Describe your activity on the server:I have been playing SRP since 2018. I started like everyone else and quickly began discovering the game and community, and I quickly started to see this as a hobby. Of course, after playing for so long, I have had some breaks on SRP, but I have always come back. For my activity, I have been playing every day for a year now, if possible, for 4 to 5 hours a day. I am also very active on Discord and can respond to messages here almost all day long. This can be useful for possible store collaborations or if there are problems in the faction or in the store that I can solve as soon as possible.
Roleplay Activities:On SRP, I am mainly busy with roleplaying in various aspects. For example, I have always been busy with roleplaying in various sports teams. For example, I was in the volleyball, basketball, cheer, swim, and track team and always had a lot of fun with it. Recently, I also got the chance to adult roleplay, which gave me a different perspective on SRP as it is much more serious. This opened up other paths, such as FamilyRP, which has become a big passion of mine at the moment.
Shop Activities:For a long time now the shop faction has played a big role in my SRP activities. For example, I am always busy with different stores. Since the past few years this has changed from working to managing stores. For example, I have had the unique opportunity to manage Hanakotoba, Yona-Yona, pinkimo and Henki-Do. Now you might wonder why I am so obsessed with the shop faction? Well, I really like how the interactions are going to be shops and players. Shops have the most interaction with players. I love meeting new people and creating a space where they can connect with each other.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:I think you can see the caretakers as the guardians of the school. While their primary responsibility is to keep the school clean and safe, they also have many other duties outside of this. They are also the eyes and ears of the school, whether it is a student with a problem or a fight between students, the caretakers are there for us! Caretaker Mira Kuroda, for example she sees herself as a quiet guardian, someone who is always present to support others.
While mopping the floors, she’s always open to a small daily talk, offering calm, friendly support to any student who needs it.
Outside of this, the caretakers help with detentions and help other faculty where necessary. The caretakers also have access to CCTV footage, this gives us the role to verify things and report serious things to SLT.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:SRP was my first roleplay opportunity. I started playing in 2018 when the server looked very different than it does now, but over the years I have come to appreciate SRP more and more. Where to start when I started with SRP I didn't understand much of it and quickly went in the direction of gangrp/combatrp. After about 1 year I noticed that this didn't really suit me. So from about 2020 I started delving into sports roleplay. I really liked this and have also had almost all teams, both teams where detailRP is very important and teams where skill is important. However, everything has its time and I have given up sportsRP. I also found the shop faculty very interesting, even to this day I help manage multiple shops and I continue to learn things. Finally, I have noticed that I really like family RP.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:Earlier this year I was accepted as a professor. I really enjoyed the experience but eventually I realized that it was not the right role for me. This was because I struggled with coming up with new class ideas and often had no one in my class. This caused me to have a very low motivation.
What I did discover during my time as a professor is that I really enjoyed helping students and helping them achieve their future goals. I found joy in the moments where I gave advice on the hallways or had a one on one moment with a student. This made me decide to continue with the shop faction but as a different role. Becoming
Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:As soon as the first insult hits the air, Mira Kuroda gently pauses her mop turning slowly around so she can see the student's face. With her soft smile she looks at the student, not out of sarcasm but out of genuine care.
"Oh dear" she'd say with a gentle tone, brushing a lock of her hair behind her ear as she kept her posture calm and professional. "That's quita a heavy thing to say to someone who's just trying to keep your school clean and safe"
Mira wouldn't raise her voice or lose her patience. Instead she took a step forward, still holding her mop loosely by the end. "I'm sure you didn't mean it like that maybe you had a hard day today?" While waiting for the student to respond she offered a warm smile and an understanding look. "Still, actions and words have consequences so I would really appreciate it if we could talk kindly to each other"
If the student continues anyway Mira would let out a soft sigh. not out of frustration but out of disappointment. She'd calmly pull out a small notepad, her voice would still be sweet and steady. "If this keeps up I'll have to write you a detention slip.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:As Mira turned to the corner with her cleaning cart the sound of chaos reached her ears. Her soft expression changed to a firm concern as she spotted two students engaged in a fight. Without hesitation she gently set down her mop, her footsteps light but quick as she approached the two students.
"Stop both of you, please!!" She called out her voice not loudly but steady and commanding in her calmness. She positioned herself in a safe distance but still close enough to be heard. "This isnt the way to solve anything! your just hurting yourself and others!"
if the fighting didnt stop immediately, Mira would quickly pull out her radio. her tone is still calm and composed. "Mira Kuroda here, I need assistance at the reception. two students are fighting"
Once help was on the way she kept speaking to the student with kindness trying to de escalate the situation. "You both are better than this" she'd say gently keeping eye contact. "I dont know what led to this but there is a better way to solve this"
After backup arrived Mira would softly check on the students around the fight and the students involved in the fight. "lets get you looked at, alright"
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:Mira's eyes widen considerably as she observes the dangerous action unfolding before her. She wasn't the type to rush in but when it comes to safety Mira's protective instincts kick in.
With a graceful and calm approach to the employee, her voice steady but filled with concern "Excuse me" She'd begin, making sure to keep a respectful distance as she addressed him. "I don't think that's safe. . . Do you mind if we talk about it for a moment?" She would try to soften her approach knowing that people could overreact when called out.
If the employee continued with their dangerous actions Mira would remain composed but there would be a strict edge on her tone "I really must insist that you stop. Its not just about your safety its also about our students their safety. Please step back and reconsider this.
If this wouldnt work she would ask for backup and report it with SLT.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?Mira would enter the break room with a gentle and soft smile, greeting her colleagues in a warm and sweet way. Her presence is always calm and soothing as she carries an air of elegance even in casual settings. "Good morning, everyone" She'd say softly ensuring to acknowledge everyone in the room.
She would then quietly settle into a seat, already somewhat approachable to those who might want to have a little chat. Mira enjoys the moments when she can unwind but she still attuned to the atmosphere around her. offering soft encouragement or advice if someone seems to need it.
If a colleague seems to be in a bad mood, Mira would like strike a question "Hows your day, everything going well?" her gentle nature would make it easy for other to open up to her, and she listens with full attention. Offering a kind word or a bit of advice if needed.

Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):Ever since I stepped into Karakura I felt a heart warming atmosphere. It reminded me of the small kitchens I used to cook in busy, loud, a little messy, but full of heart. after working as a professor i realized what i truly loved. It wasn't just teaching but being there for the students in a more personal everyday way.
I want to be someone that they can rely on, someone who is always around with an eager but positive smile and a gentle word. Whether i'm quietly mopping the floors in the hallway or just offering a kind ear. I want to make a difference in a more personal and everyday school day!
To me KHS isn't just a school its a community. And i want to help care for that community! not just by keeping it clean, No! But by being a guardian in my own gentle way
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:I really enjoy the idea of being a caretaker, its a role that fits me well becauze I like helping others. I enjoy making everyday tasks even cleaning or organizing can be enjoyable when you put the right amount of care in it.
I already know most of the commands in the school faction since I worked as a professor before. thanks to that I learned how most of the things work.
Im also a friendly and talkative person which helps me to connect with both staff and students easily. I believe i can bring some good roleplay energy to the school!
