Things basically this (or fairly similar) have been suggested before and denied to the best of my knowledge. There are just some things we can't do if there's a certain role not online (like librarians or receptionists as stated above) and while it may suck, it's something we should get used to.

I've never really been in a roleplay situation where I needed to dial 110, but through others' experiences I have witnessed, this sounds like a great idea.

Things like this (or somewhat similar) have been suggested before, and I don't see it getting implemented unless, as Infi said, we get a significantly growing player base, which also allows some more opportunities for role-playing.
We already have a way of making the owner money by buying in-game stuff like Fundraiser+ or new characters, I don't find a use or reason to have a whole GoFundMe for development and map expansions.

Honestly, if you think you're a cool guy, you are, there are no tips or tricks to be considered "popular" just be chill, join some factions, communities, and maybe a club or gang and you're good.
I wouldn't even consider myself an "OG" but I can't deny if I stay in this community long enough I'll miss some of the people I've played with, I already do because I have a chunk of friends I played with in 2021-22 that just left for the most part.
I'm surprised people do this anyway considering I haven't seen any of this firsthand.
I do agree with this suggestion however, it sounds unrealistic to make a residence full of traps and crap, not only is it generally unrealistic but there are so many other places criminals can hide or escape...
