What is the student council and what do they do?:
The student council is a group of student representation who come together to work as a team to represent a student body. They're helpful with organizing activities such as school spirit week for students AND faculty! They address student concerns, coming to a meeting together to come up with a plan and a solution towards their problem, promoting equality and school spirit while keeping a positive and safe environment for all in high school and college. They plan school events, act as a bridge between the students and faculty to keep a balance between both worlds.
What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):
I was most motivated to apply because I like the things the KARAKURA ACADEMICS does to keep other players in SRP entertained! It's very fun to come together and team up with things such as collaborations and what-not, I've always wanted to be apart of something big and game changing and by becoming a member of college student council that is exactly what I can do. I'm equally as creative as others are at that too! I believe student council is a great roleplay opportunity and a great way of keeping things positive!
Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):
Yes I am completely aware! I actually am helping out with an event for customers in YEOBO as I'm applying right now!
Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:
Presidents help with leading meetings and collaborating with other student councils! They represent the council and take on full responsibility for a lot.
Vice Presidents are there to assist the President of student body council! They always step in when needed or the President isn't available
And councillors are there at all times to to support planning things, volunteering when needed or when they want to, and there for decision making!
Students are to sign up for this quest before the event comes, they will group up in parties and receive a small map at the start of the school day, the map would include themed stations across campus such as a brain brawl, creative corner, physical zone, and school spirit
For example, a brain brawl would be solving a semi-easy riddle! Using a different prompt for each team, never the same one! However there was a twist only 2 attempts per person before they are allowed a riddle! Once they are given a riddle they are allowed to reattempt
A creative corner would be making a 30 second skit using a random prompt! Depending on how each student decides to act in this game of improv it would determine the teams overall grading through a 1-5!
For the Physical zone it would be completely a safe and capable physical challenge! Like cup stacking or puzzles! By doing this physical object challenge it would be accessible for those who cannot work out or lift something more than 20 pounds! This is inclusive to all students for a fun and not tiring experience!!
And last the School spirit!! Would be answering trivia questions (Bobcats/Spartans) by a teacher or professor!! Only BOBCAT teams and SPARTAN teams. They should not mix! For example, the cheerleader team on college should be receiving spartan spirit questions by PROFESSORS! While the bobcat cheerleader team will be receiving their bobcat spirit questions by TEACHERS!!
The storyline to this school quest is BOTH highschool and college mascots have lost their school spirit, staff and council members dress up in fun costumes which keeps the vibe playful and exciting! (Just like Disney world)
The purpose of this is if every group completes their challenges! The they can uplift the school spirit back into their mascots"

"I would describe my personality as both introverted and extroverted, It does take me a little while to get comfortable to a new friend but after I am completely comfortable then I tend to be more outgoing and joking. I am however an extremely quiet person naturally though, so I don't have really much to say most of the time! I'm helpful when I need to be or am being asked to do something or help with something. People sometimes tend not to like me but I have no care for it, since it's not my duty to change their opinion about me and only move on with my day."

What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:
"What separates me from other applicants seeking this position is my ability that I can balance both creativity and spunk with responsibility and maturity. I enjoy having fun and engaging with others, coming up with ideas that get others so excited they explode into confetti! But I definitely understand the importance of being serious at times and taking control of a situation. I know how to set my boundaries which will help me with setting the boundaries on school grounds, encouraging others to follow the rules and prioritize the safety of others without making them feel uncomfortable or unheard. This balance allows me to be approachable and still dependable for others. I'm a hard worker and plan to maintain this position for a good while! I love to help people and talk about and walk around the school which seems like the council is the perfect fit right? But what I love most about it is the voices that get heard louder than before. The way students feel safe at the end of the day."
Why do you want this position?:
"I want this position because I genuinely care about the school community and I want to help make the school a better place. A place where students feel comfortable, heard, and included. I believe that when students feel safe and valued by the council and faculty then they are more than likely going to be willing to participate in things and events and merely just enjoy the schools experience! Being in this position would not only allow me to actively contribute to positive change we all need, but motivates me further to apply for this!"
What interests you the most about student council?:
"The things that interest me about the student council are many things, but if I had to pick the biggest reasons? It's the opportunity I am given to turn other classmates ideas into real, meaningful actions. I like the fact that I get to listen to others ideas so attentively and collaborate with them or the student body to transform just create ideas, into once in a life time events or life long lasting improvements. I know that by our hard work we can make the school more enjoyable rather than just coming in, coming to class talking with the same old and then leaving to go home.
What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:
"I can contribute to the people by helping organizing creative events that are not only inclusive but fun in different departments! I also bring clear communication skills, which may help with some people that are not quite good at speaking up or getting their thoughts out. I listen, I understand it. I was there at one point in my life. I de-escalate situations calmly and unharming, I think outside the box and listen to many different perspectives coming from every which way and treat everyone fairly. There is no bias when it comes to student council."

