you already can do this. When you're buying something from the store, you don't log into anything. You only type a username.

This would make passing houses onto friends/IC family members impossible though... Also would make selling houses and swapping houses impossible.

-1 This would actually make it harder to get houses as they would all be claimed near immediately. If you want a house, join the race. I was trying for almost a year before I got mine, you just have to he patient. Players that can afford house rent can absolutely afford the high selling prices...

-1 Sorry :( I just don't think it'd work well with most birds, since only a few species are capable of it and I doubt it would be too heavily moderated given staff are already super busy with other things... I do also thing it'd be greatly misused :(
