Ok I feel left out agreeing with this one.... But if it's just a desk area where your character is signing up to be adopted and then there's no actual building for orphans to stay in, it could be a good idea, it would be a lot easier for people to add members to their families and it could help...

+1 I like this idea, obviously it would have to cost a lot of in game money like mentioned by someone else, as for the 'getting in places you're not supposed to be in' situation, you could simply use /spawn to remove yourself, I can also imagine making it count as failrp to land in areas no one...

+1 In that case it might be wise to update an entire animal section of the rules with more detail, I believe I suggested animal applications before (unless I was just talking about it in VC and never did anything). The entire animal whitelist part of the server needs an upgrade anyway, hopefully...

-1 I see what you're saying, but not everyone would agree unless prices were changed, but then there's the amount of people who wouldn't bother using their irl money for something that's still buggy and has a chance to disappear.

+1 I like what you're getting at there, I know for a fact that some animals are trained in a non-native language to the country they're trained in, for example; My brother had a dog trained to follow commands in German whilst living in the UK. 100% possible, I'm on board for this!
