, or if they are not doing so well in a class. From homework, a class assignment that they are stuck on, to just about anything education-wise, they are there to guide their students. They have to find a certain teaching method that works with the student they are working with, so they can understand the lessons better. They are also there to encourage students to participate in classes and other activities education-wise. They also find themselves creating practice sheets/tests and having them do them, and giving their own personal feedback on what they had missed. Adding to that, they can also be found to be giving study guides and other teaching materials.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Well, I have been roleplaying on and off since I was about 12 years old. During this time, I have been able to come across so many different roleplay types. (Dance, Fantasy, Medieval, School, Family, Etc.) But my favorite server I’ve come across is school roleplay. I have done high school roleplays, gang roleplays, college roleplays, adult roleplays, and faculty roleplays. I would love to get into it again. I enjoyed my time as a faculty member.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
Well, the first time I joined the Tutor faction, I found it very entertaining. So I feel like I would find it as entertaining as the first. I would enjoy more interactions as a faculty member; I feel like I would gain more connections and an all-around good experience, roleplaying-wise. I hardly ever see tutors online, so I feel that with more tutors active, there will be more help with college exams in the future, and I would like to be a part of that. Plus, I would like to help the newer players and the older players learn.

Situations

During a work shift, a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic. How does your character react?:
Alina would try to calm the student down by using a calm voice as she politely told him that cursing and name-calling are not allowed on campus. She would calmly ask why they were treating her the way that they were, and if they told her why, she would find any possible way she could to fix it if she was able to. Though she has a kind heart, she isn’t one to condone disrespect if they continue to keep on, so she would warn them a second time before she finally gave them a detention slip if they do not stop after that.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
As she approached the students, she would carefully grab her radio and contact others. She would then try to yell at them to get their attention, “BREAK IT UP OR I'M GONNA RADIO SLT!” If that doesn’t work, she would gently move their direction, using both her arms against their chests in order to try to keep them apart while she waited for other staff to show up. Once the staff showed up, she would have one of the staff ask the other what was going on, while she asked the other. She would radio SLT to pull up cameras to see if there was any lying, and if there was, she would give them both a detention slip and bring them to the nurse if they had any injuries.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job. How does your character react?:
Firstly, Alina would think about how this would affect all the students; she would try basically anything she could to get that employee away from the students. If there were any around, that is. What she cares about the most is the children's safety. Once she gets the school employee away, she would ask them what was going on and what caused that type of situation. She would then ask them if there was any help she could give, then let them know that it was, in fact, against the rules to do what they were doing, and it could have been handled a whole lot better. After she would talk to them, she would tell them that she had to let the higher department know about this.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
In the breakroom, she would try her best she could to communicate with all the faculty she could. Trying to get to know them a little better by asking them how their day was and so on! If she were to find that they were having a not-so-good day, she would do anything she could to make their day a whole lot better. Even if it would be by listening to what they had to say, giving them sweet treats, and telling them some kind of joke to get them to laugh.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst in your chosen role:
/me as she walked through the door, she would have an almost beaming look on her face. She would find her area, pulling out everything she needed to get through her day. Then she plopped herself down onto the chair, waiting for someone to walk in. As she watched a student walk in, she would give them a welcoming smile and say, "Come on in! Can I help you with anything?" She would then motion at the empty chair in front of her, telling them to sit in it. As she watched them pull out a notebook, she would ask them, "Hmm, what can I help you with?"
/me as she walked down the hallway to the tutor rooms, she couldn't help but notice that there was a student crying. Feeling quite bad for the child, not knowing what was going on, she would give them a small smile before she spoke up, "Hey, is there anything I can do? What is going on?" She would ask in a rather soothing manner, before motioning to the Library, "Would you rather go somewhere in private to talk about it?" If they agreed, she would take them to her room and offer them a chair and giving them a lolly. "So how can I help?"
/me as she walked into the room, she would be holding a few cups of coffee, before she looked at another tutor. She flashed them a smile before offering the cup. "Do you want one?" She stood at their doorway before telling them there was no need to thank her. Before she asked, a small smile still on her face, "How is your day going?" As the Tutor answered, a small frown would be noticeable. "That bad? Well, is there anything I can do to make it better?"