OVERALL
I consider myself to be an incredibly active and well experienced role player within SchoolRP. I ensure that my routine within School Roleplay stays stable as to where I can log on for a minimum of 3-6 hours a day. Usually my maximum hours being limit to 18. Though yes, I do have a separate life outside of the server, especially when I am at school I make sure to equally balance out my schedules to where I can still maintain my high activity. I am rarely 'AFK' and instead engage in many roleplay scenarios on my other account and I am fairly certain that I meet activity requirements with as much time that I spend on the server daily. I have been roleplaying for about 3 years now.

EXPERIENCE WITH ROLEPLAY:
OVERALL
Though my journey has just begun in SRP for those three years I still have the confidence to call myself an incredibly well-experienced player when it comes to most situations in roleplay. I have experienced GangRP, CriminalRP, JockRP, and many other roleplay scenarios. I'm always keeping myself up to date on the rules as well as keeping myself known. While yes I spent majority of my time on the server learning about GangRP and participating in that I have also had my fair share of other things as well. Such as working position as a receptionist in the school employee faction. I know the difference between proper roleplay and improper roleplay and what would be best for each action using each different command. Or even working as a Town hall employee! I applied for Lawyer with a passion to work and get more experience with my college intern character experience and that helped me understand a lot more about the process of how town hall works and goes through trials.
CHARACTER JOURNEY
When I first began my journey on SchoolRP my first character was named Mai Ito. I distinctly remember being given a book of all the commands that I needed to know and from there I jumped straight in. Being welcomed into groups left and right, experiencing drama on the character I had mainly played. I had then discovered that there were gangs and organizations within the server and with the help of one of my friends, I had applied for a smaller gang. That gang was soon disbanded shortly after and I decided that I enjoyed that part of roleplay and experience so I applied for Mefisuto (Valhalla). I remember the lead as well as TheEz8Fury giving me a shot in their gang and from there I created bonds with many others. Learning more about the gang and criminal world within the server as the rules began shifting and changing. I decided to take an exam for college, to which I succeeded at passing to move onto College Bachelors! As weeks went by I decided that I needed a new chapter in roleplay. I created a new character named Kiyo Zi which is where I was eventually bored of GangRP and CriminalRP so I decided I would try out JockRP by joining college Track team. It did however take me two attempts in joining, which on the second attempt I made it on the team. This was probably my peak in roleplaying as I was learning much more about the community, people, and ways to roleplay. I still play on Kiyo Zi to this day but am now in a different sports team. College female volleyball where I practiced with my friend to try and learn more about the sport, to raise my chances at being accepted on the team. I also participated in a Government internship for about a month!!!
ROLES
I am used to work in five player ran shops. Yeobo, La Casa Nostra, Hanakotoba (Old), Seikatsu, and Tsuki no Umi. I didn't progress much in Tsuki no Umi as well as Yeobo but in La Casa Nostra I was learning more about socializing and volunteering for events we have been hosting more and more. I had earned a managers position in that restaurant and learned a lot about taking ownership for the other employees and taking responsibilities for their actions as I dealt with taking charge when the co-owner wasn't at the computer. I learned to multitask quite well in that part of the community and through that I have gotten the restaurant experience. In the past I began to tailor in many different tailoring servers where I have grown in that department as well. Thanks to SchoolRP's constant fun events and activities. I have more experience than ever with roleplaying and feel more confident than before if I were asked questions. I am at an experience where I would feel comfortable training other people when it comes to player ran shops.

IC SECTION SCENARIOS
TWO ACTIONS AND EXPLANATION
While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?
[!] Heaven walks up to the assembly, just on time. Listening to every little thing going on around him. His eyes constantly darting around, scanning for anything suspicious or off around the scene. Yet the aching sound of a disruptive student surrounding the inside of his ear. It echoed like an alarm to him, his eyes scanning around more frequently to find it. And there it is! Spotted. Heaven steadily walks down the bleachers towards the loud and disruptive classmate. Silently tapping their shoulders and bringing his own voice down to a whisper. Heaven then speaks close to the male's ear.. [!]
"Hey.. Could you please sit and cheer quietly? You seem to be bumping into your neighbors and it's causing a disturbance to the assembly."
[!] Heaven waited for their reply, hearing that they agreed to him, he smiled at the figure before turning back around and walking back up the bleachers to his original spot.. [!]
Now if the student refused to listen but still agreed and continued their disturbance, I would walk back and let them off with a warning. One more warning if it continues and then detention. If the issue continues to go on, then I would have to ask someone with more administrative power to help me with the situation, or talk to another councillor
(Always try not to embarrass someone by being loud about what you are telling someone, by keeping things low and quiet you are more likely to keep the student nice and calm and this also respects them and their feelings.)
A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?
[!] Heaven watched them run off with wide eyes, he closed his eyes and took a relieving deep breath before walking over to the reception desk. Finally spotting a professor, he walks up to them and politely catches their attention. When the teach looked over to him, he smiled and asked if they could call a student down to the front desk while briefly explaining the situation that just happened. In the meantime of the professor calling on the intercom he would not only make an SLT report shortly and document the rest, but radio for other faculty members to keep an eye out, giving a brief description for the runaway student. Making sure they know a mask is involved [!]
There are different scenarios of a type of mask, a medical mask sure should be allowed but there's no harm in asking questions. A ballistic mask should be confiscated without ITEMRP. However other masks may just be different stories.
(By the time a student is located they should be given detention immediately.)
BRIEF EXPLANATION
A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?
"I would take the situation as seriously as I can be, I would ask both the teach and student to follow us to a secluded area where there would be no more distractions or threats to escalate the situation. I'd allow the teacher to speak first before saying my input, allowing the student to release their anger in a calming and discussive way. Yet in the end no matter if they'd calmed down or anything, they would still receive a detention because a THREAT is serious and should not be let off with a warning just like any other school would also."A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?
"Now peaceful protests are something that is completely legal, something that should be allowed for anything however I'd warn the students that if they are to begin getting disruptive and aggressive. I would have to shut it down, there is no reason to outbreak in fights over a simple protest that we all can agree on. Protesting can be done without broken bones and other stuff, but I'd ask for another council member OR professor/teacher to come over and help me spectate them to make sure it doesn't become a negative situation!"
A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?
"I'd listen to everything they had to say until it was my turn to speak, nodding and acknowledging their opinions and points being said, of course I would mention that this is how I was trained but I would bring it up with my president to make sure if I am doing something wrong or right. If I am told I am doing right by one side and wrong by another then I would take my question to SLT for a better perspective"

