I Roleplayed Alot trought other games like roblox, i wrote a couple pages of a novel, i can say it improved my
writting schools, i write songs and poemes, minecraft rps from national content creators in my country, cringy roblox
games helped alot, and ive been on srp for 3 year and around that time
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I Always wanted to see how was it to be to teach people and also the other point of view of srp
And help people, i love helping people out, for me its heart-warming seing people finally finish something
or understanding something they were struggling on for a long time

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Robin would be calm genly warning the student about its language and not being affeccted not seing the need to scream or yell
at them just wating to see if he would keep going or if it w'd escalate, always checking it and if escalates she w'd give them a detention slip
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
She would seperate the fight and ask the people around what happend and see both sides of the stories understanding the situation
checking who started the fight, they w'd get a detention slip and who defended theyreself would get a warning and how to avoid other fights
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
She Would Go And Tell Them What theyre doing is dangeroung and/or risky and if they keep going would tell a principal or someone from

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
She would talk about her students and maybe just be saying good stuff about them, she would defintly say about

/me She Looked up at the student infront of her getting her eyes of the monitior and blinking a couple times to get her eyes used to the change
"Oh Hi there! are u looking to book a class? i got a freetime after 3rd Period, If You want it could be after school too!" giving them a warm smile

Backstory
I Was born in 1999 My Parents Are Ashii Amelia And Jim (I Never Heard his last name)We were happy really happy. It is one of those things that you do not appreciate until it is gone.My life felt stable and familiar and safe with my parents I think that is what I liked about it my parents principally Jim was always there, for me.That started to change around 2003, when my dad was offered a job overseas. He had been approached by a large company in Japan with a position as an executive a big opportunity, the kind adults say you can’t turn down. 5 year old me was crushed i really liked the city i was in it was nice, he moved to tokyo but i didint like it that much it felt like everything was too complex so my mom talked about it with my dad and my dad moved permantly to tokyo and my mom came here in karkura. . complex name to write i apologise, i lived here most of my life, a couple months after i moved i enrolled here on the school and ive been very quiet i mostly focused on studying, and its been very average for like most years ive been waking up eating breakfast saying bye to my mom going to take the bus to school and basically that, i remember xmas on 2015 my mom worked really hard to buy me a ipod, i was super greatful i remember dowloaded my favorite songs, its heartwarming remembering those moments, i shed a tear remembering, nowadays its just me waking up calling my mom talking to her and my dad they are both retired nowadays in Kamakura its truly a beutyful city, i visit them when i am able to go there and have the free time and money
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
Althought i didint had many freinds i remembered i had a freind that i always helped to understand complex subjects and stuff, and when he finnally understood something it was very cool and happy moment and recently ive been thinking about those moments alot and i want to help other people like i used to help him back in the older days
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
as i mentioned above i have a history of tutoring people i also do now adays with my younger cousins theyre around 12 and i tell you, you wont be disapointed if you accept my application because i will give all and every single piece of the effort and pacience to make the studets learn and understand the subjects
