Describe your activity on the server:
From my personal point of view, I’d like to say that my activity on the server is pretty good, where as I’ve been playing almost every day for nearly five years now. I’m always available if somebody needs me, or when needed. I say I spend anywhere between 9 to around 14 hours online every day from many different hours during the day, or night as i never really know what my sleeping pattern will be like. As of right now, there’s never been a case where I’ve needed to take time off from SRP for a long amount of time.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
Caretaker
In late January of 2024, I posted an application for Caretaker, where I got accepted about a month after uploading it. Currently, I’ve been in the faculty faction as a Caretaker for almost two years now, and spent a lot of time roleplaying with many of the faculty and a lot of the students, as well as SLT. Some of the RP included small tasks like cleaning the school, restocking items, or even silly things like moving a random vending machine around the school and crashing it or even getting trapped in the boiler room my first day of faculty, but I wouldn’t change anything about it. I love being a caretaker, which is why when I got offered the position of Head of Department, I gladly took the offer with pride and I hope I'm the best head of department I can possibly be..
HS Swim
Unfortunately, I only spent a short time with the High School Swim Team. I had to recently depart from the team due to the time of practices not fitting my sleeping schedule I have. But over the short time I spent in the team, I made a lot of friends that I plan on keeping forever, and maybe one day I will return and have a lot of roleplay opportunities. And fun RP-ing with them. I loved and enjoyed every minute of it. I was sad to leave. There were many tears, but I felt they deserved somebody who had a better time zone for the practices that were held.
College Track
The few months I spent in the College Track Team, I had a lot of fun in it, but felt it wasn’t a great fit for me, and wished to spend the time doing other things, which is where I made the difficult decision to leave. I didn’t want to take up a spot when they could find a better addition to the team. In addition to that, I was also applying for EMS for the first time, which played a part in my leaving. I had many roleplay situations with them and enjoyed every moment of it, and wouldn't change it for the world. I may also return in the future, but it won’t be for quite some time, as I wish to do other things with my time that I spend playing in School Roleplay.
Gang/CrimeRP
GANG/CRIMERP: After a few months of joining school roleplay, I started gang roleplaying. I took the time to read and understand the rules, which led me to join the first gang I took an interest in, which was River. I met a lot of people while in the gang, and most I’m still friends with to this day. I wouldn’t change it for the world. I spent a lot of time doing many different permissions, as well as other roleplays within the gangs which then led me to continue my gang roleplay journey for the next four years, doing many different roleplays and meeting many new people, on top of other roles. I had joined many different gangs, as well as led, or even become a higher-up in most of them. During the recent changes to gang roleplay, I am still involved in fighting for turfs and gang roleplaying in general but dont use permissions as much anymore mainly just the other roleplay side of things..
What is your motivation for applying?
I’ve now been playing school roleplay for almost five years, and the time I’ve spent within the community, I’ve done many things, and I still continue to do many different roleplays and meet many new people. But since I’ve been a Caretaker for almost two consecutive years now and don't plan on leaving but, I made the decision that I wanted to join and try another faction, extending my knowledge and roleplay experiences in a new environment with new people. Not many other factions pique my interest, but EMS was interesting just from first glance. To me, in the years I’ve spent in school roleplay, most of my characters have known how to deal with minor injuries, which was something I truly enjoyed, so I thought that maybe it was my time to try and get myself accepted into the EMS faction and learn how to deal with more major injuries.
Which role are you applying for?
Doctor
What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
Director
The Director is the big boss, the only person who ends up being in charge of the entire hospital. They’re in charge of all hospital workers, where they finalize all decisions, and decide promotions and/or demotions of people who work at the hospital. The people who have this role usually hold qualities like being a good leader, professional, and having good judgment of others.
Chief/Deputy Chief Paramedic
Both of these roles are similar to any Supervisor role, though they’re responsible for planning and coordinating any emergency calls where paramedics have to answer calls for anywhere outside of the hospital. The Chief Paramedic serves as the representative of all Paramedics, responding to large medical emergencies, where they’re in charge of supervising and coordinating the treatments and transportations of different patients. Deputy Chiefs have a very similar role, where they’re assuring the safe and efficient operation, assisting in the Chief’s plans as a second opinion if necessary.
Paramedic
The people who decide to take on the Paramedic role are the immediate first responders to a call outside of the hospital. These workers will take the emergency call, assess the patient and their injuries, where they use their advanced life support techniques if necessary. After providing the initial care for the patient, they then have to transport them to the hospital. One of the most important jobs of the Paramedics is their decision-making skills due to the high-pressure situations they have to take care of, which can lead to different outcomes
Clinical Lead
As with any higher-up position, the people within this role of the hospital are expected to not only represent their own department, but also represent the hospital as a whole. People within this role will oversee patient care, evaluate, and identify areas where improvement can be made. Some required skills to be a Clinical Lead are having an educational background, having at least seven years of expertise in their field, and good leadership skills.
Clinical Supervisor
The people who take on the role of a Clinical Supervisor have similar tasks to Clinical Leads, yet they still have their differences. A Clinical Supervisor is the supporting role of the Clinical Lead, where they’re usually in charge of mentoring and training, helping junior staff develop their clinical skills and professional competencies. They also often handle administrative tasks like budgeting, maintaining patient records, and can even be involved in assisting in recruitment for the hospital.
Attending
All attending roles usually aren’t higher-up positions, but that doesn’t make them just any regular member of the faction either. People who gain the Attending role are not only experienced in their knowledge of what they work on, but are also some of the best. These people are hand-picked and are expected to assist in training new members of the hospital who will be working hard alongside them. Anybody they train may be the next attending when they move up one day.
