Are you aware that inactivity can result in removal from the council?:
Yes, I am aware and acknowledge the fact that inactivity can result in my removal from the Council faction. And will do the best in my power to avoid such, examples being notifying my inactivity, and making sure to communicate any last-minute changes to my schedule.

TRIVIA QUESTIONS

What is the student council and what do they do?:
The Student Council is a group of volunteer students from either High-school or College, being split into those two divisions. They are a pseudo-faculty made to keep simple order around the Karakura School along with aiding in the organization of different events and different smaller obligations.

Some of their obligations and means of keeping order are the following:
Giving detention slips to those breaking school rules (EX: Fighting, Bullying, Insults) Aiding teachers that ask with the hosting of classes when needed. Supervising drunk students within the Nurses office. Speaking with faculty regarding reports that they do not have the means to handle.

What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):
My motivation to apply for the position of College Council mostly comes from my interests and friends.
My interests being the kind of roleplay such role can bring and how it can fit with the character I play. While also being interested in the team dynamic, aiding Professors with class hosting and the hosting of events with the rest of the council.
The second being friends and word of mouth. While I have also heard sometimes it can be a grueling role. I have also heard the fun such role can bring, and believe in the fact I could handle it well both IC and OOC.

Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):

I am aware and acknowledge the fact that I will have to use my creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council to come up with different event ideas and aiding with the hosting of these events. This being one of the reasons I am also wishing to join the council for!

Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:
Yes, I can list the roles in the council along with Faculty roles that are important to it.
I have made two tables that can be read underneath, the first being roles within the council and the second being the Faculty, both having their Importance written.

Role
Importance
President
The leader of the council, being the main person in terms of leadership. Making sure the rest of the team moves smoothly and everyone does their job.
Vice President
The second person in command in terms of leadership. Having a similar job to the President, along with normal Councilor duty.
Training Committee
The training committee are the members that are tasked with training the new members of the student council of their respective division.
Councilor
The normal Councilor, whos duty is to keep simple order within the School and other obligations.

Role
Importance
Professors & Teachers
The main group of Faculty Councilors are likely to interact with, ranging from asking them to call someone over the Intercom to bringing situations we cannot handle to their attention.
Receptionists
The second group Councilors are likely to interact with, the main inquiries being calling people over the intercom.
Caretakers / Librarians
The third group Councilors will likely interact with. Ranging from asking for help to checking the Cameras.
Nurses
The fourth group Councilors will interact with. They are the ones we pass off knocked out, harmed or drunk students to.

IC SECTION
SCENARIOS

While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?
When dealing with one person in a larger group event. It can be quite hard to deal with it while preserving it so as not to cause a disturbance. – My own acts would be the following.
I would start with a whisper after approaching. A small warning to stop the current disruption. – And if needed, continue to advance. Passing detention if required, separating a certain group causing the disruption. Or removing them from the school assembly as a last resort. – Of course, this would be the case in a vocal disruption.
If the cause was a fight, the first steps would be passing detention to the initiator of the fight, and separating the group. – And of course, delivering anyone who was harmed to the school nurse. And if no one was hurt, they would be asked to continue attending the assembly, then attend detention at the end. While telling them to avoid any interaction with each other until the end of the assembly. To avoid the continuation of the conflict.

A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?
If a student refuses to take off their mask after being threatened with detention and have run away. – My first step would be discussing it over the radio. And that depends on two cases.
If I am aware of who is under the mask, they will be called over to the front desk after I contact a teacher or faculty member capable of doing that. And then given detention and have their mask confiscated.
If I am unaware of who the masked individual is. – My main actions would be warning other council members and SLT about the situation, while giving the general direction in which they were headed in.

A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?
Such could be clear signs of a mental issue standing within the student's personality. – I would personally collaborate with the teacher, and first and foremost. Contact a counsellor! – They would be the professionals regarding such safety concerns. As it is a possible concern not only to teachers, but also to the students' own mental health.
After doing that, I would personally grab the teacher and gather all the disturbing artwork, threats, and other things of interest. Then pass them over to the counsellor to aid with evaluating the situation. Probably ending with getting the student proper help.

A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?
Personally, I would direct them to SLT to ask for permission regarding the protest. As I do not believe myself able to allow such a thing. – As for ensuring that it does not disrupt the environment if tasked with managing such. I would take the following actions.
One, assuring that everyone is acting civilised. And does not cause a disruption with their behaviour. Upholding their freedom of expression, but making sure it is kept proper, as to avoid any possible conflict. – That would be done by managing the protest into a debate-like event.
Second, ensure the place it happens in is not the front desk or something which is often frequented. Offering them a spot in a place where they can do their thing in and be seen, but also not straight up disrupt the school day.

A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?
I would react respectfully, giving a nod. And then bring up the fact that it goes against what I was trained by my higher-ups. – Keeping it civilised while making sure I mentioned the important information. – After that, I would direct a question at my higher-ups regarding the situation. To make sure the situation is clear and to see who is wrong and who is right about the thing that has been pointed out.

Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):
=== The Kami's Ball ===
The event I have planned is a ball, fittingly named, as you will see in my explanation!
My plan for this event is to have a Kami-themed ball, fitting Karakura's Japanese nature. – It would have different types of events, and also having people expected to have outfits referring to Kami's or any type of religious event or oath of Shintoinism. – A personal example would be someone dressed as Raijin, Inari, or getting different details from the Shrine staff to dress even as Chiharu Yamatsumi! The Kami of rebirth and the one our lovely shrine serves.
As for the events, I have a few planned which I will detail under this message.
First, The Storytelling. – This will be a collaboration with different shrine members to gather information about different Kami's and their stories. – Planning to have different stands tell them during the event, where people can go and listen to the stories.
Two, The Tarot Readings! – People will be able to go to a stand, and sit down to get a tarot reading done on whatever topic their heart desires. Apart from death, of course. As such is not allowed!
Three, The Wheel of Fortune. – At the start of planning, A wheel will be pinned, wheel filled with events and Kamis. – The one that it falls on will be what type of outfits that will be able to be selected for the outfit tournament. They will have to send in a Google Doc for before the event. To make sure the numbers do not overwhelm the school staff and council attending and managing the event. – At the end of the event, or well, nearing it. They will be called onto the stage and those who have attended with be able to vote on which one of their outfits is best!
Four, Shrine items – The shrine staff attending will have a little stand in which they may call for the Councillor's help in selling different items, Omamoris and the such.
Five, Kami Themed Events. – There will be different games themed after a Kami, which will be planned in advance with ideas coming from the whole council team!

And this is the event I have planned! – This is merely an idea I had in mind, so if it is ever decided to be an actual event I am open to see what other people have in mind.
