What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation for applying for judge is because of the concept of law and ethics. As someone who goes to college and is minoring in law i find the complex capaibilitys of needing PRECISE and accurate information to intrigue me because obviously you have many people in the world who tend to try and bend the rules when it comes to the laws precise endeavor. So im really interested in how the people of karakura is going to try and bend their ethical codes and depict moral dilemas to try and "win" in the law. Especially when you consider the philisophical implications of the law with the different codes of thought it makes me want to see the various peoples perspectives and how i have to apply the law and its ethical codes to the situations im handed to.

What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
I would say my goal for being in the government faction is to get an experience for how to solve the problems of karakura being the mallet of the law. My character im applying with i'd like to see how his past experiences with growing up in a heavily influenced law family compares him to karakura's laws seeing as he grew up in America and how he can implement his understanding to help him grow into the law of karakura. Further continuing this, some of his main goals for development is to become resilient in the law, influence others to maintain a moral and neutral compass, his passion of the law makes him want to strive others to view subjects of the law from a neutral perspective so they can differ whats right and wrong and not mix them together.
In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
Mayor:
The mayor is the head of the entire government faction, overseeing all operations and decisions making sure everything stands in order and is one of the last says of assigning a new law and or change to orders of the law. Like other faction leaders, this role is typically held by a staff member.
Deputy Mayor:
As second in command, the deputy mayors assist in managing all government related matters and serves as a public representative, ensuring smooth communication between the government and the people. To add onto this the deputy mayor helps organize the cases for trials to ensure they stay up to date and to make sure the process of the trial occuring doesn't cause any trouble and or problems for others.
Lawyer:
Lawyers represent their clients in court, handling legal disputes and ensuring their rights are protected. Their job involves meeting with clients, making attorney calls, and filing important documents like restraining orders. They also build and manage their client lists, keep track of case records, and offer legal guidance to help people navigate the justice system.
Governor:
Governors handle a variety of government tasks, including issuing IDs, assisting in court, managing front desk duties, officiating weddings, approving adoptions, and conducting public inquiries. They play a crucial role in keeping public services running smooth and with haste.
Judge:
Judges are responsible for keeping court proceedings fair and following the law making sure all is right and within the duties of the law. They review cases and also oversee trials, issue warrants. They also handle legal paperwork like restraining orders and adoption approvals, and they can even officiate weddings. Their main job is to uphold justice while keeping order in legal matters and making sure everyone gets their fair right as a citizen and to uphold the citizens values in the court of law.

English: I grew up in America so english is my primary go to language to speak of and what i have used my entire life..
Japanese: As for Japanese it was the language my first wife primarily knew and taught me before passing away god bless her soul.
As for other languages i am in the process of learning JSL its not the cleanest but i am able to shape out the basic understandings and have small simple talks with others but nothing more at the moment.

I believe what makes me a great candidate for this job is my connection to others.. Thankfully due to my experiences i have correlations and experiences with all kinds of backgrounds and situations which helps me percieve and understand where people are coming from and what they want to gain and what support they need within the law.

The ability to give the people faith in the court system that is what makes me a great candidate for this job i ensure to people that no matter what even if the court is against them that i have measured ALL options.. to make my final decision.
