The times I’m active may differ, but as far as getting online throughout weekdays I’m on for at least 20+ hours each week. Most of my free time is spent on the server making use of this time in a way I enjoy, with great roleplay and opportunities to learn more. These times are the times I can absolutely ensure that I’ll be available, not including those of which I might have OOC events come up, or things I have to prioritize. In addition to the times I listed of availability, I’m also able to be online from 5AM - 7:30AM, this just really depends on the nights sleep I’ve gotten and how rested I am to be roleplaying in a sufficient manner.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
Through all of my experiences with roleplay, I’ve had about seven years of experience. In those seven years, my first two looked a little like this. Through my first two years I was drawn more towards communities on roblox or other small platforms with less quality, yet I thought it was amazing at the time, all of this influenced me to start growing this hobby more, and thriving in roleplay. The fact that I thought such a simple game was incredible was mostly because I was naive to how great coding and plugins worked. With that said, I would take part in silly little roleplays that were less serious and more focused on just enjoying time with friends instead of creating lore and character development for the characters I made.
Going onto my third and fourth year, I started to learn more about literature and writing. As I got more experience in writing and the pleasure of making characters. I loved relating things I’d experienced as a person and incorporating them in scenes or roleplays I’d take part in. As for the type of roleplays I did, I took part in silly little days to the beach that only used the characters on scene once. When I realized that there were servers and opportunities to make characters last longer and develop lore. I was amazed, and fell in love with it.
Around my fifth year of forgetting all about roleplay and that it even existed, focusing more on my life and academics, a friend mentioned SRP to me. They described what the server was and how much they enjoyed it. The friend asked me to join and just screw around on the server for a bit, promising I’d like it. By the end of the day I was constantly on the server for nearly the whole year, not as active as I am now, though. Though, one day in the November or December of the same year, something happened with one of my characters that caused me to be uncomfortable and quit the game as a whole.
About a year later in August of 2024, I picked back up the game at a time where I had more free time, enough that I didn’t know what to do with it. I had gotten sick the same week with covid and other things that affected me not being able to participate in my usual activities I did to fill my free time. Within the two weeks I was sick with covid, I started to adore SRP all over again. This led me to where I am today. Through the first few months when I was back on SRP, I wasn’t roleplaying my best and I was still sticking to a few funny things, but through the months it's been since then. I’ve improved a lot, by experiencing the different events SRP has to offer and new scenarios I can squeeze my characters into comfortably. I find it funny to look at screenshots from months back and realize that it was only just a few months ago. This has all moved me to be the great roleplayer I am today.
As for the types of roleplay I do today and the ones I most like range from dramas that my characters are in, going from CrimeRP to JockRP. While my characters are in the drama, I do like making them softies or more emotional than usual. I do a lot of EmotionalRP, detailed actions of either my character having a hard time, or comforting someone who is. This has helped me expand my knowledge on all sorts of mental illnesses and disorders. I love the fact that I’m able to consider more things emotionally now than I was before, and it was all thanks to the roleplay I’ve done between characters.
What is your motivation for applying?
Through my years on SRP I’ve always been drawn to more meaningful factions that do a lot for other players. Whenever I was introduced to the fact EMS existed, I loved it. It was the first faction I ever applied for, taking that I wrote a load of bullshit and didn’t really know how it worked, I still really wanted to be in the community. Through a year or two of figuring things out and experiencing true roleplay, now I look back at that application and can clearly tell I had no chance. Though, I always wanted to re-apply with actual skill. The community and people in the faction are the main reason I’m applying, some names that I won’t list, and some people that have made impacts on my roleplay and perspective are in the EMS community.
In that way, I want to be included and be the motivation for others to join as well. I was specifically drawn to Psychiatrist for the emotional roleplay I do, it always expands my knowledge and helps me to be a more skilled roleplayer. I’ve never once applied for a faction that wasn’t something I absolutely adored, and that’ll never change. The factions I’ve been in have given me great experience, including Football and Professor. Football was my first tag faction and I loved it, getting to be on the jock side of the school. While my time there was short lived with a purge, I quickly found something else to motivate me. I joined Professor and I’m still actively in it. I’ve been loving it since.
