What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I have a wide assortment of experiences. Most of these experiences have been outside of the “faction field”. I personally enjoy lengthy discussions between characters as well as the details behind actions and amplifications of the characters emotions. The greater the complexity the more interested I am. From a less personal perspective I have experienced loads of roleplay within the school, your typical school-roleplay experience; bullying- (both on receiving and giving ends), detention-roleplay, classroom roleplay, fear roleplay and family roleplay. The lack of teamwork, considering there is no jock-roleplay, is very visible and is indeed a very vital role within a faction. Though it’s lacking on this note I make up for it by being very invested within the business roleplay. As I have been a manager, and am currently, manager at multiple shops. Manager roleplay as well as Shrine/religion roleplay are my greatest interest. Though lacking experiences within a role of some sort I still find the idea of applying for a role intriguing and exciting. I am bad at taking the first step when it comes to roleplay, but with a role I am put under pressure. I work well under pressure and have experienced full-on stress within the CrimeRP community too. I find DetailRP most savory and I am able to DetailRP being the cause of wounds/injuries as well as the one aiding. EMSrp has always been alluring to me. But!- I have no limits and I am always open for new experiences.
What is your motivation for applying?
As noted I find DetailRP most savory, but I also find EMSrp enjoyable. When I joined SRP for the first time the friend that had introduced me took me straight to the hospital- (when the hospital was located NE of the old auction). I was, as a greenie, introduced to EMSrp. During earlier SRP times the EMS consisted of a role titled ‘Surgeon’. This was my dream role. Unfortunately this role was removed so my motivation dropped. But, the motivation has always lingered and has now arisen yet again! And I really really wish to apply to roleplay with the like-minded! My motivation may be plain and cheap but it is honest.
Which role are you applying for?
(Doctor or Psychiatrist):
Doctor
What knowledge do you have of Hospital Faction?
>The hospital is a safezone. This means that you are not allowed to inflict any harm, IF IT IS NOT A PRE-PLANNED ROLEPLAY SCENARIO BEFOREHAND, upon any of the EMS workers. Aka; no CrimeRP/GangRP within the hospital. A medical facility that provides around-the-clock healthcare and attendance. The workers rarely have rest (from an oocly perspective)- from the mere trainees, receptionists, attending doctors, attending psychiatrist and the director of the facility, yes all of these roles monitor patients and make use of their medical expertise to contribute to the society with their benign fingertips. The Hospital Faction stretches from both within the hospital itself to the school where nurses deal with brawls and more thin-layered injuries.<
∘Director∘
A director’s job is to ensure an efficient running healthcare facility. Overseeing staff recruitment and managing current emergency-staff. A director should have more than brief knowledge within the medical field and know all about the process within every department. The current director should be a questionable man named “Rokku Heddo”.
∘Clinical Manager∘
A spectrum of the director. Overseeing more administrative parts of the establishment. They must work well with the director and are entrusted with making sure that everything runs smoothly, much like the director. The Clinical Manager receives direct orders from the director who administers it to the emergency-staff.
∘Clinical Supervisor∘
A Clinical Supervisor’s job is to ensure the Clinical Leads are running things accordingly. Though tending to more administrative tasks, the Clinical Supervisors should have experience with patients as well. They aid in advice, guidance and general supervision.
∘Clinical Leads∘
There are currently two leads: The Psychiatrist clinical lead and the Doctor clinical lead. These leads cannot be applied for directly and you must be promoted to this role. The Clinical lead’s responsibility is to ensure that the facility operates as it should and secure prime treatment.
⋄The Psychiatrist lead⋄
ˇ
∘Psychiatrist∘
A doctor which specializes within the mental health field. A Psychiatrist is allowed to prescribe medicine for mental health issues. Though usually described as “a primary health physician” they are also described as calm and collected individuals. They contribute to society by aiding individuals with their mental problems; diagnostics, prescriptions or simply a friend to speak to.
⋄The Doctor lead⋄
ˇ
∘Veterinarian∘
Veterinarians aid Karakura’s wildlife and the pets we hold dear. No matter large or big, they tend to any animal that is in need of aid and specializes in examining animals.
∘Paramedic∘
Ready-to-go medics who respond to a call urgently. They specialize within the emergency medical field. Their job is to treat emergency patients or at least to try to keep them alive until they reach the hospital.
∘Attending Doctor/Psychiatrist∘
As an Attending Doctor or Psychiatrist your schooling is practically finished. Though under some supervision you perform your expertise individually.
∘Senior Doctor/Psychiatrist∘
Much like an Attending Doctor/Psychiatrist you have less supervision but must still attend to minor studies. You work individually but may seek help from time to time due to your inexperience.
∘Resident Doctor/Psychiatrist∘
You are still under strict supervision but probably filled with excitement, being let out on the ‘field’ for the first time. You seek help from time to time but work individually most of the time.
∘Doctor/Psychiatrist trainee∘
All emergency staff’s starting point. A period of experience seeking and observation, exams and tests. As a trainee you are under strict supervision.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
Indeed I am.

