Joining the server back in January of 2021, I was able to meet someone named JustACan; and she changed my life for the better. She was the one that taught me all I needed to know from how to make applications, how to get them accepted. Then it eventually lead me to applying to becoming a school nurse for the the high-school, where I eventually became the Head of Department for around a month or two before OOCly life got ahold of me. This is when I decided I needed to take a step back from SRP for a while as I was entering a college program that needed my time. My most memorable characters during my time as part of the faculty was Aiko Yamashita and Hana Baek.

Along with my time on SRP, I was given the chances to work ICLY at different jobs such as La Casa Nostra as Erica Ryder and Mai-Yume as Ae-Cha Hwa. Currently I have returned to La Casa where I work as an Event Coordinator under the guide of emerveiller who is running COO of it under Tippie who is CEO. I also currently work at Club Umbra which is in the process of getting rebranded and switched to a different type of store.

Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:
The reason why I wish to join this faction is simple; I want to be able to create an environment where people can come together icly and oocly in order to make memories. Shops are such a vital part of the community and I wish to be a part of that. Having shops in the world makes it more realistic but adding another level of roleplay as in characters have to handle having a job, having a way to pay rent. Take out other characters for proposals, dates, or even group outings. I don’t plan on making it just a restaurant that opens regularly, I plan on making a community. Giving back to the community that gave me the most

When you really think about it, having the ability to stand in and have a quick drink. Chat with your friends or server adds another level of depth, of realism to the roleplay aspect of things. All of the small little things add so much more realism to one's characters, letting you show off their quirks with interactions. Having to wait for a table, or even having a bit of banter with your server. Even being able to have an interview of some sort to really make it feel more real, it lets you develop your character if they get rejected.

Ultimately my goal is to help players connect more deeply to their characters and to their friends' characters. It could become a special place for some, where they want their characters to get proposed to, or propose to another. Even have dramatics unfold there with break ups, or other real life instances that could happen. I want people to come to the place and say they have good memories there from either visiting or working there.

My biggest goal is to create a community, and a new level of intimacy with roleplay. Where stories can unfold into the bigger picture. I hope you give me the opportunity to allow me to expand my roleplay horizons and add another lasting memory.

What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
Welcome to Bibimbox, a Korean BBQ style restaurant, it’s not just another restaurant. It’s a restaurant built on community, where culture, cuisine, and connection come together in a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. We are for the food lovers, through and through, we are for the community.

Every restaurant should be catered to the dining experience, and that’s our goal. We want to make you walk through those doors and just know you’re going to smile, just know you’re going to laugh and enjoy the roleplay while there. We will be doing monthly events, and hosting open mic nights. Plus live music and even hosting a talent show! Our plan is to be as active as possible on the server.

I know other shops have done this time and time again, but the issue was the fact after a while; they stopped. And it really sucks that they've stopped. I really want to not be like the rest, I want to keep being active. From week to week having something everyone can look forward to. Even if it's a last minute costume party, or just to have fun with an opening. I want to give back to the community that gave me so much.

How many employees do you plan to have?:
I plan to have approximately 30 employees- it could be a little more or less. The employees will be divided into sections, such as waiters, hosts, security, and managers.

- Managers; The role of the manager will fall into a few categories such as Chief of Staff, Chief of Events, Chief of Inventory, Head Chef. Which will all have their own respective roles inside of the company, such as the chief of staff handling all recruitment and the current band of employees, any and all hiring events as well.

- Chefs; They will be available to make food at all times. My plan is to have them detail making the food while in the kitchen, then call up the waiter to tell them to bring it out and to which table ordered it. I want it to be as interactive and full of detail as possible. While also providing quick server to make people not bored and leave.

- Waiters; One of the hearts of the restaurant, the true faces of it if you really think about it. They are the showrunners, they provide the quality service that leaves people wanting to come back just for the sheer conversations to be held. Part of their job is taking orders from customers and bringing the slip of paper or the information of the order to the chefs in order to be made before bringing the food to the table. They should actively check on their tables to make sure nothing is needed.

- Host; The first face you meet at the door, they welcome you with open arms then take you to your seat. Depending on how big of a party you have. They handle making sure every waiter gets a table or two. Or a few. They are the first you see and the last you see.

- Security; They will act as our guard dogs during shift from the front door. If a manager is not available to handle a situation right away, then a security will step in to handle the situation.

How “Bibimbox” came to be:
Having spent the last few years in Karakura, Nari Jin led a simple life, never demanding much or taking more than necessary. Although she had aspirations, they never appeared to align appropriately. Something always got in the way of her following those distant dreams. This shifted when her older siblings, Sung-Woo Jin and Ri-Lee Jin, settled in town for good. Coming together in the same home, Nari found comfort in a tranquil routine again, reminding her of the old days. The warmth and unity of her family became the foundation of her journey.

Of course, with more heads under the same roof came more significant expenses. It was time for Nari to venture out and earn a living to help support her family.

A position had opened at the well-known restaurant La Casa Nostra. Nari enjoyed her time at this fine establishment. There, she grew close to Lorenza Santarossa, a prominent woman with a personality to match, a manager within the establishment. Through her, Nari learned the ins and outs of restaurant life and how to keep things running smoothly.

It wasn't long after that Nari felt like she had found her calling. First, she successfully operated the event team within her work, and now she dreams of bigger things—a place of her own. Her brother, Ri-Lee, encouraged her to return to university and pursue a degree in business. Still, the support of her whole family gave her the final shove to start making her dreams a reality. Thus, Bibimbox was born. First was the menu; it started pages long with all her favourites. It took days to narrow it down, having cookies for each dish in her family's home and overwhelming her siblings with the sheer amount of food that now stocked their fridge. The name came to her late one night, her mind tired from endless cooking. And there it was. A single thought led to the name. Her dedication and love for cooking became the heart of Bibimbox's dishes.

The Concept:
Any of these are subject to change depending on how the actual space looks. My goal is to make you feel at home the moment you enter the restaurant and feel as though you're wrapped in a warm blanket. I want people to be able to create lasting memories from either working there or simply visiting.

I hope you allow me the opportunity to become a shopkeeper on the server. I would love to be apart of it, and if not, then thank you for taking the time to read this. Have a good one. I know my application doesn't grab your eyes, or stick out as the other applications I've seen have done. I'm aware that there is probably a million reasons to deny me, or deny anyone else. I'm just asking for a chance to at least be heard out, there isn't one singular thing that depicts me from the other applicants. I can't tell you what I can bring or can't bring to the table; I'm just me at the end of the day. And if that's not enough, then that's okay.