I believe I could be excellent in the position of Psychiatrist due to the roleplays I’ve done with mental illness and disorders. From having characters who have disorders themselves, to having my character comfort another character who struggles with a certain topic. Through all of my experience, I’ve found that I always get my character swirled up in something of the sorts, leading me to become used to it and enjoy it. Making a positive impact on others’ characters with my own is my goal for Akane.
Which role are you applying for?
Psychiatrist
What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
Hospital Director:
The hospital director is the boss of it all! This person manages all of the things that go on in the hospital day to day, keeping everything in check and ensuring people reach their quota. They’re the heart of the entire hospital, making sure everything’s up and running. |
Emergency Branch (Paramedic Branch):
Chief Paramedic | A Chief Paramedic is the person who manages the Paramedic or Emergency Branch of the hospital, providing leadership and advice for the people below them. |
Deputy Chief Paramedic | The Deputy Chief Paramedic is below the Chief Paramedic, taking over for them when they are absent and an extension of them. Similar to a co-captain of a team! |
Paramedic | Paramedics get promoted to where they are starting at Psychiatrist or Doctor. They’re able to do therapy and can deal with injuries once they’re trained. They are able to do the job they started as, but need to be trained in the other. |
Paramedic Trainee | Paramedic trainees are the trainees that are learning from the already existing Paramedics or people above them, aiming to learn from them and gain the same role someday. |
Doctor Branch:
Clinical Lead | The clinical lead for the Doctor branch aims to make sure in the same way any other lead does that the people under them are comfortable and understanding of their work. |
Clinical Supervisor | A clinical supervisor is right under the clinical lead, taking on similar skills but of less experience than the Clinical Lead. They are the next in place for them. |
Attending Doctor | Attending Doctors are mainly responsible for the instance where a patient comes in and needs treatment. They have more experience than a Doctor Resident and can teach them! |
Doctor Resident | Doctor residents usually provide patient care in the case of someone coming to the hospital with an injury or illness. |
Doctor Trainee | A doctor trainee can learn from the roles above them to be able to take on the types of injuries and sicknesses that doctors can diagnose and aid. Passing tests helps them reach this goal. |
Psychiatrist Branch:
Clinical Lead | The Clinical Lead in the Psychiatrist Branch manages the branch in a whole, looking over the people below them and providing guides or help with things they’re struggling to manage or aiding their workplace experience. |
Clinical Supervisor | Clinical Supervisors are right below Clinical Leads, working to help others and focus on their own work as well. |
Attending Psychiatrist | An Attending Psychiatrist is reaching to learn from the person above them to go forth and teach the people below them in the intent to help others and themselves! |
Psychiatrist Resident | Psychiatrist residents can make referrals and learn from the people above them to do the****** visits and other mental health evaluations, as well as teach the trainees below them. |
Psychiatrist Trainee | Psychiatrist Trainees’ goal is to be promoted to a higher level where they are able to deal with referrals and therapy walk-ins or meetings. They need to pass a few tests to ensure they’re qualified! |
(I’m still learning the roles and this is simply the things I’ve heard and researched in my time being interested in the faction. I know about the Psychiatrist Branch the most, seeing that is the role I’m applying for!)
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
Yes. I acknowledge that if training is held whilst I’m online I’m expected to attend, and if not, face punishment.
In-Character (IC) Section

SECTION 1: PERSONAL DETAILS
Character’s Full Name:
Nodding her head, letting wavy brunette locks of hair shift by a gentle push of a manicured hand as she answered the question graciously.
“My name is Akane Stark-Kuznetsova.”
Character’s Gender and Pronouns:
“I’m a female and she/her will do just fine.”
