As much as this is a fun idea, I don't think there is a need for a whole faction for it. However, there is nothing stopping you from doing this in game and roleplaying as part of the postal service, you can also ask for tips for delivering news, mail, and offer your services in mailing things...

The server has a separate nametag plugin to standard Minecraft nametags, you will have to do /nametags off or /togglenametags to remove them before recording. Or, if no entities or furniture are in the clip, you can always hide entities.
