Just a suggestion, but i think that could be a good addition to the apartment plugin that when you lose your apartment and someone else gets it and resets it to build their own interior, that any removed locked chests, containers, and any furniture placed, all from the reset gets moved into a "item cache" (not a physical storage) where it stores the items until the original owner of the items types a command to retrieve the items part by part which they can place and store if they get a new apartment.
How will this benefit the server and community?:
This I feel would help people keep important items if they return or get another apartment and also save a ton of money. I a good lot of times have left SRP temporarily and returned and needed to replace most all my items, furniture, written books, etcetera, because there was no way to store them safely (other than taking up another friends house storage, but they may lose it too). For instance, I just returned and lost about 700K worth of items and furniture as my apartment was taken (naturally, no complaints). It would save so much time and money to just be able to reclaim after the reset when getting another apartment. It would be a major QOL update for players who come and go often, as well as for current players moving and such. It solves the problem of only being able to rent one place so you can only bring one inventory of items with you if you move somewhere else and more. Thank you for your consideration.