Not feeling she had to add any more to this question, she cut it off there, crossing her legs professionally and keeping her chin up and posture straight. That’s what she was supposed to do, right? She didn’t know.
Character’s Age (if accepted):
“I’m twenty-seven.”
She seemed to be quiet after stating her age, seemingly feeling misplaced, in shock that she was getting older.
Character’s Academic Background:
“I have a Master’s in Psychiatry, and a Bachelor’s in Pediatrics.”
She said this with a smile, boasting about her hard work, getting the degrees she felt she always needed. Akane almost always felt the need to prove herself.
Character’s Nationality:
“My mother is Japanese, and so is my father. . So I’m Japanese.”
Character’s Marital Status:
“Been single for a while.”
The brunette pursed her lips sourly, raising her hand so that her head could rest on it, not wanting to delve in any more to all her relationship doubts and baggage.
Character’s Religious Denomination:
“I haven’t ever had the time to find myself in any religion, but I’m sure something’s out there.” She didn’t seem to add any clear distinct emotion to this, not wanting to let someone pry so deep into a fact she didn’t even know about herself.
Character’s Spoken Languages:
“I speak Japanese Sign Language, along with Japanese itself.”

Character Backstory (Optional):
After she was of age to attend high school, she was let out of the orphanage with the money her mother provided and funds from the orphanage. Being born in Karakura, it didn’t take much time for her to adjust at all. She grew into a routine of living alone, until she made friends and grew. Through the years, she was able to make friends and learn how to live happily again.
After her first relationship which ended over her leaving Karakura after a tragic accident, she met Raven. Raven became one of her closest friends, and in an effort to get closer to her, she started calling Raven’s father, Vahalo, ‘Uncle’. Somehow, just calling him uncle made it real enough for him to become a parental figure to her. Eventually, she was always going over and staying the night. Things got complicated when her and Raven grew apart after multiple arguments and fights. Vahalo was still her Uncle, though.
Vahalo did his best to take care of a child he never wanted, sitting through her crying sessions and screaming matches. He was the first person who exposed her to medical life and things of that nature. Her Uncle was a nurse, working at the school and helping students. She often stayed around the nurses office, helping out with little things and learning what she could. They weren’t always the best to each other, but no one’s perfect. Akane knew that better than anyone.
After a year of being around the old man and growing comfortable with him, she met her Uncle’s boyfriend, Min’s father, Volya. This was when everything flipped for her, turning her world almost upside down. Their first meeting was the worst out of any of them, she had disrespected his son, Min and got knocked out cold for it. Vahalo had just stood and watched. Needless to say, when she woke up she wasn’t the happiest.
Months went past arguments and threats between Volya and her before eventually came an understanding. Volya eventually understood what he did was wrong and what had actually happened that day. Akane never really got upset with Vahalo, though, knowing that it was just one of his many relationships.
Akane, now having two people to look up to as parents might’ve healed her a bit from her past, though it didn’t help when Vahalo told her the news. He was leaving town and abandoning her like he promised he would never. “Only for two years,” he said. Though, she never believed it. Not once. This sent her into a complete spiral, if she hadn’t already been in one.
Through time and effort, she healed, slightly. Still missing him, she continued to stay near her family to get her mind off of it. Volya’s family, the Stark family, was large, she had no problem staying busy. Shortly after Vahalo had left town, Akane was introduced to Tae, coincidentally a nurse, someone who went on to become her third parental figure, officially adopting her into the Stark family.
Akane currently still enjoys time with her family and talks to Volya frequently, having multiple other family members she loves dearly. Living with Tae, she has her own room and safety. She very recently started to learn about her medical specialties officially, gaining internships and experience to lead her to where she wants to be, helping others who went through the same things as her.
(I didn't get to add every detail to her backstory, since she has a LOT of lore! I added the things that wouldn't be painfully repetitive to read and boring to write.)
