Describe your activity on SchoolRP:
On a scale of 1 to 10, I would say I am about an 8 out of 10 for my activity. I am online almost every day. I spend about 4-5 ish hours a day, sometimes more if I'm feeling up to it.
Describe your roleplay experience with SchoolRP and other roleplay networks in general:
On SchoolRP, I have been in FamilyRP, animal RP, and I have dabbled a little bit in Crime RP.
I was on another roleplay server before SRP, where I have dabbled in fantasy RP, science/lab RP, as well as horror RP. I also heavily RP on Discord and go into detail RP a lot there as well as Srp. I’ve been into DnD since I was young, and as embarrassing as it is to type, I've been RPing on Roblox since I was around 9 or so. Overall, I've been in the RP scene for almost 10+ years. I originally joined Srp back in 2019-2020 ish, but left around a year later, only to join back in 2025, where I’ve met so many incredible people who have helped me work towards RPing better.
What are your current roles on SchoolRP:
[Grade-12] and [Bird]
What is the subject you want to teach?:
Sociology
TRIVIA SECTION
What is your motivation for becoming a professor?:
I am currently majoring in sociology/psychology and minoring in education. Becoming a professor will help greatly by giving me experience to teach people on this subject. I have had trouble with public speaking in the past, and even though it's not the same, it will help me a lot to better myself as a person. Sociology and psychology have been topics I've been interested in for years. Growing up, I had issues with tones and social cues, so when I started reading up on these things, it helped me, and I want to share what I've learned and what I'm studying with others, whether they are there for credit or for fun. People would find it interesting.

Work out two interactive classes you will host if accepted:
- I would host a class where I would have the students each share some information about their backgrounds. From that, we would go about talking about the different regions of the world they are all from. How each culture is different and special in its own ways.
- For another class, we would talk about social classes. The different parts of the economy and how they all fit into play. If students would like to share, they can come up and talk about their social class and how they make money and where they spend it, as well as how they manage their money with rent and other bills they may have.
Work out a field trip (meaning a class outside school grounds) you will host if accepted:
For a field trip that works with Sociology, I would take my students to the Karakura hospital. While at the hospital, EMS workers can talk about and share how diverse the community is. A psychologist would be able to talk about how different social behaviors, relationships, and cultures play a big part in some people's everyday lives. Each person has a different genetic makeup that makes everyone special, but within that makeup come different challenges. Which is why we all face different challenges in our own lives. Hopefully, a psychologist would be able to share some of the things they have learned upon taking on the job and how it alone has affected their life, as well as how they truly help others.
SCENARIO SECTION
Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?
Kazue would ask the groups to separate and ask that everyone not involved to please leave the area. After that, she would ask what was going out to try and understand the situation at hand. Kazue would attempt to de-escalate the situation and make sure everyone was remaining calm. If it were just a misunderstanding, she would inform everyone to move on with their days and to leave each other alone. If there had been a fight, she would look for any bruising and hand out detention slips to the ones fighting before telling them to leave each other alone.
Your character would be supervising detention, one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?
Kazue would remain calm and answer any real questions asked. She would inform the student that they must follow the rules on the board. Kazue would warn the student 3 times before informing the student that if they do not stop and follow the rules, then she will have to call SLT. If they still do not stop being disruptive, she will call for SLT.
Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and calling out other students in the class, what would your character do?
Kazue would ask the group to make sure their phones are away and that the class is an electronics-free zone. She would instruct them to sit in their seats and to be respectful to everyone else in the room. If the students continued to be disruptive, Kazue would give them a final warning and threaten to hold their phones until the end of class if she saw them on their phones again. If the cheerleaders pulled out their phones again, Kaz would request that the phones be turned over to her until the end of class. If the group didn't stop calling out other students, she would kick them out of her class.
Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?
