Yes, I realize that inactivity will be a cause for demotion.

School Employee Role you are applying for?:
I am applying to be a Counselor.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A counselor is a licensed professional who is there to give a sense of guidance on any situation that arises. This would include personal, social, and psychological issues. Someone who creates a safe space for the students around them and attempts to stop situations from escalating on school grounds. Typically counselors main focus is to creative that space around them to feel comfortable to confide in them. They tend to be a adult in students lives that they can turn too, one that gives advice and lend a ear for students to voice their opinions. A counselors job impacts far more than just them, they impact students and facility around them.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I've roleplayed for years, including but not limited to on Minecraft, on different apps with real people. As a child one of my fondest memories is getting home from school and sitting down with my brother and watching roleplays such as SkyDoesMinecraft 'Maze Runner' and Aphmau's 'Phoenix Drop High' series. I also experienced roleplay through Roblox roleplay servers, to many to name from memory but it was some of the best time of my childhood! Roleplaying gives me a sense of joy from creating characters and fleshing their stories out completely.

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I would like to join the school faction for the simple fact that I believe that it would give me a different aspect of roleplay. While my time on SRP has been spent interacting with many people including students both high school and college, sports factions, medical, government and academics! Being in that type of environment would give me a different view to the game entirely. I never enjoyed the gang aspect of SRP despite interacting with them, so this would give me a chance to flesh out aspects of my character that would help involve him into more than he already is and bring his story to fulfilment!

/*Do not mention use of FearRP*/

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:

A calm look fell over Mr. Nakazumi's eyes as he stared down at the student who was currently cursing at him before he rolled his shoulders back and spoke, an even tone in his voice to try and get them to calm down “Please use respect when you talk to me, as much as I would enjoy to let you keep venting your feelings, we need to be productive in those feelings and not just senseless yelling.” If the student chose to continue, a detention slip would be passed to them, quickly and carefully.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Mr Nakazumi rushed forward and put himself directly between the students to stop the fight that had had punches thrown, looking down at both the students he let the disappointment in his eyes speak for themselves before clearing his throat and speaking “Please keep your hands to yourself. There is no reason to fight when you are both old enough to use your words.” though the calmness in his voice was hinted with a serious tone before his hands pressed a detention slip into each of the students hands.

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:

A quick flash of annoyance appeared in his eyes at his coworkers' dangerous actions, walking towards them with a quick and purposeful step before speaking, his voice trying to hide the annoyance that he was clearly feeling, "This is dangerous. Please do not put yourself and others in harms way." If seeing this as a recurring issue or his advice wasn't met with an appropriate response, he would promptly report it to the higher-ups in the school facility.

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?

Mr. Nakazumi stood by the coffee maker with a cup full of the hot liquid in it, taking a sip from the mug as he listened to the coworkers around him conversate. Finding his way to a chair and sitting the mug on the table in front of him. His hand brought to his face as he itched the stubble against his jaw. Enjoying the quiet chatter of the facility lounge, it was a solace that he didn't get to enjoy often.

Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:

/me peeked up from behind the computer screen to see a student standing there, a small smile forming on his lips as his head tilted from behind the screen. “How are you feeling today [Student]? Enjoying the weather? What can I help you with today?” His hands pressed against the desk that he was sitting at to stand up, his hands folding in front of him as his eyes never left the student, giving his full undivided attention.

/me sighed as he leaned back in his chair, making sure to look at the student in front of him. His head tilted to the side as he tried to put a comforting smile on his face. “Hello [Student].. I've heard about the fight you were in this morning. Is there a reason for that?” He tried his best to listen to the students' explanations, every so often giving a nod of understanding before he spoke. “While I understand the situation, there is no reason to put your hands on another student.. I'm sorry you felt that way at the moment, but I don't think hurting someone is going to give you the satisfaction you want.”

/me placing himself quickly between the argument between students to stop the barrage of words, a calmness overtook him though that was not any change to his booming voice that echoed with all the authority he could muster. “Please separate now, before we have more of a situation to deal with than we already do.” As he waited for the students to settle and back away from each other, taking the time to observe, making sure the situation was over and done with before going to settle other situations.

Backstory
Yahto Nakazumi was born and raised in the town of Karakura, Japan, to one of the most prominent and influential families on the Island. To his mother, Aino Nakazumi, on April 25th, 1997. The early years of his life were spent around his loving family. While the money he earned was a positive aspect of his life, he wasn't one to hoard it for himself; instead, he tended to spend more of his allowance money on his classmates and friends, especially those who didn't come from much. He loved having the purpose of helping people in his hometown. As his mother began to have more children, he began to find a new love for his family, giving him a sense of pride in his family's last name. By the time that his siblings were able to talk, Yahto was known to be a mediator between them, being the eldest and calmest of the bunch. He was always a level-headed person from around the time he was able to talk to himself.

Yahto spent his adolescent years when he wasn't in school or studying, he was in his family's vast library. One that gave him more books than he could ever read in his lifetime. But the books that would draw him in were the psychology books. The knowledge from these books caused an instant love for the human mind. At the age of eighteen, with the help of scholarships, he was accepted into the University of Tokyo in Tokyo, Japan. While studying at the University, he learned about different job opportunities that his degree provided him. Counselors were one of these opportunities that he learned about, and an admiration for the career developed in his mind. As he researched more about counsellors and what they do, he switched his minor to education.

When he graduated from the University of Tokyo with a master's in Psychology with minors in Education, he received a job offer for Hibiya High School in Chiyoda City, Tokyo, Japan. He lived in the city until the age of twenty-eight, which is when he received news of his little brother's death, causing him to take permanent leave from his job. He bought a one-way ticket back to Karakura, the town that raised him. When he finally got home after his long trip, he connected with his family quickly. Seeing the opportunity to have a job at the school he once loved, he put in his application. Where he saw his potential to help the students and finally give his full attention to the town and school he loved so much. He had a passion for it, and his ambition was to never let anyone feel as if they weren't enough for this city, even if he had to dig into his pockets to make that possible.

Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):

"My motivations for joining the facility in Karakura High School is simple! I grew up here, my heart has beat for a job like this since I was a child. I enjoyed being apart of this school when I was a student and I would enjoy it to become apart of my daily life now. I love the students of this school and would love to help them through their troubles. I believe that every child deserves a fair fighting chance in this world, if only there was an person to give them that chance. I can be that person for many children."

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:

"I don't believe that I am any better than any previous candidates that you've interviewed, but I do believe that I am well equipped for this job. These students need someone to be there as a listening ear and help them through the hard times, I could be that person for many students. I always loved helping people even from a young age helping other children buy dinner or items they would really want. My whole world has been filled with helping people, and this would give me the abilities to do that for the people in your school."
