I'm moderately active, depending on the day. On weekends, I'm a bit more active on the weekends. These are subject to change, depending on the day. I could be online more or less on a certain day under circumstances. Some days, I could be on less than usual. It's all circumstances and I try to notify anyone and everyone if I have an OOC event or an IC event to attend.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I’ve been into all kinds of roleplay for a long while now. Currently, I’m invested in more gang centered roleplay. A lot of experiences I’ve had have been centered around community. I’ve found a lot of good friends while roleplaying, most of them being very close to me now.
Community is very important to me, seeing that everyone plays a part. Most of the roleplays I do center around drama, gangs, crime, family, and much more. As of now, I have two character slots, that I would love to expand, but am happy with. My character since I’ve joined SRP, in I believe. . . 2022-2023. Akane Shay was my first character, now her name is Akane Kakos-Kuznetsov. A lot has changed from the first time I ever experienced a great roleplay server. I applied myself for a good year the first time I got in, then, somehow, with my greenie self, I got my characters leg broken. After that, I took a year long break. Akane Shay disappeared from everyone. After I came back, I reconnected with people, some people left, and I learned from it. I’ve learnt a lot of lessons playing on the server and enjoy roleplay as much as I did as the first time I ever discovered it.
What is your motivation for applying?
Being a psychiatrist has always been something I’ve had in mind since I created Akane. Akane has been through a ton, including her past. Her past was divided through a horrid childhood and abuse. She empathizes with those who have been in the same situations as her, and even those who haven’t. She helps everyone any chance she gets, and loves to be someones person. My biggest motivation for applying though, is my experience with a roleplay style I like to call EmotionalRP, crying and such. Delving into a characters past, it interests me and gives so much more opportunity for roleplay to stem and grow. I enjoy it to think how much I can detail the body language of a character as they leak their heart out, complain or emphasize something that’s happened to them, listen to another person vent about their lives, or delve into even more roleplay.

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
From what I know, Psychiatrists deal more with mental health. Helping someone with their life and struggles. Or anything that may come their way.
Doctors help with diseases and other sorts of medicine. Things like a cold, flu, or others.
Paramedics usually help with performing in emergency injuries.
Vets work with animals to aid them in what they need, and other pet type things.
Pediatricians specialize mainly in children, acting like a doctor, just for children.

Character Backstory (Optional):
Akane Kakos-Kuznetsov had an abusive lifestyle, growing up with an unstable household.
Her father was a nightmare, and her mother just wanted to be there for her.
She grew up in the most toxic area for a child to be involved in, gangs, everything Karakura is and was. Her parents made it no better with her mom dealing with the alcoholic of the household while Akane was just trying to get through life. Around the ripe age of five her mother was sick of it, to say she was too, was an understatement. By the time her mother had taken her to an orphanage to keep her in a safe environment. She never understood it, only coming out with a scar on her lower abdomen and more trauma.
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
Psychiatry & Pediatrics. Akane has always wanted a child, to treat them better than she grew up as. That’s the reason she’d love pediatrics. Although, she could mainly only help with emotional things based on her knowledge, she does have some idea of how to treat wounds. And, Psychiatry, basically the occupation she seeks.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Akane, being exposed to what Karakura is has dealt with far more therapy sessions, some that she’s attended for friends that worried for her, some she forced, and others that happened naturally. Her Uncle was the worst of this, not once, not twice- not three times, more than 5. She’s had to pick him up with broken legs, stabbed, too many things for a young girl. She’s had all of the answers for a while, before she nearly gave up on a family life. Family life had always been hard for her, from her past, from anew. It’d always be hard, and she knew that. She tried her best to ease up on people and let people adjust at their own rate. Applying for this job hopefully being a learning experience, loving to help others.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Akane, she stood at 5'3", an almost annoying height, looking as if she could get lost in a big enough crowd. She smelled of vanilla, something not too strong, but not weak whatsoever, lurking around her, mixed with some other feminine energy, whatever she called that.
Her eyes were a dark blue sapphire, they looked like an ocean and a gem all at once, looking to shine with curiosity and love. She almost always appeared to have tan lines, all in the right places. Her wavy brown hair, about 24 inches long, washed and combed to perfection. Everything on her smelling of some sort of vanilla as well. She never seemed to fade with the seasons, anything could roll around but you’d still see her smiley. Her lips looking soft and glossed, thanks to the Glossier lipgloss she always had in her pocket. Anything and everything necessary for beauty.
How does your character act around the hospital?
Akane has always admired staff anywhere, making sure to stay polite and calm towards them. She watches and observes mainly, marking everythings place, like it should be there. Sure, she didn’t know where it went, but wasn’t it fun to guess? Definitely her curiosity. Although she may get a little bit of sass or attitude some times, she keeps in mind that everyone's just getting along in life, floating to where they belong, and maybe where they don’t, but always with a purpose.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Akane is a good teammate, holding the group down with emotional and physical support. Normally making sure everyone gets breaks, or isn’t too stressed, she makes a good person to work with and around others. She knows her own strengths and weaknesses, and loves learning about others. She helps herself to know when she’s getting too far into something, or needs a break. She’s also pretty decent at working alone, delegating time to each task, one at a time, although she may sometimes multitask through tasks to give herself some breathes every now and then, she still gets it done. Especially if it’s important.
