It already is a thing. Do /apartament autoextend and the rent for your apartament will be extended automatically. I'd change it to something more like asking for confirmation to extend the apartment rent when clicking the sign, that way these kind of accidents will be prevented.

It has been said up there that KPD receive training and combat techniques, it is obvious that an officer will have way more advantage over a 18-20 years old student, because that's just what we are: students.
