Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are the foundation and the building blocks of the server. They are also the main basis of the server, hence the name SCHOOLRP. Without activity within the teacher faction there wouldn't be much to do during school hours ICLY. Especially with the help of the (semi) new homework system, it makes things possible for people to have the chance of being bumped up to a college tag. So without that there would be only the exams to help students gain a college tag, but personally it seems more fitting for them to have the chance with hard work rather than attending no classes and getting into college.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?:
Yes
Do you agree to undergo teacher training if your application is successful?:
Yes

What's your character's full name?:
[!] A little red headed lady walked up to the desk, setting her resume on the table, it was filled to the brim with past jobs. Once even for Karakura highschool! [!]
"My name is Yua Mori! My spouse is Kiseki Kitagawa! I love my spouse!"
What is your character's nationality?:
[!] After a good while of thinking, looking at her hands and thinking for a minute, even blinking like a frog [!]
"I think I'm Japanese.."
[!] She is in fact Japanese. [!]
What is your preferred subject to teach?:
History, specifically World History!
Describe your character:
Yua Mori is a very feisty lady, she stands at a mighty 4'8 with the bark of a chihuahua and the bite that her spouse can provide. She carried long hair that flowed down to her lower back, though often tied up in a rather big hair bun. Her hair was a deep red that was freshly dyed once every two months by her cousin. Small splotches of darkened tones painted her body, a hint of vitiligo. Not only that, but beneath the fancy kimono she often wore were cybersigil tattoos. One on her waist, one down her back and one up her sternum.
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
She loves her co-workers! Often talking to them in the breakroom or at least trying to. She's not the most social, she'd much rather stay by the person she adores the most. But students, students were a different story. With bad experiences in the past she grew to not like them all too much, or at least try to stray away from them. But being convinced by her spouse, she's decided to try and make a return to being a teacher once again.
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
[!] She took a good while to think about why exactly she wanted to return to teaching. After all, she left to spend more time with Kiseki [!]
"Well! I originally left so I could spend more time with my spouse, and we did! We spent a lot of time together, got married even! Recently we were talking and they said they missed me at the school since they were working there more often! So it took a lot of convincing!"
[!] No it didn't. [!]
"But I eventually caved in! I told them I'd teach again, or at least apply! Though I didn't want to teach about rocks anymore... That got old fast, so I'm going with World History this time!"

Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Yua is a very understanding person, after each small segment of information she'd reassure people that questions are in fact allowed and not a bad thing to be confused! At the end she'd ask "Are there any questions!". If there were to be any questions she's elaborate further on the topic at hand, however if the question were to be off topic. She'd simply dismiss it and continue with the lesson.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Yua has a three strike system rule, something nice and simple. First strike is a verbal warning, second strike is a threat for detention and the third strike is a removal from class and a detention for continuous disturbance during class. During detention (Assuming they attend) she'd give them the assignment that asks "How could you have avoided this".
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
Idea One:
Taking out a globe and having students spin the globe! They point their finger to a random country, and whichever country they land on they research over two-three periods and write down the most interesting facts that they've learned as well as when they occurred! This includes drawing the evolution of the Countries flag, the population and the political system in how the country runs.
Idea Two:
A collaboration event with a P.E Teacher potentially. Where students partake in Greek Competitions, such as disk tossing, javelin tossing, footraces, and wheelbarrow racing! This would be done by splitting into even groups into numerous countries during that time period, Persia, Sparta, Corinth, Megara, Thebes, Sicyon ETC. The winner of the competition would either end up winning reward stickers!