Doctor
Being a Doctor, especially in Karakura, is quite interesting since they play one of the main parts in the entire faction. Normally, they would be separated from Surgeons, yet they’re the same thing when it comes to SRP! Doctors aren’t just in charge of gathering information about a patient’s symptoms, but also do lab work, review X-rays, prescribe medications to their patients, and even handle surgical procedures. In my personal opinion, Doctors are one of the most important roles in the faction since they have big shoes to fill with the amount of responsibilities they have to keep track of.
Psychiatrist
Being a Psychiatrist is a complete 180 from the role mentioned above. While Doctors take care of physical issues/injuries, Psychs will do the same, but for the mental state of the patient instead of the physical state of their patient! They’re in charge of gathering the mental information of their patient, which they’ll do via a series of questions, getting to know more about their mental symptoms, which will normally lead to a diagnosis if necessary or asked for. After being diagnosed, patients can be prescribed medication that can assist in their mental journey on the road to recovery. Along with this, follow-up appointments can be made to ensure success.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
Yes, I accept that if I fail to attend training while online, I will be punished.

[Growing Up]
A woman who was raised in the Mainland of Japan with her mother and siblings, she spent most of her time learning both their languages, which were Korean and Japanese, from a young age, with the help of their mother and other language professionals, books included. They were mostly often involved in various criminal activities. Lilu helping them with small injuries when needed. After numerous years with one another and their respective college years, Lilu studied English, Medicine, and Science, and most of the Ota siblings ventured out to Karakura, hoping to start a new life of their own, something that gave them a fresh start, renewing their lives from the old one.
[New Home, New Me]
Some time after the move and after some obvious harsh adjustments to how life worked down in Karakura, Lilu went out and made a selection of new friends, which built over time in number, a couple of people she even considered as family. It took some time to settle down completely with this newfound friend group, and now everything worked, but at some point, there were the obvious career choices and what Lilu wanted to do in the future. There was a placement at Karakura High School open, but that didn’t quite suit the passions that Ota held at the time. Despite her unfavorable past and reputation, her desire to help people for the greater good was what she decided to do in the end
[Working Hard or Hardly Working?]
Lilu decided to venture out between the Government and the Hospital. It took quite some time, but once the decision was made, O'Sullivan, now twenty years old, took a course to become a Doctor and worked as hard as she could with the role of a General Surgeon and an Anesthesiologist in the Korean Red Cross Medical Centre. She would then spend countless sleepless days and nights training and learning to become what she once could only dream of.raising her child at the same time It had taken almost nine years for her to complete the medical course, but in the end, she couldn’t contain her excitement or be prouder of herself for what she achieved.
[A New Life]
In the end, Lilu decided to return home to the Mainland, reuniting with her mother and siblings for a few weeks so they could meet her daughter before then travelling back down to Karakura, reuniting with close friends and those she considered family. After a month back in her second home, Karakura, O’Sullivan made her application for the Karakura Hospital, hoping to help as many people as she could and to make people’s lives better.
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical specialty? Why did they choose this focus?
Lilu had decided to focus on not only one, but two different specialties, which include General Surgery and Anesthesiology. She’s chosen to focus on those two different specialties because of the deep desire and passion she has to help the citizens of Karakura instead of harming as many other people choose to do. From her late adolescent age, she spent a total of two years focused not only on aiding, but focusing on the people who needed medical assistance. For many years, since Primary School, Lilu always wanted to become a Doctor, hoping to make her family and friends proud of something she did all by herself, all done by her own will. For years, she studied day and night, working herself to exhaustion to ensure her spot as a Doctor, praying to any god that she could catch up to everybody else who was already many years ahead of her in the field.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Sometime after college, about four months to be exact, Lilu spent the time deciding whether or not she wanted to focus on becoming a Doctor or something more stress-free, but she was quick to realize that all of this work would be for nothing. She didn’t stop and instead pushed through. Lilu had spent some time in Lusail, Qatar, an area in Korea, working harder than ever to focus on General Surgery and Anesthesiology. She ended up working for a few years before being transferred over to Karakura, working at the Japanese Red Cross Medical Centre to complete her residency.

SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Lilu is a five-foot-seven Japanese-Korean female with a proudly eased presence. On her left leg, an etched tattoo which read XXV, a past that she was never too proud of, an obviously troubled one if anybody who passed by knew where it came from, the opposing leg being a prosthetic. Upon further inspection of her physical appearance, a number of scars accompanied the woman’s stomach and body, as well as a plethora of burn marks scorched across her arms.
To any normal person, she could even be considered a troubled individual, yet in Karakura, Lilu was deemed one of the people who seemed to fit in amongst the odd crowd. The woman’s aura emitted the presence of white roses as she passed by, her eyes half-lidded with an ****ytical gaze. At first glance, Lilu seemed rather closed off. But the closer somebody became to her, the more she started to open up and show how she cared for them.
How does your character act around the hospital?
Lilu keeps everything as professional as possible, yet she still wants to have fun with her job. She respects the hospital and the people she works alongside, with an occasional smile plastered across her expression. In cases that require some kind of empathy, she’ll always be right by the person’s side, offering a feeling of security, offering a shoulder to cry on, and arms for an embrace with no judgment at all. The woman is always around to help and provide assistance as needed. She isn’t the kind of person to understand a joke due to how serious she is when it comes to her career.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Normally, she can work quite well on her own, yet she prefers to work in a team. Despite not normally being such a social person, in Lilu’s mind, it’s better and more efficient to do everything as a team, providing extra help and support, especially in high-pressure situations. Even such as trying to figure something out with a patient means two brains are sometimes better than one. Should there be a case where she is required to work without anybody else by her side, Lilu would always be quick to adapt to the situation, successfully and efficiently completing the task at hand.
