If car crashes were a thing I'd say +1 but there really isn't a point at the moment. Will have to sadly -1 as this would lead to cool rp in the government faction if car crashes were a thing.

For my oldheads, back in the day we had the cleaver. This was when katanas couldn't take limbs and majors allowed for limb removal. The cleaver was insanely affordable back then and the best way to pull of majors and even kps. The amount of limbs I took with those back in the days is crazy.