"The Great School Quest"

"The Great School Quest"
Students are to sign up for this quest before the event comes, they will group up in parties and receive a small map at the start of the school day, the map would include themed stations across campus such as a brain brawl, creative corner, physical zone, and school spirit
For example, a brain brawl would be solving a semi-easy riddle! Using a different prompt for each team, never the same one! However there was a twist only 2 attempts per person before they are allowed a riddle! Once they are given a riddle they are allowed to reattempt
A creative corner would be making a 30 second skit using a random prompt! Depending on how each student decides to act in this game of improv it would determine the teams overall grading through a 1-5!
For the Physical zone it would be completely a safe and capable physical challenge! Like cup stacking or puzzles! By doing this physical object challenge it would be accessible for those who cannot work out or lift something more than 20 pounds! This is inclusive to all students for a fun and not tiring experience!!
And last the School spirit!! Would be answering trivia questions (Bobcats/Spartans) by a teacher or professor!! Only BOBCAT teams and SPARTAN teams. They should not mix! For example, the cheerleader team on college should be receiving spartan spirit questions by PROFESSORS! While the bobcat cheerleader team will be receiving their bobcat spirit questions by TEACHERS!!
The storyline to this school quest is BOTH highschool and college mascots have lost their school spirit, staff and council members dress up in fun costumes which keeps the vibe playful and exciting! (Just like Disney world)
The purpose of this is if every group completes their challenges! The they can uplift the school spirit back into their mascots"

"I would describe my personality as both introverted and extroverted, It does take me a little while to get comfortable to a new friend but after I am completely comfortable then I tend to be more outgoing and joking. I am however an extremely quiet person naturally though, so I don't have really much to say most of the time! I'm helpful when I need to be or am being asked to do something or help with something. People sometimes tend not to like me but I have no care for it, since it's not my duty to change their opinion about me and only move on with my day."

What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:
"What separates me from other applicants seeking this position is my ability that I can balance both creativity and spunk with responsibility and maturity. I enjoy having fun and engaging with others, coming up with ideas that get others so excited they explode into confetti! But I definitely understand the importance of being serious at times and taking control of a situation. I know how to set my boundaries which will help me with setting the boundaries on school grounds, encouraging others to follow the rules and prioritize the safety of others without making them feel uncomfortable or unheard. This balance allows me to be approachable and still dependable for others. I'm a hard worker and plan to maintain this position for a good while! I love to help people and talk about and walk around the school which seems like the council is the perfect fit right? But what I love most about it is the voices that get heard louder than before. The way students feel safe at the end of the day."
Why do you want this position?:
"I want this position because I genuinely care about the school community and I want to help make the school a better place. A place where students feel comfortable, heard, and included. I believe that when students feel safe and valued by the council and faculty then they are more than likely going to be willing to participate in things and events and merely just enjoy the schools experience! Being in this position would not only allow me to actively contribute to positive change we all need, but motivates me further to apply for this!"
What interests you the most about student council?:
"The things that interest me about the student council are many things, but if I had to pick the biggest reasons? It's the opportunity I am given to turn other classmates ideas into real, meaningful actions. I like the fact that I get to listen to others ideas so attentively and collaborate with them or the student body to transform just create ideas, into once in a life time events or life long lasting improvements. I know that by our hard work we can make the school more enjoyable rather than just coming in, coming to class talking with the same old and then leaving to go home.
What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:
"I can contribute to the people by helping organizing creative events that are not only inclusive but fun in different departments! I also bring clear communication skills, which may help with some people that are not quite good at speaking up or getting their thoughts out. I listen, I understand it. I was there at one point in my life. I de-escalate situations calmly and unharming, I think outside the box and listen to many different perspectives coming from every which way and treat everyone fairly. There is no bias when it comes to student council."
