Well a counselor Is a very well trained and licensed mental health worker professional who will often offer such a great guidance to students who are in need of such a thing, They are there to support and create a very safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment for the students who come to them, such a role will be expect the worker to walk students, groups or family through challenging times and things that are going through their everyday life or struggle they may have. This role is very expected of performing their duties with respect and properly so as to not cause more issues for students.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have plenty of experience in roleplay as I've played since 2021. So the main point, I’v romance rp’d Iv family rp’d Iv jock rp’d I’v even gang rp’d! If there is any other one’s I’v most likely done it though I cannot think of anything more
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
One of the many reasons I’d appreciate joining the faction would have to be the roleplay I’ll be able to get out of it and the good My character and myself oocly if need be could do from it! Also! I would love to experience a new rp and meet some great new people!

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: My character would simply say that is not true nor do they need fret about such a thing, as it has nothing to do with them, he would ask if they truly do need someone to speak to or help with anything at all and if they refuse walk away as no need to stand there causing a scene, also warning them abot there language
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Firstly, he would report on the radio where and that there are people fighting proceeding to get in between the two making sure no more punches are to be thrown as we wanna stop as much damage as we can, before firmly saying They need to stop it right that moment, asking why it happened and trying to figure out more as to why such an outcome accrued while praying other staff comes to help deal with the situation
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: Well to start off he would have to try to stop them from doing what ever it is there doing in hopes nothing bad happens to them, proceeding to have other people if possible come to help him later reporting to a higher up about it was they were doing and who they were as a school staff we cannot allow such actions on school grounds, as it is not safe for the kids and a bad thing to show them if it was in public!
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
He would most certainly a mature but enjoyable company, nothing crazy but just someone good and fun to be around!
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me would clear his throat promptly telling the student to take a seat anywhere they like, proceeding to go get some tea, sitting it down for the student,&f here if you would like, now tell me what's the matter and how may I help you please? &u would sit down himself his hands resting on the table as he leaned forward listening to them well and attentively his fingers innerclasped as he did so
/me Inspected the two looking for anything such as bruises just to be sure even though they were rather close they were not indeed fighting as some try to play it off to get back to fighting, He would stand firm checking knuckles and faces from a far
/me Chuckled at the joke, his hand flying up into the air, a big smile on his face as he did so, shortly catching his breath as he proceeded to say &f That was super funny, you're so funny! &uHe would rest his hands back down to his side a hand slipping into his pocket as he continued to speak

Backstory
Teo Was born and raised in Galician, He where he would grow up with a very nice family! They were always so supportive and his mother was a the****** as he grew up and his father a retired sports player, So he was at a mix of either doing sports or going down such a path of being a counselor! Teo has always loved helping as many people as he could thought he often enjoyed doing sports as well so throughout his childhood he would play a lot of sports being a very active child whilst always being interested in his mothers work and helping people he would often ask questions and learn more the older he got he wanted to get more and more interested into it , Not too soon after coming to the lovely school he resigns at now being KHS He tried getting into sports and unfortunately failed getting to get scholar ships in swim, volleyball, and he just didn't even try to get into basketball as he just sorta gave up and started focusing more on his love for being supportive and helpful! Therefore he asked questions from counselors themselves and learned more starting to honestly love the idea of becoming one! So now he wants to get accepted and if so he will do his best to help all the students he can and be the most productive one on the team! In hopes that he can get employee of the month though that may be very hard with how great other staff of the school are! And how hard many of them work for the school, Teo has also taken many months before applying for this position to learn as much as he could therefore to be the best candidate for the job! Making sure he is well informed and doesn't need to be trained as far as it comes doing the job itself as much as others will need to make the process a lot easier on the already workers !
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
My motivation for joining KHS is honestly Being there for fellow students and wanting to give back to people as I gain so much from this amazing school I go to!
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Honestly I'm not sure, I hold very good people skills and would say I'm great at defusing issues and handling situations though I would not want to even try to give anyone else a less chance then myself as I just see that as unfair! If I'm accepted I'll do all I can to be the best for this school and if not I wish luck to those who apply and congrats to them all!
