Describe your activity on the server: I am usually quite active on SRP, I been less active since finals for college have been going on but once they are over next week I will return to full activity and spend usually 1-2 hours on SRP a day.

What position are you applying for?: I am applying for the position of a Lawyer
What is your motivation for applying?: A desire to become a voice of the defense in the court room. I have always valued the idea of a man who is working in the name of justice and unbiased values to make sure a town is safe. I have wanted to detailRP a court case myself after watching the defense for a trial commence and watched them perform.
Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?: Yes, I have and will reread them again to ensure I am as well versed as possible. I will also make sure to have them on standby in case needed for a trial.
What are your goals for being in Government Faction?: To serve the people, establish the truth in a case and ensure that the citizen I am defending will be entitled to an unbiased and hard working man who will do anything it takes to ensure a strong argument against any prosecution.
In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
Governor: The leader in government and acts towards the execution of laws made and drafted, and often works in public conflicts and serves as an overseer to a city, keeping the order and law in firm tact. They also usually are only tied to a prefecture such as the one Karakura resides in.
Lawyer: A lawyer is either on the prosecution or defense in a case and serves as an advisor and representative that will take the side of either the defendant or prosecutor using evidence, created or obtained files and documents as well as communicate with and for their client. They are also usually in contact with any source of information and police to gather information.
Judge: Judge's act as the overseer of trials. And listen to the cases and points being made by both sides serving as an unbiased almost referee type role in the court room. they may start pretrial hearings, prompt negotiations and debates as well as make the final ruling of a case.
Do you acknowledge that upon being accepted you can be subject to removal at any given time?: Yes, I am fully aware and accept that I may be removed at any time. I will do my best however to avoid this being brought up and to give satisfactory work in my job.

Work experience: I have worked as a waiter in 18 at a small cafe to earn enough money to make a decent living at an apartment outside my college until I was 19 and moved to Bashkir. After that I spent 8 years in law school at Bashkir before finally becoming a Lawyer for the court system placed within the nearby city of Volvograd. Id spend 9 years here working 19 cases before moving to Karakura and using the money earned to settle down before finding a job as a Lawyer once again. It is my comfortable placement that I have grown to love and wish to continue pursuing.

What makes you a good candidate for this job? I am a man who does not let go of an argument until it is proven outright wrong and will continue the same level of high efficiency and effort I put in a trial as i would in cooking or taking care of my family. The job is valuable and almost historic to me, serving as what i worked for and as ever since I left the cafe and went to Bashkir. The job has motivated me, given me a sense of purpose under Lady Justice and that desire has not left, sticking to me like glue as I come to Karakura, not only for family but to continue the defense of truth and justice and ensure that all my clients are given access to a strong minded Lawyer willing to take great lengths to ensure a well suited argument. I was made for the job, thriving in situations where organized debates take place. Ive worked ever since I was 27 as a lawyer in Russia and done nothing but upheld the Law as sacred as it truly is and will continue to do so in the name of justice.