Upon seeing the fight, Kazue would obviously attempt to separate the students. Since they failed to separate, she would threaten detention if they did not separate. If they stopped fighting, she would ask what had happened to get the full story. If needed, she would get someone to pull the cameras. She would have the students who were fighting detention slips inform them to go their own way. If they had continued to fight, she would have threatened to call SLT. If they stopped, she would attempt to get the story and give the ones fighting detention. If the students did not stop fighting after threatening SLT, she would call for backup and SLT to help her.

Kazue ‘Kaz’ Ojiro presents herself with calm professionalism. She stands tall at 5 feet 7 inches and is always composed. Kazue can be seen dressed in crisp outfits that show off her meticulous attention to detail. She has light brown, almost orange hair that is typically styled neatly, framing her face. She has gentle yet piercing green eyes and a few scattered freckles all over her face. Her presence is quietly commanding, but there's a warmth about her, making her easy to approach and talk to. What sets Kaz apart is her unwavering belief in structure and respect, sometimes clouded by genuine empathy. She doesn’t tolerate laziness or disrespect, but she believes every student deserves a chance to grow. Kazue views her students as individuals in need of guidance, and challenges them to put their thinking caps on. With fellow teachers, Kaz is kind and supportive. ensuring her coworkers that if they need help, they can come to her, even if she herself is swamped with work. Looking forward, Kaz plans to teach the next generation and shape them for their own futures. She dreams of a safe environment where even the most withdrawn students can find purpose and belonging. While she’s not one to speak much about herself, her actions reflect a lifelong commitment to helping the next generation find purpose.
Describe how your character ended up becoming a teacher and their previous life. It is optional to include earlier life but recommended.
Make sure this is over 100 words.
Kazue was raised in Hakone, Japan, near Tokyo, in a household that valued discipline and education. She learned early on the power of structure and calm under pressure, but she wasn’t always the composed woman she is now. Her youth was scarred by emotional restraint and an overwhelming pressure to meet expectations, which led her to retreat inward. She turned to observation, finding peace in understanding people's motives and reactions. This led her to wonder and start to learn more. She stumbled upon psychology as a career and became very fond of it.
Before stepping into education, Kazue worked in behavioral ****ysis, studying patterns in decision making, how early influences shaped adult behavior, and even learned these things in animals. The more she learned, the more she realized that teaching children had the most impact. Teaching became not just a career choice, but a form of quiet escape. Her way of offering young people the steady guidance she often wished she’d had. She didn’t become a teacher to just lecture, but became one to listen, and to shape futures with care.
Kazue decided from that moment forward she was going to go to college for education, psychology, and sociology. To help pay for college, Kazue decided to become a maid for the Esposito family. She used the money she earned to pay for her college and slowly earned the trust of the family. With this trust, she grew. Kaz was able to attend college online and was given a private room in the manor to study.
Over the next 6 years, Kazue would work day and night tending to the Esposito Family and working her way through the ranks, before becoming a trusted housekeeper and even the head of her department. That role stuck with her, especially as she entered her 5th year in college. Kazue had taken a side job as a teacher's assistant. She also worked desperately at college, studying every moment she had. From cleaning the kitchen to taking tests, Kazue never really had a chance to herself, making her work and her degree even more fulfilling and rewarding.
Kazue’s family and the Esposito family attended her graduation, watching her cross the stage and finally receive her hard-earned diploma in hand. She was able to use the next 2 years to finish her studies, tend to the Esposito Family, and use those 2 years of studies to land a substitute teacher position at a nearby school. She had graduated and was teaching 5 days a week. After work, she would tend to the family as needed before finally having a small break.
Using that free time, Kazue was able to apply for a full-time teaching position at a college and was teaching sociology for the next 3 years, still working for the Espositos after work and on the weekends. One day, the Esposito family decided to move to Karakura, and they took Kazue with them, which led her to look for a new job. Having the Karakura community college so close was the perfect opportunity for her to apply and get a change of pace. So she turned her application in with her head held high and her hopes up.