Backstory (100+ Words)
Cedro Perez was born in 1997 in the vibrant and historic city of Havana, Cuba. Growing up in the heart of Old Havana, he was surrounded by the rich culture, music, and the warmth of a close-knit community. His father was a mechanic, and his mother, Maria, worked as a nurse at a local clinic. They lived in a modest but lively neighborhood where everyone knew one another, and the spirit of resilience and solidarity was a daily expression.
Early Influences
Early Influences
From a young age, Cedro was deeply influenced by his mother’s dedication to her patients. His mother often brought him to the clinic, where he would spend hours observing her gentle and benign care and the gratitude of those who she helped. He was fascinated by the medical books she brought home and would spend evenings loomed over them, asking her endless questions about the human body and its mysteries.
An eye-opening experience
An eye-opening experience
When Cedro was ten years of age, a devastating event would cement his resolve to pursue a career in medicine. A cholera outbreak struck the country, overwhelming the local healthcare system. His mother worked tirelessly, often coming home late and exhausted. One night, a friend of Cedro fell gravely ill. Cedro witnessed firsthand the fear and helplessness that gripped his country and his friend’s family.
His mother’s dedication and commitment during the crisis left a lasting impression on Cedro. And despite limited resources, she and her colleagues managed to save many lives, including his friends. The experience was a turning point for Cedro, igniting the passion within him for medicine and a determination to become a doctor who could help those in need.

The Path to Medical School
The Path to Medical School
Cedro excelled in school, particularly in pharmacology and biology. His teachers recognized his potential and encouraged him to pursue his dreams. However, the path to medical school in Cuba was not easy. Competition was fierce, and the resources were scarce. Nonetheless, Cedro's dedication and hard work paid off, he earned a scholarship to study at the esteemed University of Havana’s Faculty of Medicine.
During his medical training, Cedro continued to draw inspiration from his mother and the healthcare workers he had admired as a child. He volunteered for various community health initiatives, often traveling to rural areas with limited access to medical care. These experiences further fueled his commitment to serving the underserved and reinforced his belief in the importance of ‘accessible healthcare for all’.
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
(Ensure this is appropriate to the position you have chosen. Some examples can be found here)
Cedro has a particular interest in Pathology. In consideration of his ‘eye-opening experience’ his interest peaked within the medical field of diagnostics, prognosis and treatment of tissues and fluids. Cedro’s dedication shares sides with his intelligence and kindness. He finds the study of Radiology interesting too, as he is able to read medical images such as: magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Cedro’s Radiology specialization is musculoskeletal radiology, as he is more than capable of treating bone, joint, muscle, spine and tissue diseases and injuries.
What medical residencies did your character take after medical school?
Cedro volunteered in different countries and communities during his younger years. This gave him an initiation to his interest and worked as an encouragement to continue his medical path. For a few weeks he was a medical student at a hospital in Cuba before officially stepping into the wide world of medicine.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
As a medical student he was introduced to the serious side of the medical field. It was vastly different from volunteering. Other than that, the volunteering bestowed on treating wounds. Rarely broken bones but more skin-layered injuries.
Has your character completed any additional schooling?
No.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
The definition of a night out in Cuba. Thick eyebrows exaggerating a pair of phthalo green eyes. His bangs adorned near the sides of his head, just gracing his eyebrows. The bangs were always tousled in an effortlessly charming way that suits his affectionate personality. His fashion consisted of “non-buttoned up” shirts (off-duty of course) and jeans in a variety of dark shades and colors. He had olive sunkissed skin with a warm glow. Standing at a 5’11ft he was slightly taller than an ordinary man of Cuban descent. In others eyes he would be perceived as a playful and dedicated man with an open-mind. Approachable and kind with a rim of white, shining teeth.
How does your character act on and off duty?
On-duty: The nice doctor
On duty he is the equivalent of the “nice cop”, but the “nice doctor”. Especially good with children and a smooth talker he does his best to get the necessary information out of the patient whilst also keeping them in a good mood. A sweet, and thoughtful performer who loves to chat. Though he lets his mouth run he keeps his hands running too, making sure nothing is unfinished and everything is in order.
Off-duty: Also the nice doctor
A doctor’s job is never actually finished, at least not in Cedro’s eyes. During his off-duty time if someone is in need he has no problem dropping whatever he is doing and running straight for the injured one. As a person he is very caring and always lends a hand and offers whatever he can to make someone happy. Cedro is well at noticing small details and finds people inquiring, his eyes always searching for something new with his friends and familiarity so that he can start a question. The opposite of a solar eclipse.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Cedro has always had his mother next to him during his introduction and continuation of his medical interest. Though a mothers job consists of a full-time schedule Cedro insisted on taking on the bigger parts of the job. He is used to working alone but dreams of interaction and open-minded discussions. Cedro shares his expertees with those around him. At a hospital, those “around him” share these expertees which makes it his ideal work environment. Cedro can handle both individual work and teamwork.
What plans does your character have for the future?
A simply quote to live by:
“Accessible healthcare for all.”