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
Akane’s reasoning for picking the specialties she did is because of the opportunity to be able to understand those around her and their emotions interests her, striving to be the best to her friends and family. Both specialties work with each other to aid her main goal as a person. She grew up in an orphanage, seeing other children missing their families. While understanding their points partially, it still confused her. Akane would’ve loved to help any one of the children who had to end up there with their emotions, though she never had the knowledge to. She was a different story, always coloring in the little coloring books and interacting with the friends she’d made there. Not a care in the world.
Growing up through the orphanage, seeing other children missing their parents dearly, she made it a personal mission to help other kids and teens in the same situation of loss and mourning. When she was enrolled to Karakura High School from the orphanage, it was clear to her that it was extremely common to find a child struggling with something they should’ve never been exposed to in the first place, including herself. Akane’s goal for when she grew up from that point on was to provide therapy and advice to children, teens and young adults in her adult years. With that being said, she decided to take on Pediatrics and Psychiatry as her two main specialties.
Pediatrics are doctors that aid and work with babies, children, teens, and young adults. They deal and care for the physical and emotional health of adolescents. Pediatric doctors can treat sicknesses, injuries, and help to guarantee a child is hitting each milestone at a good time and correctly. They can advise what their behavior should look like as well as skills and how to aid each. The doctor is also able to advise the guardian of the child on how to better help their child to be the best they can be, healthy and happy. Other than the fact she’s been around kids thanks to how much she loves her family, Akane started small, within the times she practically disappeared and wasn’t around her family, she studied the specialty, volunteering at places like daycares in different towns as well. As she consistently found being around kids and teaching them was something she enjoyed doing, she took it a step further. With her experience, she went on to get an internship at a hospital in Japan, leading her to where she is today.
A medical doctor that can help in the diagnosis and effective treatment of mental illnesses, and disorders is a Psychiatrist. They are trained medical doctors who are able to understand the reasons and functions of mental illness. Being able to evaluate and treat their patients through their journey in their mental health. While being able to do this, they are allowed to prescribe medication to prevent and or help a mental illness or disorder. In aid to helping her learn this specialty, she immediately went to take up any volunteer opportunity she could. Once this was on her record, she did the same thing she did with Pediatrics, heading to a local hospital to apply for an internship, eventually getting accepted.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Akane’s experience in medical situations goes as far as saving her family from Karakura’s many situations, bandaging them up. . then talking to them about it. She was able to gain experience from having insane family problems. As well as having her own problems. Though, eventually her internships did come into play, giving her the most knowledge out of any of it. Each of these things helped to boost her understanding of medical fields and specialties for the better, helping with her goal.

SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
A quiet young woman stood, with a toned but soft figure. Scars scattered her skin, memories from her past. She admired you with her blue sapphire eyes, oceans of blue. She’d often play with a lock of her wavy brunette hair, twirling it around a manicured finger, usually light baby blue french tips. Her lips always seemed soft, but never too glossy, natural. The woman radiated in the sun, like a flower. She smelled of a peachy apricot thanks to how much she enjoyed fruit and her perfume. The woman always maintained a gentle tone, cautious and soft. She was truly a muse.
How does your character act around the hospital?
Akane could often be seen in the mornings with her tired yet friendly gaze, followed by words to her coworkers. Akane never truly liked silence, even if she was drawn to it. She keeps her chin held high with as much strength as she can muster. Though she isn’t the judgemental kind, she knows talking to someone who practically scoffs at her very presence wouldn’t be too smart. The woman includes passion with everything she does at the job, from the people she talks to, to the skills she aids the community with. The brunette can be seen wandering around, waiting for an opportunity to display her skill!
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Akane works better with others, enjoying shared experiences and moments with others. Without being dependent, she usually tries to stick next to those she loves, ready to stand on their side through anything. Akane never had someone specific she could lean onto to guide her through life, so if she could even help a person for a moment with something similar, she’d waste no time. When it comes to helping another person or comforting someone, she exceeds by understanding the emotions the person could be feeling. It gives her great relief to see she was able to help someone, especially if they’re dealing with something similar to a situation she’s been in.