Backstory
CHILDHOOD:
Alina was born in 1992 at the beginning of July, in Madrid, Spain. Her parents took lovely care of her to the point that when people looked at Alina, they never had anything bad to say. They had always thought of her as a very bubbly and outgoing child. She was known to be a valedictorian of her class, keeping straight A’s. A smile never left her face, and even if it did, she would always find a way to keep her smile. Even if it were caused by telling her classmates a joke, helping the teachers, etc. She really just found joy the most, in helping others. After hitting middle school, she started to see the change in everyone. They were just so mean. Coming from this, she had came across a male her age making fun, swearing, and getting physical with a female that were a tad younger. She watched as it played off before, she tried to get in between the two of them, her arms trying to separate the two of them. This had only made things worse for Alina, causing the male her age to give her, her first black eye. But she wasn’t upset about it, because she had noticed that the younger female had gotten away and ran to find help. Teachers trushed to the altercation, and gave the boy a detention slip. Telling him if it were to happen again that he were to get expelled. Though that didn’t stop the grudge that the boy had for Alina or for the other little girl that had got him in trouble.
HIGHSCHOOL:
As Alina hit high school it was quite hell for her, all she got was bullied. Until one day she finally decided it was time to stand up for herself and to her bully. This was the final straw; she, told a faculty member what had happened since that one day in middle school. Which had caused the bully to get expelled, and that was the last she had seen of him. This had brought back the bubbly and outgoing side of her, as the days went by fast, and she was about to graduate, she could not wait to figure out what career she wanted to do. She always knew she wanted to be a part of the faculty, and that she wanted to help people learn; she just didn’t know exactly what she wanted to do. Until she was scrolling through the internet, and she found an ad for a tutor. She then knew exactly what she had wanted to do for her future.
COLLEGE:
After her highschool years began to fade, the next stop was college she couldn’t wait to get her degree and start being a tutor. As she walked into the doors of her college, she then figured out that this wasn’t going to be as easy as her highschool years. She had to grow up, because everyone else seemed to be highly intelligent. She still wanted to be at the top of her class, so she worked hard but made sure not to overwork herself. She still had that smile on her face, she would help people out if they needed it, and was overall respectful of her peers. Her very last day she had given a speech on kindness, which caused tears, applause, and even a little bit of laughter as she cracked a joke.
ADULTHOOD:
As she reached her adulthood, she was happy to find out that she could finally pursue her career as a Tutor. She took a break for a couple of years, to work on herself. But once she was ready, she decided to work on an application for a tutor. After she filled it out, she was called for her first interview which she ended up getting the job at a high-school in Tokyo, Japan. As she worked there for may years, she decided she wanted somewhere different as she wasn’t getting treated very fairly by other faculty. Looking at the roser for Karakura, she saw it was basically empty so she decided to apply there, hoping to get accepted.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
Well as I looked over the Karakura Faculty Roster, I couldn’t help but notice that there were hardly any Tutors. Which I am currently unemployed, but I used to be a Tutor at another school. I feel like if there were mor tutors, there would be more kids doing school work, homework, just about anything they need help with. I would love to be that person. My motivation is definitely the kids, and their education. I feel a little extra help would help prepare the kids for college in the near future.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
The reason I feel I should be accepted over other applicants, is because I am a very calm and patient person which is someone you need as a Tutor. Because, you never know what you are going to deal with. I also find myself very respectful, which is also a good quality to have a tutor. Not even that these roles, are good to have as a faculty member in general. I also like to help others, which I can do if I get this job. If it's helping a student with homework, or dealing with some sort of outbreak. I feel I am the right person for this position.
