+1 If it can be implemented, I'd be up for that. I can imagine a single jumping rope item, that might rotate to the up and down position by switching it from left to right hand slot. It would take some time to master the keyboard command to jump and switch the rope item from one hand to...

I'm also in favor of a middle-ground solution... giving people the option to decorate with furniture themselves or hire builders to customize their balconies. It would improve the overall aesthetic and help stimulate the IC economy.
